Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sistem finansial pendidikan Islam berbasis wakaf di Pondok Pesantren Mawaridussalam Deli Serdang meliputi perencanaan, pengelolaan dan pengawasannya. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; 1) Proses perencanaan dilakukan dengan musyawarah diikuti oleh Dewan Nazir waqaf dengan menganalisis kebutuhan opersional, pembangunan sarana dan prasarana, pengkaderan serta pengembangan unit usaha produktif milik Pondok 2) Proses pengelolaan finansial dilakukan dengan pengelolaan modern yang mengacu pada pengelolaan manajemen serta pengembangannya dalam bentuk unit usaha milik Pondok, 3) Pengawasan sistem finansial pendidikan Islam dilakukakn Pondok Pesantren secara berkesinambungan baik secara internal maupun ekternal, penanaman rasa tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan amanah, menumbuhkan motivasi tinggi dalam mengembangkan aset wakaf di kalangan pengelola Pondok menjadikan upaya pengawasan secara internal, pelaporan yang dibuat secara berkala menjadikan salah satu upaya pengawasan ekternal, sehingga dapat direalisasikan secara efektif dan dipertanggungjawabkan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the basic concepts of education financing and its implications for improving the quality of education. This research uses the Library Research method. The results showed that improving the quality of an educational institution / institution is the hope and desire of the community who use educational services. Therefore, to make this happen, various strategic efforts have been made by the government and the community as managers and education stakeholders. Among them, what the government is doing is designing national education standards. Based on the law national education system Number. 20 of 2003 there are 8 national standards, which aim to improve the quality of an educational institution. Based on government regulations, one of the eight national education standards is a financing standard. education financing is the most important and inseparable thing in education management activities. So, among other things, the government policy is to roll out BOS funds at the school level. Education financing and funding managed by schools / madrasahs must be transparent in order to create accountability. If it is accountable, it will increase the credibility of the educational institution. If it is credible, it will automatically improve the quality of the educational institution. To achieve this, the government regulates the term financing standards

Abstract

This study aims to determine the policy and implementation of management in improving the quality of education in Indonesian universities. This research uses a literature research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Literature, scientific journals are needed to study and search for data sources. The results of this study explain the quality assurance approach directing higher education institutions to learn and implement Total Quality Management (TQM). There have been four successes within the scope of college management, among others: (1) Students are satisfied with the services provided by the College; (2) Education customers are satisfied with the services provided to their students; (3) stakeholders are satisfied to have qualified graduates and according to expectations; (4) Lecturers and education staff are satisfied with the services of universities in several fields: division of labor, relationships and communication between lecturers/leaders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and supervision of learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 at STAI Bahriyatul Ulum Pandan. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The research was conducted at STAI Bahriyatul Ulum Pandan using data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of the study suggest that starting from the dominant competencies in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, many inventions and successes of lecturers have been produced to improve the quality of learning in the form of curriculum development, and the use of technology, communication, and information in the application of various approaches and learning strategies. All innovative processes and successful learning are supported by the ability of lecturers to apply the principles of good learning management. The creeping industrial revolution 4.0 brings several challenges such as the loss of many jobs and the creation of new jobs, so skilled human resources are needed. As a religious institution, STAI Bahriyatul Ulum Pandan is expected to produce creative, imaginative, competent, and innovative graduates which can only be achieved by creating conducive learning conditions supported by learning management.

Abstract

Sangat penting bahwa sekolah memahami parameter dari apa yang akan mereka lakukan jika mereka ingin bertahan hidup dalam masyarakat yang sangat kompleks saat ini. Mereka harus mampu menentukan nasib mereka sendiri. Ini dimungkinkan oleh perencanaan strategis, yang juga akan dengan cepat mengubah lingkungan dan meningkatkan efektivitas sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana proses implementasi perencanaan strategi di MAS Darul Azhar, sehingga dengan adanya proses perencanaan yang baik maka terciptalah pendidikan yang baik pula. Sesuai dengan visi dan tujuan bersama MAS Darul Azhar, salah satu organisasi yang terlibat dalam sistem pendidikan nasional, merasa perlu melakukan penyesuaian program pendidikan secara terencana, terarah, dan berkesinambungan. Pemangku kepentingan harus melakukan tawar-menawar dengan pembuat keputusan atau pemimpin opini internal dan eksternal utama untuk membangun konsensus pada semua inisiatif perencanaan strategis dan kegiatan perencanaan yang paling penting. Langkah selanjutnya adalah memutuskan siapa yang harus terlibat dalam pembuatan rencana strategis ini: individu, kelompok, unit, atau organisasi.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "The Charismatic Leadership Style of the Aliyah Madrasah Head in Increasing Teacher Personality Competence at Darul Hikmah Sirandorung Modern Islamic Boarding School". The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) How is the leadership style of the modern madrasah aliyah principal Darul Hikmah Sirandorung, (2) How the teacher's personality competence in the modern aliyah Islamic boarding school is Darul Hikmah Sirandorung, (3) how the head of madrasah aliyah's efforts are in improving the teacher's personality competence at the modern Islamic boarding school Darul Hikmah Sirandorung. In this thesis research, the researcher uses a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques were carried out by means of: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data reduction, data presentasion and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, in the technique of checking the validity of the data, it is done by testing the level of trust (credibility), transferability (transferability), dependence (dependability), and certainty (confirmability). The results of the study revealed that: (1) the charismatic leadership style of the madrasah aliyah principal is to always prioritize the self-authority of a leader who is shown by a high sense of responsibility to his subordinates. (2) the personality competencies of teachers in modern Islamic boarding schools Darul Wisdom Sirandorung are quite good and some teachers have mastered the indicators of teacher personality competencies in accordance with government regulations. (3) the efforts of the head of madrasah aliyah in improving the competence of the teacher's personality by participating in education and training through supervision, panel discussions, workshops, and seminars. This growth is expected to support teachers in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as professional educators who have good personality competencies.Keywords: Charismatic  Leadership  Style,  Head  of  Madrasah,  TeacherPersonality Competence

Abstract

This study analyzes the differences and similarities in implementing ICT management systems in MAN Sekabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. This study used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that (1) The difference in planning in MAN 1 is more about problem identification, and MAN 2 is more about achieving goals. In comparison, MAN 3 is more about adjusting the needs of madrasahs, and implementation in MAN 1 prioritizes learning with laptops, projectors, and the internet. At the same time, MAN 2 has not been carried out optimally. At the same time, MAN 3 prioritizes the implementation of learning in mastering office materials, graphic design, and animation, and evaluation in MAN 1 is more about implementing supervision. MAN 2 is more about evaluating results. In comparison, MAN 3 is more about assessment. (2) The planning equation is carried out through teamwork, implementation by utilizing all types of IT based on the madrasah's needs, and evaluation is carried out as material for improvement. This study concludes that there are significant differences and similarities in implementing ICT systems, as assessed by planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis: 1) Prosedur perumusan kebijakan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dalam peningkatan pemahaman terhadap Kitab Suci Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Kemudian 2) menganalisis pelaksanaan kebijakan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dalam peningkatan pemahaman terhadap kitab suci Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Selanjutnya 3) menganalisis Kinerja Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dalam peningkatan pemahaman terhadap kitab suci Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Proses penggalian data secara holistik baik dengan cara wawancara secara mendalam dengan serangkaian pertanyaan, observasi berupa pengamatan, serta pengumpulan dokumen dngan tujuan untuk mendapatkan data yang benar dan sahih. Ada 3 (tiga) temuan yang menjadi hasil penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Prosedur perumusan kebijakan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dalam peningkatan pemahaman terhadap kitab suci agama Islam yaitu sesuai dengan PP No. 55 tahun 2007 dan Perda Nomor 10 tahun 2015 tentang Pemahaman Peningkatan terhadap Kitab Suci Agama Islam di Labuhanbatu Selatan untuk upaya daerah melalui pendidikan agama dalam rangka mendorong pemerintah daerah melalui pendidikan agama mewujudkan masyarakat yang berakhlak mulia mempunyai budi pekerti yang luhur memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar-dasar keagamaan. 2)  Pelaksanaan kebijakan Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dalam peningkatan pemahaman terhadap kitab suci Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan mulai bulan Mei 2018 dengan cara melakukan koordinasai, memonitoring dan evaluasi terhadap guru. Tenaga pendidik baca tulis Al-Qur’an terdiri dari guru-guru lulusan Pendidikan Agama Islam dan yang bukan dari latar belakang pendidikan Agama Islam dengan catatan mampu untuk memberikan pelajaran kepada peserta didik dan berlatar belakang pesantren dengan persetujuan dari kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Labuanbatu Selatan. Guru yang mengajar harus sesuai dengan silabus yang diberikan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. 3) Kinerja Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dalam Peningkatan Pemahaman terhadap Kitab Suci Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan dengan melakukan kontrol oleh pengawas pendidikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik peningkatan pemahaman terhadap kitab suci dan bersama dengan kepala-kepala sekolah masing-masing untuk mengawasi tenaga pendidik dalam peningkatan terhadap kitab suci Al-Qur’an di Labuhanbatu Selatan. setiap bulannya tenaga pendidik meneriman honor Rp 1.500.000,- dari pemerintah Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan dan diberikan pelatihan dalam enam bulan sekali serta semua guru honor menggunakan silabus yang di berikan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of organizational communication at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta in Medan Area, specifically focusing on communication between the madrasah leadership, teachers, students, and parents. Effective communication in educational institutions is crucial to support the smooth flow of the learning process and achieve educational goals. However, communication challenges include limited access to technology, low parental involvement, and issues with the understanding of the information received. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving interviews with the madrasah principal, teachers, and parents. The findings show that while internal communication between the madrasah leadership and teachers works relatively well, the main challenge lies in the suboptimal involvement of parents, particularly concerning access to technology such as WhatsApp. Therefore, it is important to enhance parental participation and ensure that the information conveyed can be received evenly by all parties involved in the educational process.
