This studi was aimed at describing the problems faced by women working as street-vendors. The sample consisted of 98 female street-vendors (PKL) in five cities of West Sumatera using cluster proportional random sampling. The data were collected through interview and analyzed statistically using percentage technique. The findings indicated that the problems faced by the women in household were lack of time to educate their children and conflicts with their husbands. The problems seemed to have some implications to the practices of guidance and counseling done through the out-of-school programs.

Discipline is the most important thing for students to succeed in learning. Therefore, students are expected to have high self-control in order to avoid negative behavior. The purpose of this study was to describe behavioral control, cognitive control and decision control of students in carrying out discipline. This research is a descriptive study, the entire population of students of class X and XI in SMKN 1 Kotanopan and as many as 260 samples obtained by 158 students. This research instrument was a questionnaire. Research findings reveal student’s self-control in carrying out discipline in SMKN 1 Kotanopan been good. Suggested to the Guidance and Counseling teacher to provide service and develop programs to improve student’s self-control.

Learning habits are methods or techniques of learning that are carried out repeatedly so as to produce learning skills that remain in students and students will get used to doing it without coercion. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who have poor study habits. This study aims to describe the learning habits of students attending full day school. This research is a type of descriptive research using quantitative methods. The population in this study were students of class X and XI of SMAN 1 Coastal Domains totaling 573 students and the sample in this study amounted to 239 students selected using proportional random sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire about student learning habits with a Likert scale model. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical techniques. This study describes (1) students' learning habits based on aspects of making schedules and their implementation in the very good and good category (39.7%), (2) student learning habits based on aspects of reading and taking notes are in the very good category (54.0%), (3) students 'learning habits based on repeating aspects of learning materials are in good categories (46%), (4) students' learning habits based on concentration aspects are in quite good category (43,5%), (5) learning habits students based on aspects of doing the assignment are in good category (48.5%).

Task work skills are a skill to do tasks with various techniques and methods used. One that affects task-doing skills is self-efficacy, Sis with high self-efficacy will believe in her abilities, work on things well and don't give up on challenges, including in doing assignments. Students who actually have good skills in doing assignments, but because of low self-efficacy have an effect on the work they do. This study aims to find out the picture of student self-efficacy, the description of student task skills, and the relationship between self-efficacy and the task skills of SMA Negeri 3 Sungai Penuh students. This study used a descriptive correlational method with a total sample size of 243 selected using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Collecting data using self-efficacy questionnaires and task skills with a Likert scale model. The results of the study revealed (1) students 'self-efficacy was in the very high category with a score of 127 and a percentage of 52.3%, (2) the students' task work skills were in the high category with a score of 155 and a percentage of 63.8%. (3) there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and work skills with the Pearson correlation of 0.620 and a significant of 0.000. Thus, counseling teachers can design service programs to help students improve self-efficacy and task-doing skills for the better.

The meaning of educational success someone discusses about what has been obtained can help those who are completed adjust to their needs and restore their living environment. Every student should be able to adjust wherever he is, but still there are still students who have not been able to work alone in a boarding house. This research is a descriptive-comparative research with quantitative methods. The research subjects selected 100 Padang State University students selected using purposive sampling and incidental sampling techniques. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The results of the study revealed: (1) Distributed to students from West Sumatra in accordance with the fairly good category (2) Self-readable with students issued from outside West Sumatra according to the fairly good category (3) Obtained from significant amounts according to others UNP boarding students from outside and in West Sumatra. Based on the findings, it is recommended that counselors / counselors from outside the school be able to provide guidance and counseling services, namely conversation services, information services, individual counseling services and group guidance services in order to assist students in increasing direct assistance in boarding houses.

Self-confidence is very important in the lives of students in school because there are no actions or behaviors that are not based on self-confidence. Attention from parents is one of the factors that influence a student to be confident, but in reality there are still many students who feel less confident. This study aims to examine the relationship between parental attention and the self-confidence of the SMAS students in the UNP Laboratory Development.This type of research is descriptive correlational. The research subjects were students of the XP and XI Laboratory Development Units in the total of 203 students. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire with Likert model scale answer choices. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with percentage techniques and to see the relationship between the two variables used statistical analysis with the technique of Person Product Moment Correlation with the help of SPSS For Windows 20.0.The results of this study reveal (1) parental attention is in the high category, (2) student self-confidence is in the medium category, (3) there is a significant positive relationship between parental attention and student self-confidence. Based on the results of these studies, the researcher suggested that BK teachers develop and develop programs and provide services so that students were able to increase their confidence. In addition, BK teachers also need to collaborate with parents and school personnel in order to direct students to be more confident.

This study describing the intimacy husband and wife, describing self disclosure young married couple, and examine the relationship of intimacy with self disclosure young married couple. Type of the research is quantitative descriptive correlational. Research subjects are young age couples who totaled 42 couples. Instruments used for data collection is a likert model scale. Dana analyzed is using percentage and interval. Data analyzed to know the relationships between these two variables used statistical analysis with Pearsons Product Moment Correlations technique and used SPSS For Windows 20.0. The results of this reseach is (1) intimacy husband and wife are in an intimate category, (2) self disclosure husband and wife are in the open category, (3) relationship intimacy with self disclosure young married couple is a significant. Based on finding of research, hopefully the counselor can provide professional assistance with information services and personal counseling to help young couple to enhancing their intimacy and self dislcosure.

Academic procrastination is the tendency of students to postpone and complete academic assignments so that it adversely affects learning outcomes in school. In this case one of the factors that influences academic procrastination is students' self regulation. By having good self regulation, students can manage and manage themselves in completing academic tasks. But the findings in the field are still the existence of students who carry out academic procrastination, and tend to prioritize more enjoyable activities. This study aims to look at the picture of academic procrastination and self regulation of students and determine the relationship between self regulation and academic procrastination of students at SMA Negeri 5 Padang. This research is a descriptive correlational study. With a sample of 279 students selected using the proportional stratifed random sampling technique. Data collection uses self-regulation and academic procrastination questionnaires with a Likert scale model. The results revealed (1) students' self regulation in general was in the high category of 177 people with 63%, (2) the academic procrastination of students was mostly in the low category of 147 people with 53%, (3) there was a negative relationship significant between self regulation and academic procrastination of students of SMA Negeri 5 Padang of -0,706 with a significant value of 0,000. The findings of this study can be a reference for BK teachers in making programs to provide BK services to students.

Individuals who imagine themselves successful tend to describe themselves with positive self-concepts, while individuals who imagine failing experiences more often describe themselves negatively. The contribution of self-concept is quite large in determining the behaviors of students in school because each student has a different concept of self. This study aims to empirically examine the contribution of self-concept to bullying behavior of students of SMK Negeri 10 Padang. This research is a descriptive correlational study with quantitative methods. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 165 students. The research instrument used was a self-concept questionnaire and a bullying behavior questionnaire. The results of the study revealed that (1) the self-concept of students of SMK Negeri 10 Padang were mostly in a fairly good category (2) bullying behavior of students of Padang Vocational High School were mostly in the rare category (3) there was a significant contribution between self-concept of bullying students of SMK Negeri 10 Padang.

Anxiety is a state of fear or an unpleasant feeling caused by many things such as individual health, social relations and so forth. Interpersonal communication anxiety is a from of anxiety experienced by individuals when they have to talk to others. The purpose this study is to describe the level of student anxiety in interpersonal communication with academic supervisors viewed from physical symptoms, mental or cognitive symptoms and emotional symptoms. The type of research used is descriptive research. The research population of the students of the Guidance and Counseling, Faculty of Education, Padang State University in 2019 the were 214 students. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique, so that a total sample of 139 students was obtained. The study was conducted by administering the questionnaire instrumen. Data were analyzed by percentage analysis. The study shows the results (1) anxiety level in students interpersonal communication with academic supervisors as a whole is in the medium category, (2) anxiety level in students interpersonal communication with academic supervisors seen from physical symptoms in the medium category, (3) anxiety level in students interpersonal communication with academic supervisors seen from mental or cognitive symptomsin the medium category, (4) anxiety level in students interpersonal communication with academic supervisors seen from emotional symptoms in the medium category.
