Abstract

Abstrak_ Kota Makassar semakin berkembang ditandai dengan banyaknya bangunan berlantai banyak, termasuk fungsi perkantoran serta ide desain arsitektural bangunan cenderung memvariasikan struktur sebagai daya tarik desainnya, struktur bangunan menjadi perhatian utama.Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis struktur rigid frame berkantilever gedung kantor sewa 30 lantai dengan material beton bertulang. Analisis bertujuan menentukan detail struktur yang tepat untuk bangunan tersebut dengan program SAP2000 v.14. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif karena menentukan dimensi struktur. Adapun penelitian bersifat komparatif. Struktur penopang cantilevered slab diberi dua alternatif, yaitu model 1 dan model 2. Terhadap beban-beban nongempa, model 1 lebih stabil sebesar 3,2%-10,39% dari model 2. Terhadap beban-beban gempa, model 1 cenderung lebih stabil dengan selisih efisiensi terbesar 37,7%-45,4% pada beban gempa respon spektrum. Adapun tulangan kolom menggunakan tulangan utama D20 dan tulangan pengikat D12; balok menggunakan tulangan utama D25 dan tulangan pengikat D12; pelat lantai dan basement menggunakan tulangan D10; dan shear wall menggunakan tulangan D16 (arah 11) dan D20 (arah 22). Struktur penopang model 1 menggunakan tulangan yang sama dengan shear wall dan model 2 menggunakan tulangan yang sama dengan kolom. Jumlah tulangan utama dan jarak antartulangan beragam sesuai dimensi penampang elemen struktur. Kata kunci : Beton Bertulang; Rental Office ; Rigid Frame; Kantilever; Detail Penulangan. The analysis aims to determine the exact structure details for the building with the SAP2000 program v.14. Research is quantitative because it determines the dimensions of the structure. The research is comparative. The cantilevered slab support structure is given two alternatives, namely model 1 and model 2. For earthquake loads, model 1 is more stable at 3.2% -10.39% of model 2. For earthquake loads, model 1 tends to be more stable with the greatest efficiency difference of 37.7% -45.4% in spectrum response earthquake load. The column reinforcement uses the main reinforcement D20 and reinforcement reinforcement D12; the beam uses the main reinforcement D25 and reinforcement reinforcement D12; floor plates and basements using D10 reinforcement; and the shear wall uses reinforcement D16 (direction 11) and D20 (direction 22). The support structure of model 1 uses the same reinforcement as the shear wall and model 2 uses the same reinforcement as the column. The number of main reinforcement and intermittent distances varies according to the cross-sectional dimensions of the structural elements. Abstract

Most housing materials are made of manufactured materials so that houses/residences do not give the impression of being one with their environment. The large use of manufactured materials causes building materials that are easily obtained around housing or organizations to no longer be utilized, such as bamboo. Houses in Kalase'rena sub-district predominantly use manufactured materials so that the use of bamboo as a Natural Resource (SDA) is no longer utilized, with the reduced use of bamboo as a housing/residence material, how is the role of the community/its contribution in exploring it as a humanistic housing material. The purpose of this service is to increase the community's contribution to the exploration of natural materials in community housing buildings that can be integrated with their environment, reduce costs and increase the level of community togetherness. The service was carried out by distributing questionnaires, identification and direct meetings with the Kalase'rena sub-district community. The initial response from the community to the use of bamboo as a humanistic housing material was very minimal (2%). This service achievement is that the role and understanding of the community towards the processing of bamboo as a humanistic housing material has increased from the economic (90%) and social (94%) fields. This influences the public's understanding of humanist housing which is very beneficial for the community directly in the Kalase'rena sub-district.

Abstract

Indonesia menjadi penghasil limbah masker medis tertinggi di dunia yaitu 1,8 milliar limbah masker medis per hari. Masker medis 90% terbuat dari bahan utama plastik polypropylene, salah satu jenis mikroplastik dengan sifatnya sulit terurai. Bahan utama inilah yang membuat limbah masker sering ditemukan dalam keadaan utuh sehingga menjadi polusi bagi lingkungan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimental. Usia Pengujian Beton 7,14,28 hari. Persentase bahan tambah serat masker medis sebesar 0%,5%,10% dan 15% dari berat semen. Perawatan Beton Dry Curing. Benda uji Silinder ukuran ø 10 x 20 cm. Pengujian kuat tekan beton dilakukan menggunakan mesin Universal Testing Machine (UTM). Hasil pengujian semua sampel dengan variasi persentase serat masker medis sebesar 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% menunjukkan bahwa penambahan serat masker medis yang mengandung serat polypropylene mengalami penurunan dari beton normal. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan beton normal di umur ke 28 hari yaitu 11,29 mpa, serat masker medis dengan variasi 5% yaitu 2,38 mpa, variasi 10% yaitu 3,08 mpa, variasi 15% yaitu 2,31 mpa.

Abstract

Wall material become a fairly important part in a construction project. Wall materials continue to evolve in line with the demands of needs in achieving the most effective and efficient cost, time, quality. For this reason, developers will think about how to carry out projects in a relatively short period of time and optimize costs. Optimizing costs has a basic reference called Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP). This reference is still general, where in each place the application will be different. These differences it is felt necessary to compare with what is happening in the curent place. The goals of this study are to reveal the average comparison between real costs and AHSP costs. This research method is a direct observation method on simple housing projects in Makassar. The research conducted is a case study. This sampling technique used the Simple Random Sampling technique for the labor group. Based on the results of the study, the average worker productivity was 3.052 m2/day. Then the analysis of real costs produces an average cost is 0.016% lower than the calculation of the average AHSP cost analysis, so there is no significant difference.
