Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas kinerja aparatur desa dalam pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat di Desa Pengadang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripti dengan subjek penelitian yaitu aparatur desa yang memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat di Desa Pengadang Kecamatan Praya Tengah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah masyrakat sudah merasakan kemudahan dalam mengurus segala bentuk administrasi. Walaupun masih ada yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti konektifitas antara Aparatur Desa.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat eksploitasi dan minimnya data tentang udang galah (Macrobranchium rosenbergii) diKabupaten Kolaka dapat berdampak pada kepunahan maupun penurunan ukuran pada spesie crustasea ini. Makadari itu penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa karakteristik habitat M. rosenbergii, menganalisia kelimpahan dansebaran kelas ukuran dan menganalisa karakteristik habitat serta hubungannya dengan kelas ukuran dankelimpahan di sungai Baula dan sungai Merah kabupaten Kolaka. Dengan menggunakan metode pengukuranparameter fisik dan kimia perairan di dua sungai berbeda, kemudian dilakukan Pricinpal Component Analysis(PCA) dan Cluster Analysis (CA). Berdasarkan hasil, Terbentuk 4 kelompok habitat berdasarkankarakteristiknya, pada hulu sungai Baula menduduki tingkat kelimpahan tertinggi dibandingkan lokasi penelitianlain dan berdasarkan hasil analisis habitat diketahui ada 4 pembagian kelas jika dikaitkan dengan kelimpahan dan distribusikelas ukuran.

Abstract

Rural tourism is perceived to develop the tourism niche segment to reduce the influence of mass tourism. To prevent the risk of natural damage, rural tourism comes as a solution to improve the economy of rural areas and provide education, mixed experiences and offers high levels of service. This study aims to explain the activities of rural tourism that have been determined by the tourism office and the challenges of their development. The ethnographic method is used to cluster activities and problems related to tourism activities in the Rural Tourism area in Lombok Timur. This type of research adopts a case study covering three zones; marine zoning, mountain range zoning, and natural zoning (flat landscape). The sampling technique used was random clustering sampling by selecting three representatives from each sample cluster. The reasons supporting the selection of this sample model are assumed that all samples have the same characteristics. The data collection process was carried out by participant observation, document review, semi-structured interviews, and field notes. All representational tourism activities and development barriers in rural (Desa Wisata) areas are discussed.

Abstract

Learning evaluation is an important component in the education process. This study aims to integrate Islamic and psychological perspectives on learning evaluation. By analysing evaluation principles from both perspectives, this research proposes a holistic evaluation framework. Through file research method or library research with qualitative research type, the study comes from various literatures such as books, papers, articles or scientific journals, through searching through websites and internet sites. This research identifies similarities and differences between the two perspectives, and examines the implications of their practical application in the educational context. The results show that the integration of the two perspectives can result in a more comprehensive, relevant and meaningful evaluation for learners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategic management approach used to improve teaching standards at Al Bayan Junior High School Makassar City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used include notes, interviews, and observations. This research uses three activity streams for qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. The data triangulation technique was used in assessing the validity of the data. The findings show that: (1) Al Bayan Junior High School Makassar City conducts integrated, methodical, and comprehensive planning through the following stages in order to realize the quality of education: a) Examining the school's internal environment both material, technical, and human resources. b) Examining the geographical, social, and economic context outside the school. c) Careful observation and in-depth analysis. (2) In implementing initiatives aimed at raising educational standards, Al Irsyad leaders use the following policies: a) Continuous process improvement. b) Creating standards for school improvement and quality assurance. c) Establishing a school culture. d) Modifying the organizational structure. e) Maintaining positive interactions with customers. (3) To verify that a high-quality education program has been achieved, evaluation is also conducted in the following ways: a) by tracking all results from planning and implementing strategic management activities. b) evaluating student and individual performance. c) providing reports on how all actions were carried out; and d) making necessary corrections.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) di MTs Inklusi Bontocinde Gowa, yang berfokus pada manajemen mutu dalam pendidikan inklusi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi guru mengenai TQM dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas penerapannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara kepada kepala madrasah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki persepsi positif terhadap TQM, yang berkontribusi pada terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif dan inklusif. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan pemahaman yang bervariasi tentang TQM, dukungan dari pimpinan sekolah dan pelatihan berkelanjutan meningkatkan keterlibatan staf. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan penerapan TQM sangat bergantung pada kolaborasi semua pihak dan komitmen untuk terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikan bagi semua siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of the PIP Program Scholarship is to increase access for school-age children to access services, prevent students from dropping out or not continuing their education due to economic difficulties; and/or attract students who drop out or do not continue in order to return to receive educational services at school. This study aims to determine the implementation of the distribution of PIP Program Scholarships using the SIPINTAR ENTERPRISE Information System Application and to find out the number of recipients at the Public and Private Junior High School Levels in Samarinda City. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with observation techniques, information collection in the form of data, literature studies and interviews. As a result of this study, the City of Samarinda through the Education and Culture Office has used the SIPINTAR ENTERPRISE Application and is running well, with the number of recipients as many as 16,620 students out of a total of 33,960 students at the public and private junior high school levels, which is 49.8 percent. Abstract

Learning motivation is the encouragement of students to achieve learning goals, such as understanding the material. In the learning of Akidah Akhlak Class IV MI Al Hidayah, the cartoon films of Syamil and Dodo are used to help students understand material such as honesty and trust. This film provides a direct and concrete explanation so that it makes it easier for students to understand. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that: (1) After watching the film Syamil and Dodo, students seemed more motivated in learning. They show enthusiasm, curiosity, pay close attention to impressions, and actively work on assignments. (2) The students' response to this film was very positive because it made it easier for them to understand the subject matter. (3) No significant obstacles were found in understanding the message of the film, because the content of the film is easy to understand by teachers and students. The obstacle faced is that students forget the time if learning starts using the film media of Syamil and Dodo and when the film screening is interrupted due to a power outage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Lesson Implementation Plan (RPP) for the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject for grade III MI as a means of strengthening Islamic educational values. This study is motivated by the reality that learning the Al-Qur'an Hadith often only emphasizes cognitive aspects, such as memorization and literal understanding, without integrating spiritual and moral values as a whole in learning planning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that although the RPP has included elements of Islamic values, its integration is still implicit. Learning objectives tend to be cognitive, teaching methods are still predominantly lectures, conventional learning media, and the assessment system is more focused on written test results. It is necessary to develop a more innovative and contextual RPP by emphasizing active, reflective, and value-based learning. This study recommends increasing teacher capacity through ongoing professional training so that learning the Al-Qur'an Hadith is able to answer the challenges of character education in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the use of demonstration methods assisted by Canva in learning Jurisprudence on the material of Corpse Management in class IX A MTs As'adiyah Uloe. This research is included in class action research. The data collection techniques used were observation, learning outcomes tests, interviews, and documentation. The instruments are observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and interview sheets. The data collected will be analyzed descriptively qualitative and quantitative. Learning outcomes were analyzed using the KKM which is 78. The subjects of this study were class IX A students totaling 30 people. The research lasted for two months starting from February to March 2025. The results showed that the action in cycle I showed that as many as 23 students were declared complete with a percentage of 77%. The action in cycle II showed that as many as 30 people obtained learning outcomes above KKM 78 with a percentage of 100%. So, the use of the demonstration method assisted by Canva in learning Jurisprudence in class IX A MTs As'adiyah Uloe is able to improve student learning outcomes.
