Abstract

The purpose of this study is what factors significantly influence the entry of modern agriculture industry in Kampung Wapeko. The place and time of the study was carried out in Wapeko Village, Kurik District. The population in the study was 79 households. Data analysis method with Linear Regression Analysis with Binary Logistics. Results and discussion Social factors as independent variables are X1 (health quality), X2 (quality of education), X3 (community interaction). Economic factors as independent variables are X4 (family income), X5 (employment opportunities). With an error range of 5%, there are no significant variables that have an impact on the agricultural industry for the community in Kampung Wapeko. It was concluded that the entry of the modern agricultural industry did not provide an impact on the social and economic community in Kampung Wapeko Keywords: industry; agriculture; social economy

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The method used is the SWOT analysis technique and qualitative descriptive. The research was carried out in Kumbe Village, Malind District, Merauke Regency in April - May 2018. The results of IFAS and EFAS identification show that strength consists of six elements, namely: availability of raw materials (sap), using traditional tools, equipment easy to find, low capital, quite high market share, and increase family income. Weakness consists of four elements, namely: limited manpower, lack of workforce expertise, business management that has not been implemented properly, the production period depends on the climate. Opportunities consist of: High market opportunities, there is a business license from the government, support for customary law, there are SME institutions and the quality of local coconut sugar is superior to non-local ones. Threats consist of: lack of socialization and training from the government, lack of input and equipment assistance, the absence of supervision of coconut sugar prices by the government, the low selling price of coconut sugar, certification of coconut sugar. Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors of strengths, weakness, opportunities and the threat. The formulation of bussiness development strategy of fish nuggets uses SWOT analysis and descriptive qualitative methods. This research is conducted in Maro and Samkai villages, Merauke district for two months from May to June 2016. The results of this research generate strategies for business expansion of fish nuggets products. The strategy (startegis) is (are) to optimize human resources of all members on from processing to marketing that build good communication; to conduct training for group members to increase the quality of human resources; to improve the manner of marketing, quantity product and consumer confidence to buy fish nuggets products; toincrease the supply of raw materials to optimize the fish nuggets production continuously;m to find the investor for increasing the capital; to submitte a proposal to the government or related institutions; to build an important promotion for enlarge the market of fish nuggets through the brochures, leflet, web, newspaper, and others medias. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors consumer behaviour towards the purchase of chicken meat cut into traditional and modern markets on the market on the level of consumer households are there in the District of Merauke. This research was carried out in the District of Merauke for three (3) months, i.e. from April 2015 until June 2015. The basic method used in this research is descriptive method. Site selection research was done deliberately i.e. in the District of Merauke. Location of study housed in 8 subdistricts in Merauke District. The number of samples in this research is the 44 respondents. The type of the data being used is the primary data and secondary data obtained through the techniques of observation, and interviews. The analysis used was chi square analysis. The results showed that of the 44 respondents that influence consumer behavior in purchasing chicken pieces on traditional markets and modern market on the level of consumer households which is that decisions in the purchase of chicken pieces (Y) based on the type of work (X1) 0.035 is, income level (X1) is of the number of dependents, 0.128 family (X3) is based on the type, and 0757 jobs (X1) is of 0.001. And from the results of data processing carned showing that the decision in buying of chicken influential positive and significant is variable income (X2) was in 0,128 and variable namber of dependents (X3) was in 0,757.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama lima bulan pada Distrik Tanah Miring Kabupaten Merauke, Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif kausal dengan subyek penelititan yaitu rumah tangga tani distrik tanah miring kabuputen merauke yaitu dengan menggunakan alat analisis Jalur (model analisis Path). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran modal sosial (sosial capital) berpengaruh peningkatan hasil pertanian pada tingkat rumah tangga tani wilayah tanah miring kabupaten Merauke serta menganalisis peran modal sektor pembiayaan mikro perbankan berpengaruh peningkatan hasil pertanian pada tingkat rumah tangga tani wilayah tanah miring kabupaten Merauke dan menganalisis peran modal sosial pada pengambilan keputusan penambahan modal usaha tani di tingkat rumah tangga pada sektor pembiayaan mikro perbankan. Hasil penelitian maka didapat Modal Sosial terhadap Hasil Usaha Tani dimana memiliki nilai kofesien jalur sama dengan kofesien kolerasi sebesar yaitu  0,603 dimana mendekati nilai 1 sehingga untuk modal sosial memiliki hubungan cukup kuat terhadap hasil usaha tani. Untuk tingkat signifikannya pada jalur tersebut yaitu pada kofesien t sebesar 7,442 dan pada kofesien t tabel pada α=0,05 sebesar 1.661052, sehingga pada t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (7,442 > 1,661052) maka kofesien jalur dinyatakan sangat signifikan. Hal ini juga ditunjukkan dari nilai P-velue lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) maka dinyatakan bahwa kofesien jalur pada Modal Sosial terhadap Hasil Usaha Tani adalah signifikan. Pengaruh Total pada Modal Sosial, Modal Perbankan dan Hasil Usaha Tani adalah jumlah pengaruh lansung pada Modal Sosial terhadap Hasil Usaha Tani yaitu penjumlahan pengaruh langsung Modal Sosial terhadap Hasil Usahatani dengan Pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Modal Sosial terhadap Hasil Usaha Tani melalui Modal Perbankkan yaitu sebesar 1,13 (0,603 + 0,527).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Integrasi rantai pasok dalam kemitraan yang efektif pada tingkat petani itu sendiri dalam wadah gapoktan, karakteristik dan produktifitas transportasi, dan pengukuran efesiensi margin keuntungan dan farmer shere pada  tingkat pelaku rantai pasok dari Minahasa Selatan pada kecamatan Modoinding (sentra komoditi sayur) ke wilayah kota Manado melalui pelanggan pasar tradisional dan pasar modern. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan membagi tiga jenis sayur yaitu Kentang, Kubis dan Tomat. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara proporsive sampling yaitu kecamatan Modoinding dan kota Manado. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan integrasi rantai pasok dalam hal ini kemitraan yang efektif terjadi pada tingkat petani itu sendiri dalam wadah Gapoktan. Pada Jalur yang lebih efesien adalah jalur 1, namun lebih efektif pada jalur 2 dengan efesiensi rasio produktifitas 42 % dan margin keuntungan tertinggi terdapat pada pedagang pengumpul besar. Untuk tingkat petani, komoditi sayur buah (Tomat) memiliki R/C yang tinggi dan efesiensi farmer share tertinggi pada pedagang pengumpul kecil dan juga pedagang perantara.

these activities were not sustainable. This study aims to identify various opportunities, strengths,weaknesses and threats, examine internal external factors, formulate and determine selected strategies indeveloping sweet potatos flour business using the SWOT matrix. Determination of selected strategies isdone using the QSPM matrix. The research was conducted from March to June 2018, in the pet flourprocessing business group of the Village of Salted District of Tanah Miring District of Merauke Regency.The results showed that IFAS (Internal Factor Summary) factors in the sweet potato flour business werethe availability of raw material for sweet potato, lack of equipment and use of technology, limitedavailability of capital, adequate human resources and less than optimal management. EFAS factor (ExternalFactor Summary) in the sweet potato flour business is the support of the village and communitygovernments very well, the market potential is quite good, price fluctuations, lack of competitiveness andthe role of the Government. The SWOT analysis formulated 11 (Eleven) alternative strategies fordeveloping sweet potato flour namely : 1; Collaborating with the Government through a work program tofunction, to operate and develop flour business 2; Improve marketing networks by adding marketingpartners 3; Promoting back to the community that sweet potato flour products are local products as superiorproducts of Merauke Regency 4; Organizing internal training sustainable business management (routinemeetings) 5; Requesting capital from the Government to advance business 6; Need to conduct an analysisof petroleum flour business studies 7; Establish attractive product promotion 8; Create (value added) forflour products. 9; Create and develop a system storage of raw materials 10: Conducting training on how tomanage business capital (financial management) 11; Increasing technology for preserving sweet potatoflour. Furthermore, based on the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrixs) matrix, there are 2 (two)alternatives that have the highest score as the first strategy done first 1: Collaborating with the Governmentthrough work programs to enable, to operate and develop sweet potato flour business, total alternativescores 5,12. Abstract

The objective of this research is to setimate cost, revenue, profit, and the feasibity of redonion farming in Tanah Miring District. The method use primary and secondary data. All the redonion farms (46 famers) in Tanah Miring District become free responden. Data analisis used costanalisis, R/C ratio and BEP (Break Event Point) analisized. The result showed that red onion farmingin Tanah Miring District have the cost Rp. 23.526.255 for 3 (three) month in 0,3 ha. The revenueof red onion farming is Rp. 45.738.745/3 (three) month/0,3 ha, with BEP production volume is672/kg and BEP price production is Rp. 11.888/kg. The R/C ratio is 2,9 means that every Rp. 1capital produce 2,9% profit. The concluetion is red onion farming is feasible to developed.Keyword: cost analisys, red onion, dan feasibility analisys

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the factors of education, capital, and dependents influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market and analyze the dominant factors that influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market. This research was conducted at the Wamanggu Merauke Market, for four (4) months, namely from August to December 2018. The population in this study were all vegetable sellers in the Wamanggu Merauke Market. The sampling technique was random sampling with 173 samples and a total population of 63 sellers, while data analysis was carried out with quantitative descriptive analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the magnitude of the effect of education on income (Y): based on education (X1) affects income (Y) insignificantly by 0.044 or 4.4%, based on capital (X2) affects income (Y) significantly by 0.919 or 91.9%, based on dependents (X3) affect income (Y) not significantly by 0.005 or 5%. The dominant factor that influences the decision of mothers in improving the family economy is the capital factor (X2) which is equal to 0.919 or 91.9%. Abstract

Merauke Regency is a candlenut production center in Papua Province with an area of ​​land and an ever-increasing amount of production. Candlenut area in 2009 was 114.50 Ha and in 2012 it increased to 207.00 Ha, which was followed by an increase in production by 50% between 2010 and 2012. This study aimed to identify the factors be strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and formulate development strategies. Purposive research area determination in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency. The population consisted of 12 people consisting of candlenut farmers, traders, and the government where all populations were sampled. Sampling was done by Purposive Sampling. The data used are sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using the SWOT method. strengths: availability of land and hazelnut plants in large numbers, the involvement of families and local communities in the business, business activities can help the family economy of farmers, the activity of processing candlenut in the village, how to market the results have reached the traditional markets, the large number of candlenut which falls out every season, the quality of hazelnut produced is quite good. Weaknesses are: lack of adequate equipment in processing activities, lack of business capital, long distance to the location of plants (from community houses to gardens and hamlets) for candlenut harvest, low knowledge, and farmers' desire in cultivation activities, low application of the system management in business, lack of farmers 'skills in processing the candlenut, lack of farmers' ability to do marketing outside the village, transportation facilities that support marketing activities are not yet smooth, the durability (quality) of hazelnut produced is still low.
