Abstract

Technology is always developing and requires society to be able to follow these developments. One of them is in the field of e-commerce. Currently there are many e-commerce platforms available such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and others. The platform is expected to make it easier for business people in running their business, especially SMEs. There is a community SMEs are art workers in Surakarta who sell their own artistic products and try to keep up with e-commerce developments. The purpose of this research is to find out the interests of members of the ‘Solo is Solo’ art market in adopting e-commerce to distribute his work to buyers use the TAM and TPB Approach. To achieve this goal, this study uses a questionnaire to explore data that will be filled in by members of the Solo Art Market community of total 72 people, and tested using PLS. As we know that the Covid-19 Pandemic has prevented the art workers from selling their crafts offline. Besides, they tend to choose selling offline than online. Therefore, this study wants to predict their intention to adopt online platforms in order to restore economic conditions after the Covid-19 Pandemic. Keywords : TAM, TPB, SME, Digital Marketing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital, penerapan financial technology (fintech), dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) kuliner di Kecamatan Pracimantoro, Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 83 responden pelaku UMKM kuliner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Variabel dalam penelitian ini mencakup literasi digital (X1), penerapan fintech (X2), dan inklusi keuangan (X3) sebagai variabel bebas, serta kinerja UMKM sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital, penerapan fintech, dan inklusi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,704 yang berarti bahwa 70,4% variasi kinerja UMKM dapat dijelaskan oleh literasi digital, penerapan fintech, dan inklusi keuangan, sedangkan sisanya 29,6% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan literasi digital, pemanfaatan fintech, serta perluasan akses inklusi keuangan untuk mendukung kinerja dan keberlanjutan UMKM kuliner di Kecamatan Pracimantoro. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan teknologi dan permodalan dalam mendorong keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significant influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and personality on financial management behavior in Culinary MSME actors at Shelter Manahan Surakarta. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of answers from respondents that are changed on the Likert scale. The data source used in this study is primary data. The data collection technique in this study was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the entire population of 135 respondents, using a saturated sample technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test (????2). The results of the study based on validity and reliability tests showed that all statements regarding financial literacy, financial attitudes and personality were declared valid because of the p-value of 0.05 and reliable because of the Chronbach's alpha > value of 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test showed that all variables passed the tests of multicollinearity, heterokedasticity, autocorrelation, and normal distribution. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 5.748 + 0.207 + 0.252 - 0.024 + e. The results of the t-test (partial) proved that financial literacy and financial attitudes had a significant effect on financial management behavior, while personality had a insignificant effect on financial management behavior. The F test (model accuracy) test showed that the regression model used in this study was appropriate. The test results ????1????2????3????2 showed that the contribution of the influence of independent variables on dependents was 18.5% and the remaining 81.5% was influenced by other model variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mekanisme Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2021–2024. Mekanisme GCG diproksikan melalui ukuran dewan komisaris, frekuensi rapat dewan komisaris, dan proporsi dewan komisaris independen, sedangkan kinerja keuangan diukur menggunakan Growth Return on Assets (Growth ROA). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 44 perusahaan perbankan (114 observasi setelah eliminasi outlier). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sebaliknya, frekuensi rapat dewan komisaris tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Adapun proporsi dewan komisaris independen ditemukan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Growth ROA. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa efektivitas tata kelola pada sektor perbankan pasca-pandemi lebih ditentukan oleh kapasitas struktural dewan dibandingkan intensitas aktivitas administratif.

Abstract

This study explores the contribution of financial literacy, financial behavior, and financial technology to the financial performance of MSMEs among traders at Jungke Market, Karanganyar. Using a quantitative methodology, data were collected through questionnaires from 90 respondents selected using proportional cluster random sampling. Through multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that all three independent variables have significance values below 0.05, indicating a positive and significant effect on financial performance partially (t-test). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 52.3% shows that these variables are able to explain the variation in financial performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by external factors. This study concludes that strengthening financial literacy, financial behavior, and financial technology is a key factor in improving the financial performance of business actors.
