Abstract

The internationalization of Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah Islam in Southeast Asia in particular is growing rapidly. The spirit of maintaining the scientific sanad and teachings of Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah is one of the efforts to internationalize the role of KH Ali Tungkal's da'wah. With qualitative-descriptive and pure field research using bibliographical data methods, documentation, and interview results through a historical approach, this study explores: (1) The characteristics of the Islamic da'wah of Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah KH Ali Tungkal. (2) The Urgency of Internationalization of Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah Islam in Southeast Asia in a contemporary context with. The results of this study show that: (1) the characteristics of KH Ali Tungkal's missionary strategy movement, namely by establishing the Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah (TQN) Tarekat. KH Ali Tungkal also founded the Al Baqiatus Shalihat Islamic boarding school. The characteristics of KH Ali Tungkal's da'wah material generally follow the Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah school. KH Ali Tungkal's da'wah material was planned as much as possible by referring to the books of Kifâyat al-Awwâm, Tuhfat al-Murȋd 'alâ Syarh Jauharat al-Tawhȋd, Syarh Hikam li 'Abdullâh al-Syarqâwȋ, Kifâyat al-Mubtadi'ȋn, Aqâ'id al -Faith and 'Charity Ma'rifah. The method of preaching KH Ali Tungkal both in the Al-Baqiyat Islamic Boarding School environment and in the community with Bil Lisan and Bil Qalam da'wah. (2) The internationalization of Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah Islam with tolerance, moderation, balance, and friendliness to all mankind is the most important thing in the context of Muslims in the contemporary era. So that KH Ali Tungkal's students are in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Internationalization and universalization of Islam Ahlussunnah Waljama'ah are increasingly unavoidable.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami akulturasi Islam dalam peradaban dan budaya, jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi pustaka (library research), dengan pendekatan penelitiannya adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian bahwa akulturasi Islam dinusantara begitu unik diawali dengan sejarah Islam masuk Indonesia melalui proses sejarah yang panjang, Pada awalnya, Indonesia/ Nusantara misalnya pulau Jawa telah dimasuki kebudayaan Hindu yang lebih dahulu berkembang di masyarakat dengan memiliki tradisi tatanan hidup pada masa itu, aksi damai sebagai strategi dakwah dalam penyebaran Islam sehingga ada yang respon memeluk ajaran Islam, berbagai macam yang disunting/disaring dari agama non Islam sebagai strategi menyebarkan agama Islam, misalnya melalui seni tari, musik dan lain-lain. Dalam upacara-upacara keagamaan seperti mauludan atau rajaban sering dipertunjukkan seni tari dan musik tradisional misalnya sekatenan di Jogjakarta dan wayang. Strategi dakwah tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara agama dan kebudayaan, dengan adanya korelasi tersebut menyebabkan adanya perbedaan kultur keagamaan antara satu daerah dengan daerah lainnya. Kehidupan sosial budaya selalu dinamis, terus mengalami adanya perubahan, hubungan antara agama dan kebudayaan inilah yang menyebabkan adanya atau terjadinya proses akulturasi. Akulturasi merupakan culture contact yang memiliki proses dua arah (two way process), saling mempengaruhi antara dua kelompok yang mengadakan hubungan, atau oleh Ortiz disebut transculturation untuk menunjuk suatu hubungan timbal balik (reciprocal) antar aspek kebudayaan. Maka, Perlu ada dialog kreatif dan dinamis antara keduanya hingga akhirnya Islam dapat diterima sebagai agama baru tanpa harus menggantikan budaya lokal yang ada. Dalam hal ini, budaya lokal yang terkandung dalam tradisi dan adat istiadat masyarakat setempat tetap dapat dijalankan tanpa merusak ajaran Islam. Maka, diperlukan dialektika antara Islam dan budaya, Islam memberikan warna dan semangat pada budaya dan peradaban, dan budaya serta peradaban memberikan kekayaan pada Islam. Inilah yang terjadi dalam dinamika Islam di Indonesia, yang kaya akan tradisi dan budaya.

Abstract

Basically the study of the Qur'an does not necessarily focus on the text of the Qur'an. However, it can also refer to social phenomena associated with the presence of the Qur'an in certain Muslim communities, as well as other individuals who are involved with it on a daily basis or what is often referred to as the Living Qur'an. The Qur'an lives in society and is known as the Living Qur'an. In contrast to most Al-Qur'an studies which concentrate on the text of the Al-Qur'an, this article aims to bring the evolution of Al-Qur'an studies into the realm of the Living Qur'an. An interesting option in its development may be the living Koran. The research findings show that Surah Al-Fatihah can be used to perform meruqyah for individuals.

Abstract

AbstractThe Historiography of Islam in the Nusantara Malay has been dominated by western scholars such as K.P. Lando, J.C. van Leur, R.O. Winstedt and J.j.de Graff. They claim that Islam in the Nusantara Malay region is a peripheral Islam that has no connection with Islam in the Middle East as the central. In the domination of these western authors, AzyumardiAzra emerges with contrasting idea and disagrees the claim. He states that Islam in the Nusantara Malay world cannot be separated from Islam in the Middle East which has strong connection and be a part of Islam in general. It belongs to one entity. He also states thatthe establishment and the development of Islam in a region must have connection with other regions. Therefore, this research tries to reconstruct and to analyze Azra’s contribution toward the Historiography of Islam in Nusantara Malay. The method use are historiography and content analysis. Azra’s contributions in the Historiography of Islam in the Nusantara Malay are to be determining the direction of its historiography, be approaching Islamic history in the Nusantara Malays as part of the world Islam and Muslim history,coloring Islam itself and offering consciousness on the history of Islam for muslim in the Nusantara Malay and introducing social history in the Historiography of Islam in the Nusantara Malay. Keywords: Centralization, Marginal Islam, Azyumardi Azra, Islamic Historiography, The Nusantara Malay. AbstrakHistoriografi Islam Melayu Nusantara selama ini didominasi oleh penulis Barat, di antaranya: K. Mereka berpendapat bahwa Islam di kawasan Melayu Nusantara adalah Islam pinggiran, Islam yang tidak ada hubungannya dengan Islam di pusatnya Timur Tengah. Di tengah dominasi penulis Barat tersebut muncullah Azyumardi Azra, ia tidak sependapat dengan kebanyakan penulis Barat tersebut. Menurut Azyumardi Azra, Islam di dunia Melayu Nusantara tidak bisa dipisahkan dari Islam yang ada di pusatnya Timur Tengah, dalam artian Islam di dunia Melayu Nusantara merupakan bagian dari Islam secara keseluruhan. Ia merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Tumbuh dan berkembangnya Islam di suatu kawasan mesti terkait dengan Islam di kawasan lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merekonstruksi dan menganalisis konstribusi Azyumardi Azra dalam Historiografi Islam Melayu Nusantara. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode sejarah dengan pendekatan historiografi dan analisis isi. Konstribusi Azyumardi Azra dalam Historiografi Islam Melayu Nusantara adalah menentukan arah perjalanan sejarah Islam di Melayu Nusantara, mendekati sejarah Islam di Melayu Nusantara sebagai bagian dari sejarah umat Islam secara keseluruhan, memberi warna Islam dan kesadaran sejarah umat Islam di dunia Melayu Nusantara serta memperkenalkan sejarah sosial di dalam Historiografi Islam Melayu Nusantara.Kata Kunci:  Sentralisasi, Islam Marginal, Azyumardi Azra, Historiografi Islam, Melayu Nusantara.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to talking about a growing phenomenon In this era of massive usage and development of digital media that causes Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) behavior, in this study discusses various aspects of FoMO phenomena, Z generation, and stoicism. FoMO behavior takes place across generations especially the Z generation. The issue in this research is how FoMO affected students of Ushuluddin and Islamic Thought Faculty at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang in their lives. In this case, stoicism play a crucial role in absorbing the rapid negative effects of FoMO behavior cause stoicism is the way of life, in stoicism taught afirm that people are creature that capable to controlling their thoughts, this is the principles of living promoted by stoicism itself. This research focuses on the FoMO phenomena in various trend that happen in Ushuluddin And Islamic Thought Faculty. FoMO stands for Fear of Missing Out which refers to the fear of missing out on enjoyable experiences when someone else is participated in them. The type of the study is a field research. This study has two type of data resources in this research, primary data and secondary data, primary data source is interviews with the students of Ushuluddin And Islamic Thought Faculty, the secondary data is data obtained from graphic documents, internet search, and many other. Apply stoicism in the daily life has a big impact for the student of Ushuluddin And Islamic Thought Faculty cause if they apply stoicism they will not imppacted by FoMO behaviour in the various trends based on stoicism taught that said to reach the true happpines we have to focus on things within our control not the other. The result of this study has shown that those who do not apply the stoicism are particularly susceptible to FoMO behavior, but when someone is able to apply the stoicism, stoicism becomes the cure to avoid FoMO.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengembangan Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Dasar  di Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Kota Palembang.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kualitas dari kemampuan guru PAI sekolah dasar dalam mengembangkan potensinya. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan cara menggali makna dibalik teks yang didapat melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi dan fokus penelitian ada di SD Negeri, 26, 27 dan 28 di Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaDari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara keseluruhan kompetensi guru PAI yang ada di SD Negeri 26, 27, 28 masih belum maksimal dan perlu ada pengembangan yang lebih lanjut dan komprehensif. Beberapa problem yang dihadapi guru PAI yang menyebabkan lemahnya kompetensi guru PAI yaitu minimnya jam mengajar, kemudian pola pembelajaran PAI yang masih menggunakan pola lama yang menakutkan bagi siswa dengan hafalan dan praktek materi yang di ajarkan, kemudian dari sisi lain guru tidak menempatkan guru PAI sebagai contoh atau teladan dan memiliki brand imej yang menyenangkan bagi siswa, hal ini tentu kemampuan guru PAI perlu dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan lagi, khsusunya dalam pengembangan karakter guru dan membangun imej guru PAI sebagai guru yang menyenangkan, maka pengembangan kompetensi individu perlu lebih dikembangkan. Adapun strategi atau cara yang diupayakan pihak Lembaga untuk mengembangkan SDM guru yaitu dengan memfasilitasi para guru untuk ikut kegiatan workshop, pelatihan, diklat dan pengembangan diri, sehingga standar kompetensi tenaga pendidik dari pedagogig, professional, kepribadian dan sosial bisa lebih dikembangkan.

Abstract

: This article examines Buya Hamka's interpretation of Al-Azhar's Interpretation of Belief in the One and Only God. This study is part of a literature study that collects data from various literatures. Apart from books, research literature can also be in the form of magazines, journals, and other types of documentation. By looking for data about Belief in the One and Only God According to Buya Hamka in Tafsir Al-Azhar. A variety of relevant literature Research results According to Buya Hamka, the main center of Pancasila lies in the stipulations of Belief in One Almighty God. Buya Hamka emphasized that by adhering to the provisions of Belief in the One and Only God, he would usually develop and practice the other four provisions. Abstract

Islam Nusantara is a theme that until now still has a big question mark and debate among Islamic thinkers. This paper reviews the concept of moderation in Islam Nusantara with a review of QS. al-Baqarah [2]: 143. By using the descriptive-interpretative method, it is concluded that moderate Islam in Nusantara explains the existence of Islamic moderation which is very appropriate to become wasathiyah by preserving local traditions in the archipelago. The purpose of this moderation of Islam Nusantara is to maintain tolerance and peace in the archipelago. The role of moderation means that Islam has completed the religion of all religions, in the sense that Islam is a religion brought by the Prophet as compassion for the world which is contained in moderation, tolerance, and peace, for all mankind.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the subjective interpretation of "monastic" by Imam Zamakhsyari regarding the recommendation of marriage in the Quran. This study falls under the category of qualitative research; hence, the researcher solely conducts a literature review. The research employs an interpretative approach and a historical approach. The primary data source for this research is the book "Tafsir al-Kasysyaf," supplemented by secondary data from literary sources. The discussion and findings of this research reveal that when faced with verses that emphasize the recommendation of marriage, such as Surah Al-Rum/30 verse 21, Surah Al-Nisa/4 verse 3, and Surah An-Nur/24 verse 32, both implicitly and explicitly, there are influences on his position as a scholar who chooses to live as a "monk." There is a specific stance that represents his life choice of not marrying, influenced by affective history. There exists a pre-understanding that constitutes Imam Zamakhsyari's initial position, which he engages in dialogue with the Quranic text and can be criticized for not aligning with the intended meaning of the interpreted text. The influence of affective history and the position of hermeneutical pre-understanding can be observed in his verses, expressing a profound reflection on his decision not to marry.
