Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of iB Working Capital products at Bank Jateng Syariah to find out the target market of iB Working Capital products and to determine the level of customer interest. This type of research is field research conducted using qualitative research. The study obtains data using observation, interview, and documentation methods. This research was conducted at Bank Jateng Syariah, Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive type using a deductive mindset, namely by comparing theory with catalytic events from the field. The result of this study is that the marketing strategy applied to the Working Capital iB product at Bank Jateng Syariah is a marketing mix consisting of products, places, promotions, people, and processes (5P) this shows a significant positive influence in increasing customer interest or the general public. Improving marketing strategies for the better provides socialization around rural areas where the dominant community may not yet understand Islamic banking and its products. This research is expected to put forward research implications that may be beneficial for the bank and society. Optimizing the role of Islamic financial institutions in the implementation of working capital iB.

Abstract

The current data management system of Tawangsari Village is a manual. This creates obstacles for village officials and the community around them. Looking at the problem, it is necessary to digitize the data management system to tackle issues faced by the management of Tawangsari Village. The use of digital systems is believed to be able to handle the problem of information dissemination in Tawangsari village. The community service at Tawangsari Village aims to share the implementation of a digital data management system. In addition, the community service program is intended to enhance further collaboration between academia and the community. Based on security and ease of use, the community service program offers Google Forms as a tool for data management. Using Google Forms applications will bring changes from a conventional to a paperless culture. The community service program has unlocked the untapped potential of village data management to be more reliable

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the potential that Ngada Regency has as a Muslim minority area in developing halal tourism, as well as the efforts that must be made to support this potential so that it can be applied. Research Methodology: The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with fourteen respondents, including; the Indonesian Ulema Council of Ngada Regency, the Ministry of Islamic Religion of Ngada Regency, the Ngada Regency Tourism Office, Islamic religious leaders, and local Muslim tourists. Results: The results of this study show that Ngada Regency has the opportunity to implement halal tourism, judging from the tourism potential it has, including; marine parks of 17 islands, beaches, mountains, hills, waterfalls, craters, hot springs, and traditional villages. The available tourist attractions are the main attractions and characteristics that distinguish Ngada Regency from other districts in East Nusa Tenggara. Then, judging from the enthusiasm of local Muslim tourists visiting tourist destinations, Ngada Regency has the opportunity to implement halal tourism. However, the facilities and infrastructure available in tourist destinations and lodging places must follow halal tourism principles. Limitations: This study has limited data coverage in an Eastern Indonesia region that has a Muslim minority demographic. Contributions: The study is the first to examine the potential of halal tourism in eastern Indonesia with the condition of the Muslim minority population. Novelty: This study makes a valuable contribution to the study of the development of halal tourism in eastern Indonesia, which has a Muslim minority demographic.

Abstract

The best achievement of zakat institutions in fulfilling their duties as an organization is strongly influenced by several strategies for utilizing the latest technology. Electronic payment (e-payment) plays an important role in accelerating any institutional transaction. As we all know, there are various electronic payment systems that facilitate online buying and selling transactions. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of zakat payment services through the Cinta Zakat application owned by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), this study uses a netnography method to analyze application user reviews through the Google Play store platform. Netnography is used to understand social interaction in the context of contemporary digital communication. The results of this study showed an analysis based on 69 user reviews of the Cinta Zakat application, including analysis of positive reviews, negative reviews, then comparison of reviews for effectiveness analysis. The percentage of 26.09% of positive reviews was shown by the aspect of ease of zakat payments through the application that users disclosed. Meanwhile, as many as 1.45% of the negative reviews were indicated by the aspects of login problems and OTP error codes. The paper is hoped to become one of the references in the field of information technology and measuring the performance of zakat workers institutions, through social media interactions.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity and quality of environmentally friendly batik production in Bangkalan Regency through the application of green management-based technology and innovation. Implemented in Paseseh Village, Tanjung Bumi District, from March to August 2025, the program involves the MSME partner Bisma Batik. Using a participatory approach, the activities include the application of energy-efficient lorot machines to accelerate the wax removal process, training in natural dye production using local materials, and training in business management and digital marketing through social media and online marketplaces. The results demonstrate significant improvements in production efficiency, with wax removal time reduced by up to 30% and production capacity increasing two to three times. The partner also successfully implemented a simple accounting system, developed standard operating procedures (SOPs), and activated digital marketing channels to expand market reach. Overall, the program enhanced efficiency, product quality, and competitiveness while promoting green economy principles and sustainable innovation. This initiative contributes to improving artisans’ welfare, strengthening the local economy, and supporting the preservation of environmentally friendly batik practices.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine how Sharia based cooperatives adapted their marketing strategies for financing products during the COVID 19 pandemic, with a focus on Sharia cooperatives operating in Klaten City. The study also explores the key obstacles faced and the solutions adopted during the global health crisis. Method: This research employs a qualitative field research approach using inductive analysis. Data were collected through in depth interviews with managers of four Sharia cooperatives or Baitul Maal wat Tamwil institutions in Klaten City to capture institutional responses to pandemic related disruptions. Result: The findings show that Sharia cooperatives adapted their marketing strategies by targeting business sectors that remained active, applying the marketing mix strategy covering product price place and promotion, and strengthening marketing communication with members. However, several challenges emerged, including social distancing restrictions, intense institutional competition, and limited human resource capacity in Sharia financing and digital marketing. Implication: The study highlights the importance of adaptive marketing strategies and digital readiness to ensure the sustainability of Sharia cooperative finance during crisis conditions. Originality: This study provides empirical insights into marketing adaptation strategies of Sharia cooperatives during a global health crisis, contributing to the literature on Islamic cooperative finance and crisis management.
