Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of income, knowledge, promotion, and gold prices on the investment decisions of bank partners in investing in gold at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Jambi City. The population used in this research consists of BSI partners who invest in gold in Jambi City, with a sample of 90 respondents. It can be concluded that the respondents in this study are predominantly female, totaling 63 respondents, while males amount to 27 respondents. Based on age, the majority are aged 30-39 years, with 40 respondents. In terms of education level, 70 respondents hold a bachelor's degree. Data collection techniques employed include questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all examined variables, both internal factors (income and knowledge) and external factors (promotion and gold prices), significantly influence gold investment decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.827 indicates that 82% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the variables studied. This research provides a broader understanding of the factors influencing gold investment decisions and suggests strategies for more effective promotion and better financial education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the soundness level of Indonesian Sharia Banks in 2021-2022 using the measurement method stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.8/POJK.03/2014 concerning Assessment of the Soundness Level of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units using the RGEC method. The assessment factors in the RGEC method are the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital factors. The research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. This type of research is intended to obtain information regarding bank health based on the quarterly financial reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia for 2021-2022. In this study the data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports and GCG implementation reports. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive data analysis technique by analyzing financial reports using the RGEC method. The results of the study show that the soundness level of Bank Syariah Indonesia from 2021 to 2022 has received the title of "Very Healthy".

Abstract

This study aims to analyze problems and formulate and strategize in the development of halal tourism destinations rooted in local wisdom in Jambi Seberang City. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The specific methodology applied is the Analytic Network Process (ANP), which is implemented through Super Decision software. ANP was chosen for its ability to set priorities in the context of decision making. The results obtained from this study show that the main issue faced is related to government participation. The priority strategies identified include the formation of synergies between various interested parties, increasing government commitment in supporting the development of halal tourism, developing a structured halal tourism development concept, and improving the quality of human resources. Through this research, it is expected to be a source and basis for planning the development of halal tourism in Jamb, especially in Jambi Kota Seberang.

Abstract

Provinsi Jambi merupakan salah satu penghasil produksi kelapa yang cukup besar yaitu sebesar 48 % pada tahun 2021. Karena produksinya yang besar sehingga limbah yang dihasilkan pun melimpah. Limbah yang kotor dan bertumpukan membuat lingkungan menjadi kotor dan tidak sehat. Melihat  permasalahan tersebut kami para mahasiswa melaui Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha berinisiatif untuk memanfaatkan limbah batok kelapa agar dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi sebuah kerajinan tangan yang bernilai jual dan nilai seni tinggi. Olahan kerajinan  tangan dari batok kelapa tersebut diberi nama BATOKU Jambi dengan kerajinan yang dihasilkan yaitu berupa gantungan kunci, kalung, cincin, dan hiasan meja yang memiliki ciri khas dengan mengangkat kearifan lokal daerah Jambi yaitu Tugu Keris Siginjai dan Angso Duo. Dengan adanya pemanfaatan limbah batok kelapa menjadi usaha ini diharapkan bisa memberikan manfaat baik bagi masyarakat, mahasiswa maupun pembaca.

Abstract

The implementation of trademark digitalization in Tirta Kencana Village, Rimbo Bujang District, Tebo Regency, aims to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs by integrating technology and Islamic economic values such as transparency, justice, and sustainability. This program includes digital training, the development of management and marketing platforms, and strengthening internet access. As a result, there was a 40% increase in revenue, a growth in the number of customers, and an improved understanding of digitalization and Islamic economics among business owners. Support from the community and digital infrastructure is expected to drive inclusive and sustainable economic growth in the village, while strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs in the local and regional digital markets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kesehatan Bank Syariah Indonesia terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility dengan menggunakan metode RGEC tahun 2021-2023. RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital)  merupakan metode penilaian kesehatan bank yang mencakup berbagai aspek keuangan, seperti risiko kredit, tata kelola perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan kecukupan modal, yang diyakini memiliki pengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi rasio keuangan Non-Performing Financing (NPF) untuk Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA) untuk Earning dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) untuk Capital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan rasio keuangan triwulan Bank Syariah Indonesia selama periode 2021-2023. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi berganda dan analisis hipotesis  untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu pelaksanaan CSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel NPF dan ROA memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan CSR, sedangkan GCG dan CAR tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan keuangan bank, terutama dari aspek risiko kredit bermasalah dan profitabilitas berperan penting dalam menentukan efektivitas dan skala program CSR yang dilakukan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2023.

Abstract

The village innovation program is community development and empowerment activities carried out by students through student executives, student activity units, student associations, and student organizations. A very useful program both for advancing the village and its people, also designed as part of the implementation of the independent learning campus policy (MBKM). The ar-rahman rohis student activity unit carried out this activity in Jati Emas village, Bram Itam district, Tanjung Jabung Barat regency. The purpose of this activity is to establish a community unitary group that focuses on cultivating catfish and catfish. This program will also have a positive impact on increasing people's income and improving the welfare of local communities. The methods used are education, training, demonstrations, and mentoring for the development of fish cultivator groups in the village of jati emas. Based on the results of the activity, it is known that the involvement and participation of partners is very high in implementing the program which includes making fish feed independently, implementing good fish farming methods, and downstreaming fish farming. From the results of monitoring and evaluation activities carried out through visits to villages and through communication via whatsapp, it shows that village innovation program activities have a positive impact on partners and also villages because fish farming results can meet deficiencies in household economic need.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to test and train the community on the technology of making high protein fish feed pellets from trash fish waste which is useful for reducing the high purchase of fish feed on the market. Therefore, the need for a technology or innovation for the manufacture of fish feed in the community, especially areas where there is fish farming and is expected to reduce the high cost of purchasing feed. The method consists of presentations or training, mentoring and discussions, as well as analysis of business benefits. Members of the catfish breeding partners are mostly aged between 18 to 68 years, have elementary, junior high and high school education. The raw materials for the waste are 5 kg of dry trash fish, 100 g of tapioca flour/0.1 kg, 4.9 kg of rice bran and 1 l of diesel oil and plastic, so you can get up to 8 kg of fish pellets. with the cost required is IDR 39,050 Gross income IDR. 72,000 and a profit of Rp. 32,950. Comparing the benefits and costs incurred is IDR 32,950.00 :I DR 39,050.00 = 0.8 (B/C). Therefore, the fish pellet business is very profitable to develop and can increase the income of the Jati Emas villagers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh affiliate marketing, live streaming dan program flash sale terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa aktif Universitas Jambi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 394 responden dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dalam bentuk google form. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 25. Kemudian analisis data dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R²) dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial affiliate marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada tiktok shop, live streaming berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada tiktok shop dan pada flash sale berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada tiktok shop. Sedangkan secara simultan affiliate marketing, live streaming dan flash sale berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di tiktok shop dan dalam ekonomi Islam variabel affiliate marketing, live streaming dan flash sale diperboleh sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Jambi Province, located in the center of Sumatra, has developed creativity in batik crafts with various distinctive batik motifs. Apart from that, this province also has historical heritage, such as the Muaro Jambi Temple, which is a witness to the glory of the past. It is important to study this aspect scientifically to ensure its preservation as part of cultural heritage that can enrich people's lives. In an effort to preserve culture, we are organizing the "Outer Kito" product creation program as a method that can be implemented in everyday life in the millennial world. This product not only functions as a form of creativity in batik crafts, but also has historical value with the QR Code which provides information related to batik and the meaning it contains. Using "Outer Kito" products is expected to be a real step for the community to participate in preserving their culture.
