Abstract

Abstract Researchers examined more about the learning guidance learning model to find out the learning model used by the teacher in the learning process at Saddhphala Jaya Krecek. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques and instruments used are using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Technique of validating data through continuous observation, postulation, and member check. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method, namely collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of this study that learning conducted in the Saddhāphala Jaya Krecek includes the opening stage (Namakārapāṭha), presentation of material, and closing or evaluation; (2) the model used by the teacher depends on the activities carried out both in education, creativity and art; (3) constraints in the application of the learning model: lack of teacher understanding of the learning model, lack of learning media, school differences, facilities and financial constraints, and lack of students. Abstrak Peneliti mengkaji lebih dalam tentang model pembelajaran bimbingan belajar untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di Saddhāphala Jaya Krecek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data melalui pengamatan terus-menerus, tiangulasi, dan member check. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Miles and Huberman yaitu pengumpulan, reduksi data , penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pembelajaran yang dilakukan di Saddhāphala Jaya Krecek meliputi tahap pembukaan (Namakārapāṭha), pemaparan materi, dan penutup atau evaluasi; (2) model yang digunakan oleh guru tergantung pada kegiatan yang dilakukan baik dalam pendidikan, kreativitas, dan kesenian; (3) kendala dalam penerapan model pembelajaran: kurangnya pemahaman guru pada model pembelajaran, media pembelajran masih kurang, perbedaan sekolah, keterbatasan fasilitas dan keuangan, dan kurangnya semagat dari siswa.

Abstract

Abstract The school research is based on the fact that evaluation has not been done Wira Putra nursery school. This study attemps to describe and provide recommendations on the presentation of teaching at Wira Putra nursery school. The research is a evaluative research with a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. The data were collected through observation , interview, and documentation. The observation was conducted by direct observation. The interview was conducted in depth with the informants. Documentation was conducted by way of photographing an image which could be made by experimental evidence. In addition, the researcher also took the data that were related to the still research context, input, process, and product (CIPP). The validity of data were measured by extension involvement, an increase in diligence and tenacity, triangulation, member check. The data analysis related CIPP use the model analysis of Miles and Huberman. The evaluation of the implementation of learning is as follows: (1) The context has component parts of policy formation of Wira Putra nursery school based on the distribution of adequate access to nursery school, increasing the quality of relevance and competitiveness of nursery school, and the increase in good govermance; inclassical component of the learning environment adapted to the students; cooperate with students, parents. Dharma Syailendra Education Foundation, Syailendra Buddhist College, comparative study to another nursery school; (2) The input of active and curios characteristic of students; characteristic of teachers who educate and nurture with affection without discriminating students, educator who know the development of students management; characteristic provide access to services as the standard quality of nursery school; (3) The process of the implementation of the learning went very well; external factors which support the learning activities were public trust of Thekelan hamlet, the institutions provided excellent service; the internal distribution of venues being used for rolling when learning took place, the difference of preference in material that students have a tendency to like certain material, and the different mood students as the effects from home and; (4) The product is in the form the achievement of the level of development of school tuition including a moral issue and religious values, motoric (rough motoric and soft motoric) skill, cognitive, language, art, social and emotional values. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan memberikan rekomendasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran di PAUD Wira Putra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mengambil data context, input, process, dan product (CIPP). Keabsahan data diukur dengan perpanjangan keterlibatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan kegigihan, triangulasi, member check. Analisis data terkait CIPP menggunakan model analisis dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebagai berikut: (1) Context memiliki komponen kebijakan pembentukan PAUD Wira Putra berlandaskan peningkatan pemerataan akses layanan PAUD, peningkatan mutu relevansi dan daya saing PAUD, dan peningkatan good govermance; komponen penciptaan lingkungan pembelajaran individual; menjalin kerja sama dengan orang tua peserta didik, Yayasan Pendidikan Dharma Syailendra, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Syailendra, studi banding ke PAUD lain; (2) Input berupa karakteristik peserta didik yang aktif dan memiliki rasa ingin tahu tinggi; karakteristik pendidik mengasuh dengan kasih sayang tanpa membedakan peserta didik, pendidik mengetahui aspek perkembangan peserta didik; karakteristik pengelola memberikan akses layanan yang bermutu sesuai standar PAUD; (3) Process pelaksanaan program pembelajaran berlangsung sangat baik; faktor penunjang eksternal kegiatan pembelajaran berupa kepercayaan masyarakat dusun Thekelan, pihak lembaga memberikan pelayanan sangat baik; faktor penghambat internal keterbatasan tempat yang digunakan untuk rolling saat pembelajaran berlangsung, perbedaan rasa suka terhadap materi sehingga peserta didik memiliki kecenderungan memilih materi yang hanya disuka, dan perbedaan mood peserta didik dikarenakan pengaruh dari rumah; dan (4) Product berupa hasil pencapaian tingkat perkembangan peserta didik mencakup aspek moral dan nilai-nilai agama, motorik , kognitif, bahasa, seni, dan sosial emosional.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the successful improvement of the bodily-kinesthetic intelligence of students at PAUD Adhicitta through dance movements. This research is a class action research applying Kemmis & McTaggart model. The research was performed at PAUD Adhicitta Semarang Regency. The research subjects were ten students, and parents. The techniques and data collection instrument included observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments utilized student and teacher observation sheets. The data analysis of this research applied qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the Puja Bakti Kumandang dance movement was very effective to improve the bodily-kinesthetic intelligence of PAUD Adhicitta students. The effectiveness of the results of the study showed an increase in the intelligence of kinesthetic bodies of students from Cycle I to Cycle III. In Cycle I the kinesthetic intelligence of students was 165 and in Cycle II it had increased to 305. In this second cycle, students' kinesthetic body intelligence increased by 84.84%. In Cycle III the intelligence of students' kinesthetic bodies increased to 327 and to put in percentage, it increased 7.21% from Cycle II. The success of the activities undertaken in this study research was influenced by several factors, such as the student’s condition, attendance, dance movements, environment, peers, teachers, and the support of their parents. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan peningkatan kecerdasan badan kinestetik siswa PAUD Adhicitta melalui gerakan tari. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan model Kemmis & McTaggart. Penelitian dilakasanakan di PAUD Adhicitta Kabupaten Semarang. Subjek penelitian yaitu sepuluh siswa dan orang tua siswa. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi siswa dan guru. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gerakan tari Puja Bakti Kumandang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan badan kinestetik siswa PAUD Adhicitta. Keefektifan dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kecerdasan badan kinestetik siswa dari Siklus I hingga Siklus III. Pada Siklus I kecerdasan badan kinestetik siswa adalah 165 dan Siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 305. Pada Siklus II ini kecerdasan badan kinestetik siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 84,84%. Pada Siklus III kecerdasan badan kinestetik siswa meingkat menjadi 327 dan jika dipersentasikan meningkat 7,21% dari Siklus II. Keberhasilan tindakan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain kondisi siswa, kehadiran, gerakan tari, lingkungan, teman sebaya, guru, dan dukungan dari orang tua.

Abstract

This research is about the meaning of vipassanā meditation for Syailendra Buddhist College’s students. The background of STAB Syailendra students before I started the lesson always do meditation. It is certainly influential in everyday life in the midst of advances in technology that carries a negative influence on students. Based on this it is important to conduct research to know the meaning and application of meditation vipassanā as a recombination material for students and STAB Syailendra Institution for further meditation implementation. This research uses qualitative methods of descriptive. The subject of this study is student and lecturer STAB Syailendra. The techniques and data collection instruments used are using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data collection instruments using interview guidelines, observation guidelines and a camera or recording device. How to guarantee the validity of data obtained through continuous observation, triangulation, member check. The data obtained is analyzed using the Miles & Hurberman method which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions or verification. The results of this study include the meaning and application of meditation vipassanā is to increase attention, increase alertness, improve discipline, increase awareness, increase calmness, control emotions, control themselves, Improve concentration, increase memory, practice mindset, courage in making decisions, be polite, run the Syllamore well. Furthermore, more attention to lecturers when giving material, realizing when doing everything, focus on what is done in everyday life, pleasing, having contemplation, can think clearly, neatly arranged, peaceful, Do not humble themselves, more self-mastered.

Abstract

Radical understanding at this time has been a crucial issue that is rapidly progressing. Research on the analysis of radicalism among Buddhist students in Temanggung Regency has a high background in the effectiveness of the world of education as a path of radical propagation. The purpose of this research is to know the conditions of radicalism among Buddhist students in Temanggung regency. The research methods used are quantitative desckriptive. The population in this research were Buddhist students in Temanggung regency which amounted to 250 people. Research samples amounted to 153 respondents from 6 schools determined by a simple random sampling. The collection instrument used is a poll. The validity of the poll is calculated by Bivariate Pearson and its reliability tests performed with Alpha Cronbach. The data analysis on this study uses descriptive statistics. The results showed a radicalism response from junior high school students in Temanggung Regency in high category with 71.56%. The radicalism response from the Buddhist students appears in cognitive, affective, and contemplative aspects. Cognitive aspects demonstrate a high understanding of radicalism by 54.8%. While the affective and contemplative aspects demonstrate a moderate attitude and behaviour to radical understanding, there is also a radicalism existence in the affective aspect of 6% and a conative aspect of 2%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the formation of ethics in Vidya Dharma kindergarten in Semarang district. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The subjects of this research are administrators, kindergarten headmaster, teachers, and parents in the Vidya Dharma kindergarten. The techniques and the data collection used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data collection instruments usedare interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and camera or recording equipment. The ways to guarantee the validity of data obtainedare through continuous observation, triangulation, member check, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data obtained is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verifying. The results of this study include three things, namely: (1) The forms of ethics performed by children, namely cooperation, responsibility, patience, discipline, courtesy, willingness to share, hygiene care, and self-reliance; (2) How to cultivate the ethics done by teachers by the teachers example and instruction; (3) The impact of ethical formation of child ethics is able to implement cooperation, responsibility, patience, discipline, courtesy, willingness to share, hygiene care, and self-reliance in the home and community environment.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to know the process of making Pop-up book theory Dalhadhamma Jātaka as lesson media for Early Childhood Education Programs. This research used the research and development methods in four-levels. Based on the research and discussion which have been done, the making of pop-up book theory Dalhadhamma Jātaka consists of steps as follows: (a) analysis, in this step observation and interview were done to state that the teacher needed innovative and interactive lesson media basic on three dimensions to reach developmental aspects. (b) design, the steps were done to determine the theory of story, and moral value to be delivered, and the script composing to be understood by early childhood. (c) development, at this step the researcher, made the illustration corresponding to the storyline by using many techniques on making Pop-up. The product resulting from this process was the two-book series contained being thankful and loving animal's moral value, (d) implementation, the researcher conducted limited trials to thirteen kindergarten students and four kindergarten Buddhist teachers in Semarang Regency (e) evaluation, the evaluation of the product was done in the form of suggestion in the sense of quality product improvement so that it can be long-lasting.

Abstract

This study aims to find out, to provide recommendations, and to give suggestion about the interest of Majjhima Sekha students in participating the Buddhist Sunday School activities at Dhamma Putra Monastery. The research used qualitative descriptive methods. The research data was collected by interviews, observations, and documentations. The data was tested for its validity by observing, triangulating, and member checking. The Data analysis was based on the Miles & Huberman model which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results of this study indicate that there are two forms of Majjhima Sekha students' interest in participating Buddhist Sunday School. The Interest of participating Buddhist Sunday School activities caused be internal factors of the monastery, and external factors. The Internal factors that encourage are feeling happy without coercion. The External factors include peers, teachers, learning materials, and parents. The impact of interest in participating the Buddhist Sunday School is the increasing faith in Tri Ratna, the knowledge of Buddhism, and general knowledge, as well as the increasing self confidence. Futhermore, the impact obtained by Majjhima Sekha students in Buddhist is included in the four psychic powers (iddhipada) namely chanda, viriya, citta, and vimaṁsā.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of making and the effectiveness of the Jātaka puppet video as a learning medium for Adhi Sekha (early children education) students at Adhicitta Buddhist Sunday School (BSS). The method used in this research is Research and Development using the ADDIE approach (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data credibility is assessed by transferability, dependability, confirmability, and logical validity. Data analysis techniques used for qualitative data are reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Meanwhile, the quantitative data were analyzed by using descriptive percentage theory. Based on the results of the product feasibility assessment from the experts, the Jātaka puppet video got a feasibility percentage of 89% from material experts and 91.5% from puppet experts. The responses from BSS teachers and students were also very good when field trials were conducted. With this percentage, it can be said that the Jātaka puppet video media is appropriate to be used as a medium for BSS learning at the ECE level at Adhicitta Buddhist Sunday School.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the process of creating a google sites website to produce an online learning media that will help BME learning activities at the junior high school level. This type of research is research and development with the ADDIE approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews and questionnaires. Data credibility was assessed by transferability, dependability, confirmability, and logical validity. Data analysis techniques used for qualitative data are reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive percentage theory. The product validation from the material experts obtained a feasibility percentage of 91.1% and from the website, the media expert obtained a feasibility percentage of 71.8%. The results of the user trial, namely the BME teachers and five Buddhist class VIII students also gave good responses to the product developed. The BME teachers conveyed that the learning media products based on the google sites were very effective. Some students also gave positive responses, that this learning media is quite interesting and more interactive.
