Abstract

Headache is a symptom that widely happen by all age groups including adolescents. According to the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) study, headache belongs the most common disorder occurring to adolescent. a Systematic Review (SR) study of 357 publications, globally the estimated prevalence of active headaches is about 52.0%. This study is to determine the effect of neck exercises on college students’ headaches. This methodology a quasi-experimental study which involve two group including 16 intervention groups and 16 control groups. The intervention group was given neck exercises for 4 weeks, while the control group was given headache education materials. Results of research there was a significant difference in headache before and after neck exercise in the intervention group (p value 0.015) and no significant difference in headache in the control group (p value 0.180).  Neck exercises are quite significant in reducing college students' headaches.

Abstract

. Penelitian ini mengkaji desentralisasi pengelolaan pendidikan menengah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pengalihan kewenangan dari pemerintah kabupaten/kota ke pemerintah provinsi. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemerataan akses pendidikan serta efisiensi administrasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah systematic literature review dengan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Sebanyak 31 dokumen relevan yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2024 dianalisis, diperoleh dari basis data utama seperti Scopus, Google Scholar, dan Garuda. Kajian ini mengeksplorasi variasi implementasi kebijakan antarwilayah, dampaknya terhadap distribusi sumber daya, serta mekanisme koordinasi antarpemerintah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa di provinsi dengan kapasitas administratif yang kuat, desentralisasi berdampak positif terhadap pelatihan guru, alokasi sumber daya, dan perencanaan infrastruktur. Sebaliknya, di wilayah dengan kesiapan rendah, desentralisasi justru memperburuk ketimpangan akibat keterlambatan pendanaan, distribusi guru berkualitas yang tidak merata, serta keterbatasan fasilitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan yang adaptif, penguatan kapasitas daerah, serta tata kelola pendidikan yang terintegrasi. Secara teoritis, studi ini memperluas kerangka analisis desentralisasi dalam konteks pendidikan menengah. Secara praktis, temuan ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi perancang kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi yang responsif terhadap ketimpangan antar wilayah

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative learning model on global warming. This type of research is pre-experimental research using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this research is class X students of SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta for the 2023/2024 academic year with a sample of class by cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques using multiple choice test to measure students' learning outcomes in understanding physics which were analyzed through normality test followed by an effectiveness test using the N–gain test. The research results show that the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model influences students' understanding of physics on global warming. There is an increase in the average post-test score of 70.56 from the average pre-test score of 54.72 and the N-Gain value of 0.410 which is included in the medium category. Thus, the STAD cooperative learning model effectively enhance student achievement.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran berbasis ICT yang disediakan oleh sekolah di Kabupaten dan Kota Mojokerto selama kegiatan proses belajar mengajar berlangsung dianggap kurang komunikatif sebagai media pembelajaran. Selama ini media ICT yang digunakan guru kurang bervariatif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi untuk masalah yang dialami oleh guru di daerah Mojokerto. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru MGMP Kabupaten dan Kota Mojokerto melalui pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran kimia berbasis ICT. Pelatihan ini dilakukan secara luring dan daring. Pelatihan ini terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan yaitu koordinasi, design, pembuatan Instrumen, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, management, dan publikasi. Pelatihan telah sukses dilaksanakan dan diperoleh produk dari pelatihan berupa LKPD interaktif yang telah terdaftar Hak atas Kekayaan Intelektual. Peserta merasa program ini bermanfaat dan terbantu karena dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Program serupa sangat dinantikan peserta dikemudian hari agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi peserta.

Abstract

Scabies is a significant public health issue in densely populated environments like Islamic boarding schools, where high transmission rates are linked to poor hygiene and limited awareness. This study aimed to describe the levels of knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of students regarding scabies at the Al-Firdaus Dormitory, Buntet Islamic Boarding School, Cirebon Regency. A quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach was used. The study population consisted of 130 students, from which a sample of 98 was selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected using a validated questionnaire and physical examinations, and were analyzed using univariate analysis. The findings revealed that a majority of students had good knowledge (73.5%), a good attitude (56.1%), and good behavior (53.1%) toward scabies. Despite these positive indicators, 16.3% of the students were found to have scabies, suggesting a gap between awareness and consistent practice. The study concludes that while most students possess a high level of knowledge and a positive attitude, behavioral and environmental factors remain crucial challenges. Targeted interventions focused on practical hygiene training and improved living conditions are essential to effectively reduce scabies prevalence.
