Abstract

AbstrakLansia dengan penyakit degeneratif cukup tinggi. Di sisi lain, tingkat kemandiriannya rendah. Kader posyandu berada di garda terdepan dalam menerapkan pola hidup sehat di masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PPM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu lansia dalam menerapkan pola hidup sehat pada lansia. Program ini menggunakan model “Three Level Marketing” yaitu tim pengabdian menyampaikan materi kepada kader posyandu lansia, kemudian kader mensosialisasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan pola hidup sehat kepada lansia di lingkungannya, sehingga pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan pola hidup sehat semua lansia di wilayah itu meningkat. Sasaran peserta PPM adalah 32 kader posyandu lansia di wilayah padukuhan Karangmalang, Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman. Materi PPM adalah penerapan pola hidup sehat pada lansia. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan angket pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku dalam menerapkan pola hidup sehat dan angket kepuasan pelanggan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analitis. Hasil kegiatan PPM dari aspek proses dinilai berhasil. Hal ini terlihat dari kehadiran seluruh kader lansia yang berjumlah 32 orang dan seluruh kader berpartisipasi aktif selama kegiatan PPM. Dilihat dari aspek produk, semua elemen menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan (p0,05). Total kenaikannya adalah 8,53%, dari 84,9% menjadi 93,43%. Unsur pengetahuan mengalami peningkatan tertinggi (12,21%), diikuti unsur sikap (8,1%) dan perilaku (4,32%). Secara umum, program pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan sukses. Para peserta menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat terutama dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pola hidup sehat bagi lansia.Kata kunci: Model three level marketing, pola hidup sehat, lansia.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada tahap pengembangan Borg Gall (2007). Desain pengembangan tersebut dikelompokkan dalam enam tahap, yakni: (a) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi; (b) perencanaan; (c) pengembangan produk awal; (d) uji kelayakan; (e) uji efektivitas; dan (f) produk akhir. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, tes hasil belajar dan angket respons peserta didik dan guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data deskriptif dan data uji beda menggunakan paired samples t test dan independent samples t test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis komik ditinjau dari aspek materi, media, dan bahasa menurut para ahli didapat data sebagai berikut: (1) ahli materi memperoleh skor sebesar 93,64% dengan kategori “sangat baik”; (2) ahli media memperoleh skor sebesar 90,83% dengan kategori “sangat baik”; dan (3) ahli bahasa memperoleh skor sebesar 94,00% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Pada tahap uji kelayakan: (1) Hasil uji coba skala kecil dari aspek tampilan, pembelajaran, dan keterbacaan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 4,22 yang masuk kategori “sangat layak”; dan (2) Hasil uji coba skala besar dari aspek tampilan, pembelajaran, dan keterbacaan rata-rata skor yang diperoleh sebesar 4,45 yang masuk kategori “sangat baik”. Tahap uji efektivitas ada perbedaan bermakna dalam hal pengetahuan dan sikap PHBS antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan p 0,05. Developing comics media-based learning about behaviour clean and healthy childhood elementary school Abstract: This refers to the development of the research development stage Borg Gall. The development of the design is grouped into six stages, namely: (a) research and information gathering; (b) planning; (c) the initial product development; (d) the feasibility test; (e) testing the effectiveness; and (f) the end product. Collecting data using interview guides, documentation, achievement test and questionnaire responses of learners and teachers. Data were analyzed using descriptive data and the data of different tests using paired-samples t-test and independent samples t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the comic book-based learning media from the aspect of materials, media, and languages, according to experts obtained the following data: (1) subject matter experts given a score of 93.64% to the category of "excellent"; (2) media expert given a score of 90.83% to the category of "very good"; and (3) linguists given a score of 94.00% to the category of "very good". At the stage of feasibility studies: (1) The results of the small scale trials of the aspects of the display, learning, and legibility average score obtained at 4.22 which is categorized as "very decent"; and (2) The results of a large-scale trial of the aspects of the display, learning, and legibility average score obtained at 4.45 which is categorized as "very good". The effectiveness of the test phase no significant difference in terms of knowledge and attitudes PHBs between the experimental group and the control group with p 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi untuk siswa SMP yang layak dan efektif untuk digunakan. Model yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat digunakan guru SMP sebagai salah satu bentuk model pembelajaran materi kesehatan reproduksi yang baik dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) perencanaan dan perancangan, (3) penyusunan draft awal, (4) validasi produk, (5) revisi draft awal, (6) penyusunan draft kedua, (7) uji kelayakan, (8) uji efektivitas, dan (9) produk akhir. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan kepada 28 siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 2 Purwokerto. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan kepada 90 siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 1, 2 dan 8 Purwokerto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil peneliti-an ini berupa model pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu (1) studi kasus, (2) bermain, dan (3) visualisasi yang disertai dengan buku panduan sebagai pedoman penggunaan model, CD Pembelajaran dan Kartu Pintar Kespro. Dari hasil penilaian validasi ahli dan uji kelayakan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi yang disusun sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan, sedangkan berdasarkan uji efektivitas dapat disimpulkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi, Reproductive health education model “Fun Kespro” for junior high school students Abstract: This study aims to produce a reproductive health education model for junior high school students that is feasible and effective to use. The developed model is expected to be used by junior high school teachers as a form of a good and effective learning model for reproductive health materials. This research was conducted by adapting the steps of development research as follows: (1) preliminary study, (2) planning and design, (3) preparation of the initial draft, (4) product validation, (5) revision of the initial draft, (6) preparation of the second draft, (7) feasibility test, (8) effectiveness test, and (9) final product. The small-scale trial was conducted on 28 8th-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Purwokerto. Large-scale trials were conducted on 90 8th-grade students of SMP Negeri 1, 2, and 8 Purwokerto. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research are in the form of a reproductive health education model consisting of three stages, namely (1) case study, (2) play, and (3) visualization, which is accompanied by a guidebook as a guideline for using the model, Learning CD and Smart Card Kespro. From the results of the expert validation assessment and feasibility test, it can be concluded that the reproductive health education model prepared is very good and suitable for use, while based on the effectiveness test, it can be concluded that the developed model is effective in increasing students' knowledge and can increase students' awareness of reproductive health.

Abstract

Volleyball UKM STKIP Modern Ngawi is a UKM that still needs evaluation to find out the strengths and weaknesses in the achievement coaching program and the extent to which the existing achievement coaching program has achieved the set goals. the purpose of this study was to evaluate the achievement coaching program in volleyball UKM STKIP Modern Ngawi. This research is an evaluation study using the Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The subjects in the study were 20 people consisting of 15 athletes, 3 administrators, and 2 coaches of Volleyball UKM STIKIP Modern Ngawi. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, both quantitative and qualitative. The results of the research on the evaluation of the achievement coaching program for volleyball UKM STKIP Modern Ngawi athletes in terms of Context, the background of the coaching program stated quite well (2.75), the purpose of the coaching program stated quite well (2.46), the coaching program stated that it was good (3.63). The results of Input evaluation research on the achievement coaching program for volleyball UKM STKIP Modern Ngawi explain that funding in volleyball UKM Stikip Modern Ngawi is very good (4.05). but the problem of facilities and infrastructure is still lacking (1.47). The results of Process evaluation research on the achievement coaching program for volleyball UKM STKIP Modern Ngawi, the training and coaching program is quite good, and the implementation of monitoring and evaluation states that it is very good (4.00). The results of Product evaluation research on the achievement coaching program of the STKIP Modern Ngawi volleyball UKM based on the statements of administrators, coaches and athletes are quite good (2.14). The results of evaluation research based on the statements of administrators, coaches and athletes in the volleyball UKM STKIP Modern Ngawi in terms of Context, Input, Process and Product can be concluded quite well.

Abstract

Background Problems: Histology is a critical component of the sports science curriculum, as it thoroughly explains the connection between the structure and function of cells, tissues, and organs. Research Objective: This study investigates the improvement of histology learning among sports science students by employing a functional approach and practical sessions with virtual microscopy. Methods: The study adopted a quasi-experimental design with 103 students from the Sports Science program, enrolled in a histology course with two parallel classes. The students were divided into experimental (n = 56) and control groups (n = 46) using cluster random sampling based on their classes. The experimental group received instruction using virtual microscopy, while the control group was taught using light microscopy throughout the semester. Both groups were assessed on their learning outcomes at the end of the semester through a written exam. Experimental group students also provided feedback on the courses. Using the independent t-test, the learning outcomes were compared between groups. Students’ feedback was analysed descriptively. Findings and Results: The results revealed that the average test scores for participants in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (74.9 ± 7.8 and 68.9 ± 9.6, respectively). Student feedback indicated that the majority concurred that the functional approach to histology teaching enhanced their understanding of histological structures. They also noted that practical virtual microscopy sessions improved their comprehension of the topics studied. Additionally, nervous tissue was identified as the most challenging tissue to learn, primarily due to visualisation difficulties in relating microscopic and macroscopic structures and the abundance of new terminology to remember. Conclusion: The findings suggest that combining a functional approach with virtual microscopy notably enhances the quality of histology education, equipping sports science students with a comprehensive understanding and essential practical skills for their academic and professional development.

Abstract

This research aims to develop multistage-based endurance test norms for KU 1 swimming athletes that are packaged in an easy, measurable, and field-applicable manner. This research falls into the category of development research or Research and Development (R&D). Data analysis in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods. From the research, the results obtained are the assessment norm categories: "inferior" in the interval of 3.5-4.0 test level scale, "poor" in the interval of 4.0-4.6 test level scale, "sufficient" in the interval of 4.6-5.1 test level scale, "good" in the interval of 5.1-5.7 test level scale, and "very good" in the interval of 5.7-6.2 test level scale. So, this research concludes that a product has been developed in the form of the Development of Endurance Test Assessment Norms for Swimming Athletes KU 1 DIY Based on Multistage. The development assumption used in this research is that it can make it easier for coaches to provide training programs and independent physical training for swimming athletes. The limitation of the product Development of Endurance Test Assessment Norms for KU 1 DIY Swimming Athletes Based on Multistage is proposed only for the Yogyakarta region, so the research sample was obtained only from athletes residing in Yogyakarta. In conclusion, there is a developed product in the form of the Development of Endurance Test Assessment Norms for Swimming Athletes KU 1 DIY Based on Multistage. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on all sectors, including athletes. Since the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, all activities have been subject to restrictions. The rules of working from home, studying from home and closing some public facilities make all aspects difficult to do. The athlete's training center is also one of the places that are negatively affected. Of course this will have an impact on the decrease in achievement of athletes due to changes in physical activity, body mass index and cardiovascular fitness levels. This study aims to determine the correlation between Body Mass Index and the cardiovascular fitness level of volleyball athletes during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Sleman Athlete Training Center, Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional design at the Sleman Regional Athlete Training Center which was conducted in September 2021. The sample size was 40 athletes consisting of 20 male athletes and 20 female athletes. Cardiovascular fitness level was measured using a multistage fitness test. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test to see the relationship between body mass index and cardiovascular fitness level. The results showed that there was no relationship between body mass index and cardiovascular fitness level of volleyball athletes at the Sleman Athlete Training Center with p = 0.484.Keywords: Body Mass Index; cardiovascular fitness; volleyball athlete  ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 membawa dampak negatif ke segala sektor, tak terkecuali atlet. Semenjak pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia, semua kegiatan mengalami pembatasan. Aturan bekerja dari rumah, belajar dari rumah dan penutupan beberapa fasilitas umum membuat segala aspek menjadi berat untuk dilakukan. Pusat latihan atlet juga menjadi salah satu tempat yang terkena dampak negatif tersebut. Tentu hal ini akan berdampak pada penurunan prestasi dari atlet dikarenakan adanya perubahan aktivitas fisik, indeks massa tubuh dan tingkat kebugaran kardiovaskuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara Indeks Masa Tubuh dengan tingkat kebugaran kardiovaskuler atlet bola voli selama pandemi Covid-19 di Pusat Latihan Atlet Daerah Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian obervasional dengan desain cross-sectional di Pusat Latihan Atlet Daerah Sleman yang dilakukan pada bulan September 2021. Besar sampel adalah 40 atlet yang terdiri dari 20 atlet laki-laki dan 20 atlet perempuan. Tingkat kebugaran kardiovaskuler diukur menggunakan multistage fitness test. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh dengan tingkat kebugaran kardiovaskuler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh dengan tingkat kebugaran kardiovaskuler atlet bola voli di Pusat Latihan Atlet Daerah Sleman dengan nilai p = 0,484.Kata kunci: Indeks Massa Tubuh; kebugaran kardiovaskuler; atlet bola voli

Abstract

Kondisi fisik menjadi salah satu dasar bahkan modal utama atlit dalam mengawali olahraga. Karena kondisi fisik menjadi screening awal para atlit dalam mempersiapkan performa dalam olahraga yang akan dilakukan. Terlebih apabila atlit akan melakukan petandingan, jika kondisi fisik buruk tentu akan berpengaruh pada capaian prestasi atlit yang kurang maksimal. Penting bagi para atlit memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik karena dapat meningkatkan performa atau prestasi yang maksimal dalam pertandingan olahraga. Metode dalam program ini adalah memberikan pelatihan langsung kepada para Sosialisasi Tes Endurance Atlet Renang Ku 1 DIY Berbasis Multistage dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan (teori dan praktik). Sedangkan indikator keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini adalah atlit dan pelatih bisa mengetahui cara meningkatkan daya tahan atlit dengan Tes Endurance. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini yaitu dengan adanya Sosialisasi Tes Endurance Atlet Renang KU 1 DIY Berbasis Multistage diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan kepada pelatih dan atlit tentang Tes Endurance Atlet Renang KU 1 DIY Berbasis Multistage. Juga dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang hubungannya dengan daya tahan dan kondisi fisik atlit. Endurance (daya tahan) merupakan kapasitas untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas fisik atau gerakan untuk waktu yang lama tanpa menjadi terlalu lelah. Faktor yang paling krusial dalam menentukan dosis latihan untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik atlet potensial adalah kondisi fisik komponen endurance, karena itu endurance merupakan dasar untuk membentuk porsi latihan, juga melihat kemampuan fisik atlet yang sesuai dengan keadaan fisiologi atlet. Sehingga atlet saat melakukan latihan, atlet tidak mengalami cidera yang serius dan atlet yang endurance sangat kuat dapat menampilkan performa tinggi saat pertandingan atau berkompetisi.

The results of the review of the articles related to processes of participation and empowerment, with sports promotion strategies taking control over what determines the health and well-being of individuals; The holistic approach has proven successful. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fleksibilitas dan komposisi tubuh dengan kemampuan daya tahan jantung paru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan observasional analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian ini 52 mahasiswa. Teknik pengampilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instumen tes untuk mengukur fleksibilitas menggunakan sit and reach, komposisi tubuh yang diukur adalah (1) indeks massa tubuh, (2) lingkar pinggang dengan menggunakan pita ukur dalam cm, dan (3) Rasio Lingkar Pinggang Panggul. Kemampuan daya tahan jantung diukur menggunakan instumen Rockport Test untuk memprediksi VO2maks. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji deskriptif untuk menggambarkan nilai minimal, maksimal, rerata dan standar deviasi variabel, uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk dan uji korelasi menggunakan Pearson. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan semua variabel memiliki sebaran data yang normal ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi p>0.05 (fleksibilitas p = 0.054, lingkar pinggang p = 0.877, RLPP p = 0.074, dan VO2maks p = 0.054). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan antara fleksibilitas dengan VO2maks (p = 0.008); (2) Terdapat hubungan antara IMT dengan VO2maks(p = 0.046); (3) Tidak terdapat hubungan antara lingkar pinggang dengan VO2maks (p = 0.123); dan (4) Tidak terdapat hubungan antara RLPP dengan VO2maks (p = 0.377). Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan pada setiap individu untuk menjaga health related fitness, utamanya daya tahan jantung apru, komposisi tubuh dan fleksibilitas.This study aims to determine the relationship between flexibility and body composition with cardiovascular endurance. This research is quantitative research with a correlational descriptive method using a cross sectional approach. The subjects of this research were 52 students. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The test instrument for measuring flexibility uses sit and reach, body composition measured were: (1) body mass index, (2) waist circumference using a measuring tape in cm, and (3) waist-to-hip ratio. Cardiovascular endurance is measured using the Rockport Test instrument to predict VO2max. This research uses descriptive tests to describe the minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation values of variables, normality tests using Shapiro-Wilk and correlation tests using Pearson. The results of the normality test show that all variables have a normal data distribution, indicated by a significance value of p>0.05 (flexibility p = 0.054, waist circumference p = 0.877, waist-to-hip ratio p = 0.074, and VO2max p = 0.054). The results of this study show that: (1) there is a relationship between flexibility and VO2max (p = 0.008); (2) There is a relationship between BMI and VO2max (p = 0.046); (3) There is no relationship between waist circumference and VO2max (p = 0.123); and (4) There is no relationship between waist-to-hip ratio and VO2max (p = 0.377). The results of this research can be a reference for each individual to maintain health related fitness, especially cardiovascular endurance, body composition and flexibility.
