Abstract

Schools Schools not only teach religions in their surroundings, but also have a social impact on the lives of their communities. This activity is carried out in MAN 2 Garut. In today's Z generation, not a few people abuse technology like the spread of incorrect information and negative influence. In addition, the unwise use of technology can also result in the exposure of content that is contrary to Islamic values, such as pornography or violence.So from that the service team to the community gives reinforcement to contemporary thinking and how to use technology well in implementing it. In addition, the purpose of this research will provide a deeper understanding of the influence of digital technology on contemporary Islamic thinking and religious practices of the Z generation in particular in MAN 2 Garut. By achieving these general and specific goals, we can formulate concrete steps that can be taken to strengthen their religious understanding, overcome the negative influence of digital technology, and maintain and properly practice authentic Islamic moral and ethical values.

Abstract

The complex web of medical interventions is woven together by a wide variety of practices that make up the healthcare industry's shifting landscape. This essay offers a thorough investigation of contemporary medical procedures, illuminating the science, advantages, difficulties, and potential of numerous therapeutic modalities. The paper discusses a wide range of subjects, such as the mechanisms of action of analgesic drugs, the advantages and disadvantages of over-the-counter drugs, the science of pain relief, the function of targeted therapies in personalized medicine, the incorporation of herbal remedies and traditional medicines into modern medicine, the effects of vaccines on global health, and the relationship between prescription drugs and mental health. The report also explores complementary and alternative medicines, looking at its tenets, advantages, and considerations for inclusion in modern healthcare systems. The study emphasizes the dynamic interaction between science, tradition, patient preferences, and changing healthcare paradigms through a thorough investigation of each topic. It places a strong emphasis on the value of patient-centered care, evidence-based methods, and provider collaboration. This research advances knowledge of the complicated, rewarding, and difficult aspects of contemporary medical practices by providing insights into their complexities, advantages, and drawbacks. Abstract

The dynamic field of medicine is examined in this overview, with a focus on new developments, difficulties, and moral issues. It starts by breaking into the science behind vaccines, going over their types, development, and importance for public health. The effects of precision medicine, immunotherapy, gene editing, telemedicine, and nanotechnology on patient care, diagnosis, and treatment are examined. Immunotherapy uses the body's own defenses against diseases such as cancer, whereas precision medicine customizes therapies based on a patient's genetic profile. Telemedicine increases access to healthcare remotely, while gene editing may provide treatments for hereditary illnesses. Advanced imaging and targeted medicine delivery are made possible by nanotechnology.  Global health programs strive to achieve equitable healthcare for all people by addressing healthcare gaps, particularly in low-income regions.. A number of legal and ethical issues surface, especially in relation to telemedicine and AI diagnostic technologies, raising concerns about consent and accountability. The field of medicine is poised for revolutionary progress in the future, provided that obstacles such as data protection, regulatory compliance, workforce adaptation, and ethical issues are skillfully managed. Healthcare systems that navigate successfully maximize medical innovation to deliver exceptional patient care everywhere.

Abstract

The focus of this service is to build teachers' critical thinking in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 by strengthening the implementation of digital literacy at Asshiddiqiyah Middle School. The aim of the service is to find out the implementation, obstacles and solutions to the use of digital literacy by teachers in developing critical thinking in the era of revolution. The service method uses the following steps: (1) Preparation stage for literacy studies (field studies to find out the current conditions of Islamic boarding schools that have implemented modernization. Service team; (2) Implementation stage. There is assistance in implementing the digitalization of Islamic boarding schools by the service team by involving learning technology experts/experts.; (3) Evaluation Stage: In this stage, a final assessment is carried out in the evaluation and improvement of the mentoring that has been prepared. The population in this service is all 40 Asshiddiqiyah Middle School teachers, while the sampling used is the census technique, namely examining the research subjects thoroughly. The researcher did not carry out sampling, because the entire teacher population was used as respondents. The results of this service. The implementation of digital literacy at Asshiddiqiyah Middle School focuses on developing teachers' digital literacy skills, including wise use of the internet, information evaluation and online security. Teachers are encouraged to understand how to work with software, the internet and social media wisely, being able to evaluate the reliability of information found online. Become intelligent, critical and responsible users in facing an increasingly complex digital world.
