Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is consumer response to evaluation of incompatibility between previously expectations to the actual performance that is felt after use. The aim of this research is to determine the attributes that are considered important by consumers in order to achieve customer satisfaction. The study was conducted in Restaurant Warung Subak Peguyangan Denpasar. Sampling is with purposive sampling method and data was collected by distributed questionnaires and interview directly some respondents. Analyzed was undertaken by used Importance Performance Analysis technique and Cartesian diagram. The results showed that the highest consumer satisfaction was the attribute no.1 were Warung Subak has meeting room facilities, wifi, parking, toilet with the compatibility level of 98,3%. The lowest level of compatibility is the attribute no. 7 are Warung Subak serves consumers fastly in a short time and soon with the compatibility level of 80,1%. Quadrant A showed the attributes that are considered important and get priority of the company based on the level of importance and performance was the attribute no.2 were Warung Subak had a strategic location, attribute no.7 were Warung Subak serves consumers fastly in a short time and soon and the attributes no.8 were good processing of food and beverages at Warung Subak.

Abstract

The demand of broilers meats in Bali Province are very high and more dominated from hotels, restaurants, cafes and industrial. The aims of this research are to establish the factors those influenced the availability broiler meat, to arrange dynamic system modeling broiler meat availability, calculate the availability policy for fulfilling the need of animal protein, to arrange alternative recommendation of scenario policy for fulfilling the demand of broiler meat in Bali Province. Simulation are conducted over a period of 10 years, starting from 2012 until 2021. The factors those influenced the availability broiler meat in Bali Province are broiler meat production and broiler meat requirements. The simulation result showed that the production of broilers meat in Bali Province did not afforded to fulfil the demands of broilers since 2012. The avaibilty of broilers in Bali Province mostly appointed the reduction from the bigining to the end of the simulation year. According to the simulation result several scenarios, the policy which was very effective and possible to be developed for fulfilling the demand of broilers meat is by adding the weight of broilers during the livestock and also by adding more chicken. Abstract

The demand of banana in Bali is very high and exceeds the capability of Balinese or local production and it lead to imported banana supplied from another island in Indonesia. Demand of banana will increase, especially when Hindu’s Ceremonial appearing. The aims of this research was to determine the factor that affected of banana stock, then analyze the stock of banana and compose some alternative of recommendation in order to fulfill the demand of banana in Bali. This research was conducted in Bali Province using dynamics system approach, which simulation years started on 2012 to 2021. The simulation result showed the factors that affected of banana stock in Bali was the production of banana, demand of banana and inter island supply. Further, result showed that the production of banana in Bali wasn’t able to fulfill the demand of banana in Bali. The availability of banana tends to decrease start from the beginning until the end of simulation year. Based on some of simulation scene, the effective and reasonable policy could be develop in order to fulfill the demand of banana is with land expansion from 0,4514 fraction/year to 0,5188 fraction/year, and with enhancement effort of harvest productivity from 47,67 ton/ha to 60 ton/ha.Keywords: system dynamic, availability of banana, Bali Province.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to find out the performance of PT. X Tabanan. PT.X manages a fast food restaurant. Working system of this company is a franchise that performance in every branch of the company is not necessarily the same from one to the other, therefore necessary to analysis the performance of the company as a reference from the company to determine the elements that need to be improved. In this study, using a balanced scorecard method in measuring the performance of companies, in four perspectives namely, (1) the financial perspectives into a starting measuring the ratio of liquidity, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios, (2) customer perspective into starting measuring namely customer satisfaction and market segments, (3) business processes and internal perspective that became starting measuring that degree of innovation companies (Network Growth Ratio) and service operation Process (Administrative Ratio to Total Revenue) and (4) learning and growth perspective are cornerstones measuring the performance level of employees and the level of employee training. The results of that this study indicate that the company's performanceis quite goodbased on the calculationof the debt ratio, return on equity, market segments, the level of corporate innovation, processservice operationsand employee performance. Other results show that the performance included in the category of current ratios well as customer satisfaction, and employee training. The performance of the company that demonstrate less that the company's ability to generate profitability that the profitability of the consumer, the profit on sales, return on investment, and debt to equity ratio (debt with the ability to balance the total assets).

Abstract

Coffee is one of the main commodity than 40 national commodities and is the competitive commodities in Bali. Bangli Regency are the regency with the highest total arabica coffee production in Bali with total production of 2.476,541 tons. Of the four district in Bangli, the district of Kintamani has the highest arabica coffee production amounted to 2.314 tons. The role of government policy in the increased development of plantations not only to increase production but is more geared to increasing value added . The added value gained from the development of processed products are much higher when compared to primary products. This study aims to determine the added value of the processing of arabica coffee in any processed products. This research was conducted in the district of Kintamani, Bangli Regency in March until April 2016. Selected respondent, namely 15 units of processing in the area of Kintamani. The analysis used analysis of the value-added method Hayami of processing Hs coffee, Ose coffee and coffee powder. Advantages of this method is the ease of use and provide comprehensive information for businesses and investors. The results showed that the added value obtained from processing Hs coffee Rp. 9.918 / kg, Ose coffee generated added value Rp. 40.749 / kg and coffee powder obtain added value Rp. 118.057 / kg. Abstract

This research was conducted in Bali Province using system dynamic approach. Simulation are conducted over a period of 10 year, starting from 2012 until 2021. Factors affecting beef availability is beef production and beef demand. Simulation results show that beef production in Bali Province has not been able to meet the demand of beef. The availability of beef in Bali Province tended to decline from the beginning of the simulation year to the end of the simulation year. Based on the simulation results of several scenarios, the most effective and possibly developed policy to meet the needs of beef is through the efforts of fattening cattle. Abstract

Subak Abian Ulian Murni is a business unit engaged in the processing of arabica coffee. Marketing of arabica coffee at Subak Abian Ulian Murni currently is still using a conventional marketing system. This causes the conducted marketing is not optimal, so a new marketing system is required. Management information system of marketing arabica coffee web based is one solution of existing problems. The purposes of this research were to produce management information system of marketing arabica coffee Subak Abian Ulian Murni web based and determine key factors in the design of the system. Design system of this research used a structured approach method and system development method using waterfall model. The tools were used in the design of the system i.e.: flowchart, context diagram, and data flow diagram (DFD), as well as software includes Wordpress, PHP, and MySQL. The research showed that management information system of marketing arabica coffee Subak Abian Ulian Murni web based has been resulted. Key factor of this system design were design, content, and usability. The results of an assessment of the website quality showed that respondents said the quality of the design is between good and very good, the content served was nearing complete, and usability was easy to used.

Abstract

As one of the popular tourist attraction, the number of visitor in Bali has been increased every years, and the number of foreign tourist stayed in Bali has been increased either. This condition has given the positive impact to the restaurant, and other facilities which is support the tourism services. Tourism industry needs vegetables with the healthy quality, fresh, clean, and with the continuously safety guarantee on it. This situation has grown the chance to conserve the vegetables with the organic system. The main objective of this research are, (1) understanding the consumer’s wishes upon the quality of the fresh organic vegetables. (2) understanding the consumers satisfaction on the fresh vegetable organic; and (3) to formulate the strategy in improving the quality products of organic fresh vegetable. This research has been conducted in CV Golden Leaf Farm. CV GLF is a agroindustry organic vegetables company located at Asah Gobleg main street,Wanagiri village, Sukasada Distric, Buleleng Regency. And the method has been used in this research is the quality function deployment (QFD). QFD has the function to define all the consumer wishes on vegetables related to existances of parameter methodology in the company. In order to understanding the way to fulfill the highest consumer’s wishes. The result of this research shows the specification of the consumer wishes upon the organic vegetables products quality on CV. GLF are the cleanness, the freshness, and the food safety. The length period, color, size, and the standardization form of the products on CV . GLF has generated the number of consumer with the satisfaction categories such satisfy and fully satisfy. The satisfaction category has been reached by the attributed of freshness, size, color, the length period, food safety, and the shape standardization. While the cleanness attributes has included into the satisfaction categories. The strategy to improve the fresh organic quality of vegetable in CV,GLF are, a) To fulfill the consumer satisfaction, the attribute priority which necessary being revised or being evaluated are the attribute in the length period of the fruit, size, the shape standardization, color, the food safety, and the freshness, and b) to improve the consumer satisfaction upon the quality of vegetables quality so the technique  of parameter quality should be revised is the way of permanent saving quality, the cleansing, packaging, and sortation.

Abstract

Competitiveness of Bali tourism lays on the variety of attractions offered to visitors. Subak-based agritourism in Jatiluwih is one of the competitiveness of cultural based of Bali tourism which offer an amazing rice field terrace and variety of agritourism activities. Understanding the role of brand destination in influencing satisfaction of visitors is very important. Evaluating relationship between satisfaction and intention to be loyal are crucial. The research objectives were: (i) to analyze the influence of brand awareness, brand image and brand association of Jatiluwih agritourism to perceive quality (satisfaction) of foreign tourists in visiting Jatiluwih, and (ii) to evaluate relationship between satisfaction of foreign tourist to their loyalty. Research was conducted at Jatiluwih of Bali Province in the periods of June up to August 2016. The number of respondents was 207 foreign tourists who were visiting Jatiluwih. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was developed and data was analyzed by using Smart PLS-3 based on the five-point Likert scale. The results show that (i) brand awareness, brand images and brand association of subak-based agritourism in Jatiluwih significantly influenced satisfaction of foreign tourist, (ii) satisfaction of foreign tourist significantly influenced their loyalty, (iii) Awareness to a brand, create images to a brand and can associate a brand before visiting a destination have proved that brand destination of Jatiluwih have been an informational signal for visitors who intent to visit Jatiluwih agritourism in Bali.
