Abstract

This study aims to identify the internal and external factors, analyzing alternative strategy, and recommends priority strategy. This research using matrix IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The results show that the company has 5 strengths, 6 weaknesses, 4 opportunities and 4 threats in this business. The results showed that the value of internal factor evaluation (IFE) was 3,350 and external factor evaluation (EFE) was 3,063. This value indicated a strong position. In the matrix Internal-External (IE) strategy that must be done was to grow and develop a strategy, which consists an intensive strategies (market penetration, market development and product development) and integrative strategies (backward integration, forward integration, and horizontal integration. Based on SWOT analysis there are 7 alternative strategies that can be recommended to develop UD. Bali Gendis. The result of strategy ranking analysis is promoting periodically and socializing the benefits of rosela tea actively to introduce more products to the public. Abstract

This study aims (1) to know the general picture of business of cutting flower Heliconia caribaea, (2) to determine the pattern of value chain of cutting flowers Heliconia caribeae that sold in Kerta Village, District Payangan, Gianyar and (3) calculate the value added at each stage of pattern the value chain of cutting flower Heliconia caribeae. This research involved of 26 farmers randomly selected, 4 traders, and 10 retailers. Data were analyzed descriptively on the pattern of value chain and marketing margin of cutting flower Heliconia caribeae. Cultivation cutting flower Heliconia caribeae in the Kerta village began in 2002, and currently has five farmer groups with more than 15 kinds of varieties. Harvesting is done every two weeks and once the harvest could produce 300 cutting flowers. Pattern of value chain Heliconia caribeae in Kerta village there are two, namely first; farmers to traders to retailers to consumers; the second, from the farmer to the consumer. The added value to the traders have of Rp. 1.000,-/stalk, and retailers of Rp.2.000,-/stalk. Keywords : cutting flowers, value chain, marketing margin

Abstract

Indoroti Prima Cemerlang Corporate, also known as Mr. Bread, is one of the companies produces various kind of bread. In producing bread, the company always optimizes the usage all available sources. Analyzing productivity rate could be done by measuring the productivity of the production division. On the productivity rate measurement process Indoroti Prima Cemerlang Corporate was using objective matrix method (OMAX) and six ratios. Four ratios were the assessment of efficiency criteria, one ratio was used to assess inferential criteria, and the last one ratio was used for effectivity criteria. The highest productivity rate of sweet bread was achieved on June 2020, which increased up to 2,8% with productivity index 292,6. On contrary, the lowest productivity rate was 22,5% on April 2020, with productivity index 215,8. The linkage analysis of each productivity ratio component process to sweet loaf production in Indoroti Prima Cemerlang Corporate result was on ratio 6 with value 212,5, and ratio 2 with value 319,6. In order to improve the productivity, it is recommended to modify the ratio 1 into 190 hours, ratio 2 into 43.810.023 IDR, ratio 3 into 294.291.081 IDR, ratio 4 into 55 people, ratio 6 into 3.006.399.330 IDR and ratio 6 into 184 hours. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the internal and external conditions, to formulate strategies, and to determine the priorities of Barjaz Tea business development. Business development strategy is determined by using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Oppurtunities, and Threats) matrix analysis, quantitative analysis using EFE, IFE and IE matrix, and also strategy priority analysis using TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The research results show that there were 7 strengths, 6 weaknesses, 5 opportunities and 2 threats in this business. The value of the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix analysis was 3.216 and the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix was ??3.151. These values indicate a strong position, in the IE (Internal External) matrix strategies that should be to develop are consisting of intensive strategy (market penetration, market development and product development), and integrative strategy (backward integration, forward integration and integration horizontal). Based on SWOT analysis there were alternative strategies that can be recommended to develop Barjaz Tea business. TOPSIS analysis results with the value of the proximity of each alternative to the ideal solution was 1.000, namely maximize the availibility of raw materials. Abstract

Agrotourism is a tourist activity that involves the use of agricultural land or related facilities that attract tourists. The increasing number of agrotourism will have implications for the level of competition that is increasingly high among agrotourism. The high competition is one of the factors to carry out product development strategies. The objectives purpose of this study are: 1) to find out the types of agroindustry products sold in the shopping area in agrotourism, 2) determine which agroindustry products are most popular with tourists in the shopping area, 3) to formulate alternative strategies and set priorities for agroindustry product development strategies. This research was conducted at Cau Chocolate Factory Agrotourism. This study uses the SWOT method to determine the alternative strategies used, and TOPSIS to rank these alternatives. The strategy that can be applied in Cau Chocolate Factory Agrotourism is a intensive strategy, the priority of the chosen strategy is 1) expanding the marketing of chocolate products, 2) promoting processed chocolate products to social media, 3) strengthening cooperation with suppliers and between tourism actors and similar companies. Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing distribution line of cakalang fish from fishermen in Kedonganan to the end consumers and calculate the marketing margins obtained in each distribution channel. This research was conducted in July-September 2018. This study uses a survey method that uses sampling techniques namely purposive and snowball sampling. There are 4 distribution lines of cakalang fish in Kedonganan, Badung Regency from fishermen in Kedonganan to the final consumers, namely Line I (Fisherman ® Collectors ® Market Traders ® Consumer), Line II (Fisherman ® Collectors ® Market Traders ® Motorcycle Traders ® Consumer), Line III (Fisherman ® Market Traders ® Consumer), Line IV (Fisherman ® Market Traders ® Motorcycle Traders ® Shopkeeper ® Consumer). Market and profit margins on each distribution line of cakalang fish in Kedonganan, Badung Regency from fishermen in Kedonganan to end consumers, namely on line I the marketing margin is Rp. 5.833,33/kg and the profit margin is Rp. 3.226,68/kg, line II marketing margin of Rp. 8.175,00/kg and profit margin of Rp. 3.503,42/kg, line III l marketing margin of Rp. 5.500,00/kg and profit margin of Rp. 4.095,74/kg, line IV marketing margin of Rp. 12.500,00/kg and the profit margin is Rp. 6.853,39/kg. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the value added processing and calculate the feasibility of the business of herbal drink diamond powder (Eleutherine Americana Merr). Value added analysis using Hayami method and Financial Feasibility Analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis using calculations profit and loss, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period (PP), and Break Event Point (BEP). The results showed that added value obtained from the processing of diamond onion is Rp. 166.955 / Kg. The business of herbal drink powdered diamond as a whole is profitable with a net profit of Rp. 200.085.601 of year and worth developing. It is based on financial feasibility analysis that is Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 391.505.116, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 30%, Payback Period (PP) for 1 year 4 months, and Net B / C Ratio of 2,14. Sensitivity analysis indicates that an increase in operational cost of 10% and a 10% revenue decrease does not affect the feasibility of the project. Based on the results of research on the business of herbal drink powder diamond is very feasible to be developed.Keywords: diamond onion, value added, financial feasibility

Abstract

Urban communities are increasingly aware of the need for healthy food and adequate intake of food into the body. One source of food that is practical and healthy is edamame. Edamame is a type of soybean that has a lot of protein and vitamins. One of the home industries that produce edamame extract drinks in Bali is UD. Putra Lanang 27. The high level of competition is one of the determining factors in managing this kind of business in Bali. The aims of this study are: 1) Analyzing internal and external factors that affect UD. Son Lanang 27; 2) Formulating alternative business development strategies at UD. Son Lanang 27; and 3) Choosing a priority strategy for UD's business development. Putra Lanang 27. This study uses SWOT analysis to determine alternative strategies, and TOPSIS method to rank alternative strategies. Suggested strategy to UD. Putra Lanang 27 to grow and develop is market penetration, market development, product development and integration strategy. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions and to develop and recommend business development strategies of Bali Kencana Bakery. Business Development Strategy Analysis using SWOT matrix, supported by quantitative analysis was using matrix EFE, IFE, IE, and QSPM. The result showed that the weighted value for the matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) was 3.11 (strong position) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) was 2.64 (relatively moderate). In the matrix Internal External (IE) strategy that must be done was to grow and establish strategies (growth and build), which consists of an intensive strategy (market penetration , market development and product development) or integrative strategies (backward integration, forward integration and integration horizontal). There were nine alternative strategies can be drawn up to develop the business of Bali Kencana Bakery.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the demand forecasting of body scrub powder products in October 2019 and the level of raw material inventory body scrub powder optimal in order to minimize the total cost of inventory in CV. Denara Duta Mandiri. Forecasting analysis using time series model with 3 methods of Moving Averages with 2, 3 and 4 month time period, exponential smoothing method with ? = 0.1, ? = 0.5, ? = 0.9 and Trend Projection. To analyze the value of forecasting accuracy, the method used are Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) and Mean Squared Error (MSE). The results show that the Trend Projection method is the most effective method that can be used as the basis for determine body scrub powder products demand, with the result of forecasting demand is 562 kg and the value of forecasting accuracy, MAD = 76,97, MSE = 9.760,12. The results of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) showed that total cost of raw material inventory control body scrub powder at CV. Denara Duta Mandiri by using EOQ smaller than the methods used by the company. CV. Denara Duta Mandiri management should try to apply the EOQ method in terms of supply of raw materials so that the company can better minimize inventory costs.
