Abstract

Consistency of service and product quality continue to be pursued by Starbucks Coffee as one of popular tenants at Drop Off Zone I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport, to provide a good service for passengers, especially the tourists in order to obtain a positive impression during their presence at Bali Airport. However, there has been no absolute survey of tourist’s feedback, which is required to monitor and improve the performance of the team. The research aims to determine tourists’ perception toward the product and service quality of Starbucks Bali Airport, with the result that management will acquire useful information. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data, which are collected through literature study, observation, interview, and questionnaires. The sample is selected using accidental sampling technique, while the quantitative data from questionnaires are analyzed using a Likert scale and described qualitatively. The result of the study shows that perception of tourists toward the quality service of Starbucks Coffee Bali Airport obtains the total score of 417 which is classified as ‘good’ category. Dimension of reliability is the most preferential aspect with acquisition attitude score of 4.27 comes in the ‘excellent’ category; otherwise the worst aspects are the dimensions of responsiveness with attitude score result of 4.14 and classified in ‘good’ categories only. Speed of service comes in the major variable with score of 4.52 which can be categorized as ‘excellent’ otherwise, the quality of free Wifi obtained the lowest score of 3.67, where 8 tourists rate ‘poor’ and 4 tourists mark ‘terrible’ to this variable.

Abstract

Bali as one of the axes of Indonesian tourism, has two types of tourism, including mass tourism and special interest tourism. Both tours have each interested person or tourist that can be seen from the motivation of visiting tourists. The development of mass tourism in Bali experienced a good increase of the number of tourist destinations from the early days of tourism taken over by the Indonesian government from colonialism in the 1960s to the present time is the type of tourism that brought tourists the most. in contrast to special interest tourism, this type of tourism is not considered to be one of the sources of regional income because the characteristics of tourism activities tend to be carried out with a limited number of tourists. Like the potential of Mount Agung. Gunung Agung has the potential of nature and culture and has a high historical value. Until when tourism enters Bali, Gunung Agung has not been glimpsed to become one of the tourist attractions. At that time Mount Agung was still used as a place for carrying out Hindu spiritual activities. Along with the development of knowledge and technology at that time, a new activity was born in Mount Agung, namely outdoor climbing activities. Tourism then joins with the climbing activity so that the new tourism power will be called Gunung Agung for hiking activities.Related to the above matter, the formulation of the problem in this study was formed, raising about the potentials found in Mount Agung which was later linked to the formulation of the second problem, namely the development of tourism climbing Mount Agung. This study used the observation method, researchers in this topic also acted as one of the activists of hiking tourism activities and then looking for data by interviewing people who were considered relevant to the problem such as the head of the tourism conscious group, a climber in the 1970s, forestry agency the province of Bali, as well as a guide who guides tours up Mount Agung. As for the results obtained in this study, the first is the potentials found in Mount Agung are natural potential, cultural potential, and artificial potential. Natural potential in the form of cliffs, slopes, forests, and the crater of Mount Agung. cultural potential in the form of pelinggih and temples at certain points along the Besakih line and Pura Pasar Agung. while the artificial potential in the form of climbing activities, paragliding, and others. The results of the second question formulation question will then be presented using the tourismemorphosis analysis concept (Anom et al. 2018) which explains the development of using four stages including the introduction stage, reaction stage, institutionalization stage, and the Compromise stage. Abstract

Ubud traditional village is a tourist area which is located in Gianyar regency. If the tourist want know the culture of Bali they must come to Ubud. However, many issues and problems arise associated with security and  tourists comfortness. Based on it, this research was conducted to analyze the Local Community Efforts in Maintaining Security and Tourists Comfortness in Ubud Traditional Village.The method used in this research is a research method with qualitative descriptive analysis technique to analyze the efforts and actions of local communities. Sources of data derived from primary data and secondary data. Data collecting technique using in-depth interviews, observation and study of literatures. Determination of informants from local communities in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study is limited by the analysis of the social action theories and coordination systems. The results of this research obtained that local community efforts in maintaining security is the assignment of trepti unit who participate in keeping any tourism activities..

Abstract

Abstract Goa Peteng located in Jimbaran. Goa Peteng is a prehistoric cave, there founded relics in the form of Linga and Yoni and statues of the goddess Parvati. Surrounding by beauty scenery around Goa Peteng, it became the main attraction for visitors. Goa Peteng development managed by PT. Teddy Chandra Jaya. Beside Goa Peteng as the main attraction there, Goa Peteng also plans provided travel support facilities such as: restorant, art shops, stage art performances, and outbound tourism such as the flying fox, Jungle tracking, rock climbing. Because Goa Peteng is an ancient heritage sites and there is a sacred worship place, then in development needs to get the support of the surrounding community. Thus, need to do research on public perception of development and supporting Goa Peteng as Tourism object and the perceptions of the visitors of Goa Peteng. The data of this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data is data that is not in the form of numbers and cannot be counted as a general overview of the location of the research, public perception, the existence and history of Goa Peteng. Meanwhile, Quantitative data is data in the form of numbers that can be calculated in this case is the growth of tourist arrivals to Bali in last five years. Based on the research results and discussion, it can be concluded the public perception of Goa Peteng development as a tourist attraction in the village of Jimbaran, in Likert scale obtained by calculating an overall average of 4.54 from 100 people. Meanwhile, the perception of tourists to the area development Peteng Goa as a tourist attraction in the village of Jimbaran Likert scale obtained by calculating the overall average 4.52 out of 5 rating.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management system to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage. Background underlying this study is the hallmark and uniqueness of Pura Tirta Empul. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data with the source of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants using purposife sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used by the process of descriptive qualitative analysis conducted through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Management systems to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage in this study using POAC management includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Results from this study is the strength of a leader or manager in executing management functions POAC management system as well as it has been implemented in Pura Tirta Empul. Abstract

This research titled Tourism Village Development in Badung Regency (Case Study in Baha Tourism Village). The purpose of this research is to find out of the tourism development in Baha Village since this village is disignated as tourism village in Badung. The data are collected by observation, indeepth interview and literatur study. The obtained data were analyzed in qualitative data analysis. The results of this study after being analyzed using tourism area life cycle theory that the development of Baha Tourism Village is in involvement phase where the people who have taken initiative to providing the tourist atraction service and the tourism fasilities in Baha tourism village. Beside of that in it cooperation between the people and goverment is try to make the promotion tools like website. This aims is to facilitate the tourists to get information about tourist village of Baha. From this development has also spawned the tourism organizations with the name of “Kelompok sadar Wisata” or commonly abbreviated to be “POKDARWIS”

Abstract

The research is conducted in Banjar Berawa/Desa Adat Berawa, nort Kuta district, Badung Regency. The study purposes to know the impact of tourism growth to the society consumptive pattern in Berawa. The technique of the data collection use direct observation technique to the location, interviewing for informan, I.E.Bendesa Adat Berawa, Klian Desa Berawa, Klian Dinas Berawa, Klian Subak Tibubeneng Village, Local society, and documentation by taking photos. The data are analysed by using qualitative data analysis technique which are working based on data, searching and finding pattern, getting interesting data and deciding the data that will be ssuced. The technique of informants assigmnen is purposive sampling which is assigning the sample by using particular consideration so, deserves to be a sample. The data analysis includes with collection data, reduction data, displaying data, conclusion and verivication. The result of the study shows the society point of view to the aconomy establishmemt of educational aspec of the society which is getting increase, society in Banjar Berawa are also starting to enterpreneurship by set up abussiness such as homestay and laundy. The point of view of society to the customary order is the society seens strong with the wealth that they have. The society fulfill their family neededs by taking many kends of occupation. Abstract

The gedogan woven fabric business is one of the businesses that can contribute to improving the community's economy as well as being supporting tourism product activities in East Lombok Regency. Women have the power to be more empowered in improving family welfare. This study aims to determine the role of women in the development of the gedogan weaving business in the Sentosa Sasak Tenun Group at Pringgasela Tourism Village, East Lombok Regency. In this study using qualitative and quantitative data types, while the data sources used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the role of women in the Sentosa Sasak Tenun Group on productive roles was as weaving craftsmen, farmers, farm laborers, farm laborers, breeders, and home traders. The reproductive role of women weavers is managing the household. Meanwhile, the social role in the community, namely, as a member of the Muslimat related to religious events, cooperation activities between communities or traditional events which in Sasak is called gawe belek, and the health group namely Work Health Efforts. Of the three role models, the main role of women in the Sentosa Sasak Tenun Group is their reproductive role, because as a wife and mother, the nature of a woman is managing household affairs. Abstract

The concept of learning in a tourist attraction in Jawa Timur Park Batu City East Java increasingly delivering innovation especially in the development of the museum with the concept of edutainment, museum with a model of postmodern. This study is important because in addition to the development of tourism in tourist attraction Jawa Timur Park. Concept of development used also gives an appeal that will attract the curiosity of tourists to visit. The use of qualitative methods with data collecting technique observation, interview and documentation is done to get the data corresponding to this research, so that data on tourist attraction in East Java park with the concept of edutainment can describe the concept of postmodern museum tours. Jawa Timur Park is a tourist attraction with edutainment concept that combines seven methods museum by using audiovisual media and methods of scouting and dialogue, so that the application of the concept of education in tourism is more interesting to do.

Abstract

Interactive Art Museum Bali is the new one of tourists attraction in Denpasar City. Although classified as a new tourist attraction, but tourists visit the Interactive Art Museum Bali is always increasing every month. Based on that situation, the research is conducted for analyzing the influence of responses in social media on the collection options for visitors at the tourist attraction of Interactive Art Museum Bali, Denpasar City. The data used in this research is quantitative data. Data analysis techniques used in this study are correlation analysis. The collected data in this study through observation, literature study, questionnaire, and visual material.Informant determination technique used is convenience sampling techniquewith the number of samples determined by the Slovin formula. The results of this study obtained that the social media used by visitors who come to visit the Interactive Art Museum Bali is Instagram.The influence of responses in social media on collection options for visitors is seen from 3 classifications.First, according to the observing senses, has a correlation analysis of 0653 and 0.598.The second classification is according to the occurrence of having correlation analysis results of 0.627 and 0.668.The third characteristic is according to the environment has the result of correlation analysis of 0.564 and 0.585.
