Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership toward affective commitment mediated by pride in being a follower for the contract nurses in Mangusada Badung District General Hospital. The samples taken were 151 respondents, by using a probability sampling method, particularly proportionate random sampling. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale to measure 15 statement items. The analysis technique used was Path Analysis. The result shows that transformational leadership has positive and significant effects on affective commitment, transformational leadership has positive and significant effects on pride in being a follower, pride in being a follower has positive and significant effects on affective commitment, and the research also proves that transformational leadership has effects on affective commitment mediated by pride in being a follower.

Abstract

Jumlah persediaan yang terlalu tinggi di perusahaan berakibat pada tingginya biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan, sedangkan persediaan yang rendah akan berisiko terjadinya kekurangan persediaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Barjaz Company, untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem persediaan bahan baku yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan, dan apakah sistem tersebut sudah efisien atau belum. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pihak yang terkait dengan persediaan dan observasi pada objek yang diteliti. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu; Analisis EOQ, perhitungan safety stock, perhitungan reorder point, perhitungan persediaan maksimum, perhitungan inventory turnover dan menghitung total biaya persediaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem persediaan yang diterapkan saat ini masih belum efektif. Perusahaan sebaiknya melakukan sistem pengendalian persediaan dengan menggunakan metode EOQ. Dengan penerapan EOQ, nilai inventory turnover perusahaan meningkat dan perusahaan mengeluarkan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 1.099.982, lebih rendah dari sistem pengendalian persediaan yang dilakukan perusahaan saat ini, yaitu sebesar Rp 1.671.100.

Abstract

Secretariat of Denpasar Mayor Office is a government institution directly related to public service in Denpasar city, so it is proper that the employees in Sekretariat of Denpasar Mayor Office give the best performance to the society. Satisfaction from the public means that employees in the Secretariat of the Denpasar Mayor's Office have shown good work performance, concern for the institution and responsible for the assigned tasks. The purpose of this study was to find out what influenced the performance of contract employees at the Secretariat of the Denpasar Mayor's Office. This research is done in Secretariat of Denpasar Mayor Office. The sample used were 34 people with the test of research instrument using validity test and reliability test. Analytical technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that leadership, motivation, work environment have positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of contract employee at Sekretariat Kantor Walikota Denpasar. Leadership is a dominant variable that affects the job satisfaction of contract employees at the Secretariat of Denpasar Mayor's Office. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Research was conducted on elementary school teachers Saraswati 4 denpasar. The sampling method used in this study sample is saturated. Data were collected using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Respondents of the study a total of 35 primary school teachers Saraswati 4 Denpasar. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of pathways. These results indicate that (1) transformational leadership has a direct influence on organizational commitment, (2) job satisfaction has a direct influence on organizational commitment, (3) the commitment the organization has a direct influence on OCB, (4) transformational leadership has a direct influence on OCB. (5) job satisfaction has a direct influence on OCB, (6) transformational leadership influence on OCB through organizational commitment of elementary school teachers Saraswati 4 Denpasar, and (7) job satisfaction influence on OCB through organizational commitment of elementary school teachers Saraswati 4 Denpasar.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di sebuah hotel bernama Ayodya Resort Bali. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 96 responden dengan metode proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 16 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif, komitmen kalkulatif dan komitmen normatif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif, komitmen kalkulatif, dan komitmen normatif dapat menekan turnover intention. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa komitmen afektif, komitmen kalkulatif, dan komitmen normatif memiliki peran mediasi antara hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention dengan peran mediasi terkuat adalah komitmen kalkulatif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui peran stres kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja di UPT. Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini mengambil sebanyak 60 orang pegawai sebagai responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus, dimana metode ini menggunakan seluruh populasi menjadi responden. Analisis jalur (path analysis) digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran stres kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh hubungan antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa stres kerja secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh negatif terhadap stres kerja. Begitu pula dengan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja

Abstract

The aim of this study isto examine the role of occupational stress in mediating the effect of psychological contract and the workload of the desire of workers to get out of the organization. This study was conducted on employees in doc_ignga beauty clinic, which has four branches, two branches in Denpasar, Tabanan, and Gianyar. Samples in this study were taken with a saturated sample method. Data were collected using a survey method with interviews and questionnaires. Survey respondents as many as 34 employees . he results of this study were (1) the psychological contract affects the desire to come out directly and indirectly through the stress of work, and (2) the workload affects the desire to come out directly and indirectly through the stress of work.This indicates that the psychological contract, workload, and stress can increase the desire to work out.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of perceived organizational support on intention to leave of the employees of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. The number of samples is 195 employees by using probability sampling method especially techniques of analysis used are Path analysis and Sobel test. The results show that perceived organizational support and organizational commitment negatively affect intention to leave, perceived organizational support positively influence organizational commitment and organizational commitment mediates on intention to leave. It is recommended for the company for continuing perceived organizational support to employees and high commitment, and the management should be able to be a good co-worker for the employees so that employees desire not to leave the company can be reduced.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee empowerment on perceived of organizational justice and organizational commitment at the Environment Agency (BLH) Gianyar regency. This study uses quantitative research is by using observation and questionnaire to 85 respondents. The data was analysed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study finds that employee empowerment significantly affect perceived organizational justice and significant impact on organizational commitment. Furthermore, it was found that employee empowerment positively and significantly impact organizational commitment. Finally, perceived organizational justiceĀ  mediated the effect of employee empowerment on organizational commitment.
