UMKM’s Business activities are very popular nowadays like rainy season. This group has been proven to advance the country's economy through its ability to absorb labour and open new jobs. Business partners in this Community Service activity are business groups which include food clusters, namely Gusniwati's business which is engaged in the loading and selling of donuts and fried bread.The purpose of this service is to assist partners in business management and production. Through this activity, it is expected that partners can improve their business management capabilities, expand their marketing areas, improve the quality of their production, which in turn will increase partners' income and profits. This activity will be carried out in the form of business management training (packaging, business motivation marketing), and the provision of production assistance goods.

Pariaman City is one of the cities located in West Sumatra. Geographically, most of the area are located on coastal areas. Two thirds of Pariaman City are coastal areas. Therefore Pariaman City area has its beautiful natural potencies in the form of beaches, seas and enchanting islands. The purpose of this study is to introduce the natural potential of the marine tourism objects that are found in Pariaman City. Qualitative description approach is used as the research method and purposive sampling is the method of taking samples in this research. Observation, interview, and documentation are used as technique of taking data. The results show that the most visited tourism objects in Pariaman City are Gondoriah Beach, Cermin Beach, Kata Beach, Turtle breeding area, Pauh Beach and also culinary sightseeing places, while other beaches have not been developed well by government

This research is a quantitative study based on Maslow's theory of needs. This study involved 40 respondents from the human resources division at PT BNI Syariah South Jakarta Central Office. This study provides evidence of Maslow's theory of needs that can be applied to the workplace. The results of the study stated that physiological needs, safety and security, affiliation or acceptance needs, Esteem needs, and self-actualization needs dominantly influenced the motivation of BNI Syariah employees at the South Jakarta Head Office.

Tourism is a sector that is growing very rapidly at this time in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to explore the potential of halal tourism owned by Air Manis Beach (PAM) which can increase income and welfare of the surrounding community. This research is a qualitative study which uses primary data as the source of the data. Data obtained through field observations and in-depth interviews with selected respondents. These respondents consisted of 10 business people or community who are in PAM. The results of this study indicate that the community around PAM including business actors in PAM feel the great potential of PAM tourism in increasing employment opportunities, business chances and increasing their welfare. The hoping is that the government can cooperate better with the community and business practitioners in PAM in terms of management, development and improvement of these tourist destinations.

The existence of a website in the current digitalization era has become a mandatory requirement for every Nagari (Village), as a promotional medium and an effort to digitize all business processes in the Nagari. For this reason, in this service activity an official village website was created and given website management training to village staff for digital promotion purposes. The website is equipped with menus that explain in detail the profile, potential, and facilities of the Nagari. Based on the results of a survey conducted after the training activities, it was concluded that an increase in the understanding of Nagari staff in managing the website was achieved by 90%, so that by utilizing the website media there was an increase in efficiency and effectiveness in digitally disseminating Nagari information to the wider community. This has a positive impact on the performance of the nagari government.

Peluang untuk berwirausaha saat ini sangat besar dan menjadi alternatif pilihan bagi masyarakat. Peluang ini tidak hanya diambil oleh laki-laki, namun juga perempuan ( Ibu Rumah Tangga) yang menjadi penopang perekonomian keluarga. Mitra usaha dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Majelis Ilmu KISS (Kabun Indah Saiyo Sakato) yang merupakan kelompok ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang ada dikomplek yang mengisi kegiatannya dengan pembelajaran seperti peningkatan kemampuan hafalan quran, upgrade ilmu pertanian/ perkebunan (hidroponik), dan teknik wirausaha sederhana. Saat ini mereka sedang merintis usaha sendiri/ wirausaha. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu mitra dalam hal peningkatan kemampuan entrepreneurship guna pengembangan ekonomi kreatif serta peningkatan pendapatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan/ pembinaan manajemen entrepreneurship dan barang modal usaha.

Mengenali pengelolaan keuangan secara individu sangat penting, khususnya bagi kaum milenial yang merupakan bonus geografi bagi masing masing negara. Peningkatan literasi keuangan ini merupakan salah satu kecakapan dasar yang dapat meningkatkan nilai hidup dan kesejahteraan manusia di masa yang akan datang. Adapun tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman literasi keuangan para siswa di SMK Nasional Padang ini, khususnya siswa jurusan administrasi perkantoran. Hal yang termasuk dalam literasi keuangan ini adalah pengelolaan keuangan, pemahaman tentang transaksi ekonomi dan praktiknya, pengenalan sumber daya ekonomi (earning), Pengenalan konsep belanja (spending) sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar, Pengenalan konsep menyimpan (saving), Pengenalan konsep berbagi (sharing), dan Pengenalan konsep mengenai praktik tidak baik dan kejahatan finansial. Dari pengabdian ini diharapkan kalangan muda milenial memiliki kemampuan dan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan tersebut dan dapat memberikan kinerja yang baik dalam pengambilan keputusannya kelak.

Currently, financial literacy is something that absolutely must be owned by entrepreneurs, including MSMEs. Financial literacy shows how a person's financial knowledge, attitudes, skills and behaviours are. Good financial literacy will encourage good financial behaviours. The purpose of this study is to explore the financial behaviours of entrepreneurs including MSMEs and also the obstacles that occur in this regard. The methodology used in this study is qualitative research with interviews / in-depth interviews as data collection media. In addition, researchers also conducted field observations. This study found that MSME entrepreneurs have had a fairly good financial behaviour. This is evident from the knowledge, attitudes and financial skills they have in dealing with problems and managing their finances. The recommendation of this research is the attention and support of the government as a stakeholder for MSMEs to improve this financial literacy ability. Appearance is a matter of concern to each individual. Good looks, clean, attractive and decent can boost confidence. The use of cosmetic products provides one option to promote one's appearance in order to boost one's confidence. Among the most popular brands of cosmetics in Indonesia today are wardah. The wardah product has a good brand image among communities at prices as well. It can also contribute to one's appearance in order to meet the requirements of a lifestyle in carrying out one's activities. The study aims to find out how lifestyle, brand image and price-perceptions impact the decision to purchase cosmetics in desert city students. Data collection is done with an online questionnaire's instrument to prairies. Partial research suggests that lifestyle variables, brand image and price perceptions have both a positive and significant impact on purchasing decision variables. While research with simultaneous lifestyle variables, brand image and price perception have significant impact on purchasing decisions.
