Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology provides ease in accessing various information from news to entertainment for free. Besides, in the world of education one of SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya needs to apply the internet media as a way to provide accessibility in distance learning where users can access material from anywhere which is not limited by place and time. SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya currently needs an online learning system to help the learning process conventionally. Another problem that arises is not yet available means to manage and facilitate the dissemination of materials to students. To solve the above problem, it can be solved with a web based Learning Management System application using SCORM model in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya. At this time almost all Learning Management System using SCORM as a standard in building web based e-learning. Based on the results of testing on learning applications, shows the system used is running well. It can also engage students with teachers, generating evaluation exercises, storing materials as documents, and objects that include images, documents, video and audio premises using SCORM models accessible to teachers and administrators in one storage location.

Abstract

The tropical disease is a unique desease which often happen in tropical area. There are many types of symptoms of tropical disease which are almost similar. Somehow, it is difficult for common people to diferenciate between tropical disease. Therefore, tropical disease are not easy to be identified. A patient needs a doctor consultation and treatment in order to identify the specific diseases that are suffered. However, time of consultation, distance, and cost are several other things that need to be considered by the patients. To provide simplicity for the patient consultation, It is neccessary to build a fuzzy expert system for diagnosing the tropical disease. Fuzzy expert system for diagnosis of tropical disease by web based. The fuzzy expert system will diagnose each symptom which has been perceived by patient by providing the certainty factor value in every symptom, as well as certainty factor value of the patient answer. Based on the sequence of rules, the system will result in a diagnosed tropical disease. Our examination shows that the system gives accuracy of diagnosing at arround 93,3% . The sample was taken from 15 patients and 2 doctors. The system is able to suggestion treatment based on the type of tropical diseases which are suffered by patients. Additionaly the fuzzy expert system for diagnosing tropical diseases can be accessed at anytime and anywhere utilizing the web browser.

Abstract

Indonesia a rich country in a wide range of plant includes various types of medicinal plants. However, the lack of media information which presents knowledge of that information cause ignorance among the public. The problem faced in documentation of knowledge on medicinal plants stand on the biological data which is complex and heterogeneous due to derived from a variety of sources of research and the use of the terms used is also different. With the implementation of this technology expected to be able maximize the presentation of information so that it makes encyclopedias app users to obtain the desired information.

Abstract

Malioboro Kartini Surabaya Restaurant process experienced problem in a matter of service time which is slow because the process of finding an empty table done by direct combing each room, order recorded in three sheets to be given to the checker, bartender and  customer directly, and also reservation list is not arranged well so the waitress have difficulty in obtaining information on the table-booking. Restaurant need a system to help waitress in addressing difficulties on serving  customer. Therefore made Android Mobile Based Restaurant Service Application. Waitress operating Android tablet to show each room table map. Waitress marking a table to do the process of recording the order menu. Order list will automatically appear on checker desktop application to be controlled. After customer pay the bill, red mark on table will disappear. Stored reservation data will automatically appear on table map with purple mark. Serving application can help waitress to provide customer an empty table information immediately, sending order list automatically to checker, showing information about reserved table so waithress can immediately prepared the table

Abstract

Auto 2000 is a network of sales, repair, parts providers of Toyota, and maintenance that management is fully handled by a company. Astra Internasional Tbk. Auto 2000 is currently the largest automotive company in Indonesia which controls approximately 42% of Toyota's total sales. Auto 2000 there is a workshop that will serve or meet customer complaints contained in cars under the Toyota brand. Currently what happens in Auto 2000 Kenjeran, especially in the workshop service advisor (SA) is still looking for solutions or actions in case of problems with the car. At the time of checking by frequent customer waiting times become long, it creates a queue of cars to check for damage to the car. The misdiagnosis of damage by SA will be returned by the SA to recheck the damage done to the customer's car. By using the rule-based system method this method will work well when the problem starts from collecting / uniting information and then looking for what conclusions can be drawn from the information is able to analyze the kind of damage that occurs in the car engine. Questionnaire results from each position as follows, the head of the workshop gets a result of 100% with a percentage of the value is very appropriate, PTM gets a result of 100% with a percentage of very suitable value, FO gets a result of 96.66% with a percentage of very suitable value, SA gets a result of 99.16% with a percentage of very suitable value. The result of the alignment of positions is 99.10% which in the percentage of the value of the figure is included in the category is very appropriate.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes that effective and efficient can help ease the performance of the school, therefore a system capable of handling the process of assessing student learning outcomes. The assessment system of student learning outcomes is expected to help simplify the performance of the school. The problems that exist in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya is how to design and build the application of student learning outcomes are structured and centralized. Currently, when the teacher will enter the student score, the teacher will enter the student score by using Microsoft Excel application, in recording of the student score it causing error by too many files created in assessing student learning outcomes, each file can be changed by all parties, so the student score data becomes invalid to be incorporated into student report cards. Based on the descripted problems, it is needed an application that can be used to assist the admin and teachers in facilitating the process of student learning outcomes in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya. The solution is making a computerized application that can  processing the student learning outcomes at SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya, so as teachers inputing student score, the teacher does not need to make various Excel file, and the score can be directly seen by the student.
