Abstract

Employees are important assets to the company, therefore the company must pay attention to the performance of the employees. There are several factors that affect the performance and the morale of employee, where morale is influenced by the leadership and compensation. The research objective was to investigate the influence of leadership and compensation  to employee morale and performance at PT. United Indobali Denpasar. The population were 235 people, using the Slovin formula, it found 148 sample, selection of respondents using stratified random sampling. Data collection methods were using observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data was  processed using path analysis techniques with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Results showed leadership and compensation has a positive relationship to employee morale and employee performance. Keyword :       Leadership, Compensation, employee morale, employee performance

Abstract

Job satisfaction is one indicator of the success of the company's operations in an effort to achieve its objectives. To realize that employee job satisfaction can be achieved, then the company must consider the factors that can influence job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional exhaustion and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. The study was conducted at CV. Mahesa Company Group Denpasar. The number of samples taken as many as 35 employees. Mechanical sampling using saturated sample. Data collected through interviews and field surveys. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed the variables emotional exhaustion negatively affect employee job satisfaction, work motivation while a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the research results, the suggestions to be considered by the company is the imposition of work must be in accordance with the expertise and field employees, providing specific training to employees and salaries should be adjusted to the workload of employees.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui pemberdayaan karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 52 orang karyawan DevinSky Hotel Seminyak dengan masa kerja selama minimal 3 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Pada hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan karyawan, variabel pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif signfikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, variabel pemberdayaan karyawan memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan DevinSky Hotel Seminyak. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, pemberdayaan karyawan, kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational justice, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on organizational commitment on employee Ayodya Resort Bali. Samples taken as many as 183 people with proportional random sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using 5-point likert scale to measure 21 question items. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 13.00 for windows. The analysis showed that organizational justice positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership is positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The hotel should always pay attention to organizational justice, transformational leadership and job satisfaction of employees so that employees will have a high sense of commitment towards the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran citra merek dalam memediasi pengaruh e-WoM terhadap niat beli produk Liptint Emina Magic Potion. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 110 orang konsumen pengguna kosmetik di Kota Denpasar yang sering berbelanja online tetapi belum pernah menggunakan Liptint Emina Magic Potion. Data diambil melalui survei online menggunakan kuesioner, dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan path analysis dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-WoM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek produk kosmetik liptint merek Emina Magic Potion, e-WoM meningatkan niat beli produk kosmetik liptint merek Emina Magic Potion, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli liptint merek Emina Magic Potion, citra merek secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh e-WoM terhadap niat beli produk liptint merek Emina Magic Potion. Hal ini memiliki arti bahwa e-WoM mampu meningkatkan niat beli konsumen terhadap produk kosmetik liptint merek Emina Magic Potion melalui citra merek kuat yang ada di benak konsumen. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the impact of organizational justice on job satisfaction and turnover intention. Respondents were 160 employees who determined using proportional random sampling method, where respondents are permanent employees other than directors and representatives who have a minimum term of 1 year. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis. The test results get justice organizations has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention and job satisfaction did not has significantly influence on employee turnover. Abstract

Retaliation is a negative act committed employees resulting from the  perception of injustice by the company relating to a particular policy. Employee retaliation behavior can be minimized by pressing the contributing factors. One of the factors causes retaliation behavior is organizational justice. The study was conducted at Centro Lifestyle Department Store, Kuta-Bali, with a disproportionate random sampling method Sampling. The analysis finds that procedural justice and interactional justice has negative influence on  employee retaliation behavior. Management can reduce intentionality retaliation behavior of employees by providing training to each employee morale.

Abstract

Organizations need to consider factors that affect employee job satisfaction because it’s an significance factor for the survival of the organization. The research objective was to investigate the influence of compensation, transformational leadership and communication on job satisfaction and employee morale at PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Bali I. The population were 204 people and by used Slovin formula obtained 135 people. The selection of respondents was using stratified random sampling. Data collection were used observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data processed using path analysis techniques with SPSS software. Results showed that compensation, transformational leadership style and communication significantly affect employees' job satisfaction and employee morale. Abstract

Bali yang dulunya merupakan pariwisata budaya, kini mulai dilirik sebagai tempat untuk berbagai pertemuan Internasional maupun lokal yang dikenal dengan istilah MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition). Dengan perubahan tersebut, sumber daya manusia dituntut untuk terus menerus mampu mengembangkan diri secara proaktif, dan perusahaan juga harus memiliki sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai tingkat kepuasan kerja yang memadai sehingga pada akhirnya mampu menampilkan kinerja yang baik. Kinerja seseorang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal antara lain emotional intelligence yang  terbagi dalam dua dimensi yaitu emotional recognition dan emotional regulation. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Adhi Jaya Sunset Hotel, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 75 orang dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 19 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel emotional intelligence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transactional leadership and job stress on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Panca Dewata Denpasar, Bali. This study used quantitative research by using surveys and questionnaires to 48 respondents. Obtained findings that simultaneous variable transactional leadership and job stress influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Panca Dewata Denpasar, Bali. Other results found that partially can be seen that the variable transactional leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Panca Dewata Denpasar, Bali. Furthermore, it is known that partially variable job stress negatively affects job satisfaction of employees at PT. Panca Dewata Denpasar, Bali. Finally, transactional leadership variables (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT.
