Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the utilization of Nukila Park green open space, Ternate City, by the people of Ternate City, both socially, economically, and ecologically. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The tools and materials used are questionnaires, sound level meters, cameras, anemometers, writing instruments, thermohygrometers, and satellite images. The results of interviews conducted on 100 respondents showed that the Nukila Park green open space provided great benefits to the people of Ternate City with a visit percentage of 73% because of its good ecological quality, comfortable level of comfort and adequate facilities. Nukila Park Green Open Space has 17 types of vegetation consisting of 11 types of trees and 12 types of saplings. The benefits of Nukila Park green open space from the socio-cultural aspect are as a meeting place for direct communication, gathering for certain activities, a place to relax or rest (sit/eat), a place for education and learning about nature. from the ecological aspect, namely the thermal comfort felt by the respondents and biodiversity.

Abstract

The tourist attraction of the Buntudatu pine forest, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency is an open nature tourism object of limited production forest managed by the Buntudatu Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) as a place for activities such as recreation, camping, relaxing. The purpose of this study was to describe and evaluate the potential development of the Buntudatu pine forest tourism object based on the observations and perceptions of visitors. The variables observed were the attractiveness, accessibility and infrastructure of the Buntudatu pine forest tourism object. Data collection methods were carried out through observation and distributing questionnaires to visitors who were found in the tourist area of Buntudatu pine forest as many as 36 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed based on the assessment of ODTWA (Objects of Natural Tourist Attraction) and the Likert scale. The results showed that based on the ODTWA assessment, the potential development of tourism objects in the Buntudatu pine forest area obtained an attractiveness value of 750 in the medium category, accessibility with a total score of 450 in the high category and infrastructure facilities a total score of 300 in the high category. Based on the visitor's perception of attractiveness, it is categorized as good with a score of 72.66%, accessibility has a good category value with a score of 68.69% from respondents, facilities have a good value with a value of 66.66% and tourist activities get a very good score of 100%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the perception and role of visitors to management in the Patriot Bina Bangsa City Forest (PBBCF) of Bekasi city. The study was conducted from October to November 2021. The selection of respondents was conducted by a simple random sampling method of 97 respondents. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected through questionnaires that have been filled out by visitors who deliberately make visits and visits in 2021. Secondary data was obtained through the Service Technical Execution Unit (STEU) of the PBBCF Bekasi City. Secondary data is also obtained through books obtained from local bookstores and the internet through google scholars in the form of books, journal articles, and thesis related to this research topic, namely the perception and role of visitors to the management of PBBCF Bekasi City. The results of this study showed that the perception of visitors to the management of PBBCF Bekasi City belonged to the category of good (69.62%). This is supported by good activity comfort (73.4%) as well as hard element facilities (66.45%) and soft elements (75.05%) which are good. Visitors already take roles in maintenance roles (81.76%), planning roles (31.6%) as well as roles in development (27.8%).
