Abstract

This study discusses about tourist characteristic and motivation in Pelaga, Badung Regency, Sibetan, Karangasem Regency, and Tenganan, Karangasem Regency. These three villages were developed into ecotourism village by JED (Village Ecotourism Network). Ecotourism is a community- based tourism, enviromentally sound, and responsible for sustainability. By seeing the number of visitor in Pelaga Ecotourism Village which has yet to reach the target, this is the impact of marketing system is still very common conducted without regard to the characteristics and motivations of tourists. This research purposes is to know the tourist characteristic and motivation who visit Pelaga, Sibetan, and Tenganan Ecotourism Village. Data collection in this research is done by direct obeservation to Pelaga Village, Sibetan Village, and Tenganan Village. Deep interview with the manager of JED and then deep interview with the coordinator of JED in every village, and also deep interview with the tourist to know their motivation visit Pelaga Ecotourism Village. While also using literature study and documentation. The result of this research show that in term geographic characteristic the visitor in Pelaga, Sibetan, and Tenganan Village is come from various country namely USA , Australia, Thailand, Japan, Germany, Canada, Netherland, England, France, Norway, Belgium, Philippines, Italy, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, China, Poland, East Timor, Finland, Korea. In term socio- demographic characteristic the tourist who visit Pelaga and Sibetan dominated by man and in productive age, while in Tenganan is dominated by women and in older age. The whole tourist in three villages are work in private or public sector, and high educational background. Most of tourists who visit, have the motivation to know the culture in three villages.

Abstract

Bali is one famous island with many potential tourism. Bangli as one of the district in Bali has begun develop it’s own potential tourism. There is a cultural village which has uniqueness called Terunyan Village Cemetery. The village cemetery has uniqueness due to the corpse is not buried or burned but placed under the tree after the death ceremony. The uniqueness this village has developed a tourist destination inducing tourist are interested in visiting Terunyan Cemetery. However the cadger and boat driver had made the tourist to be afraid to visit the Terunyan Cemetery which emerged the bad image. The research used the purposive sampling methode as a technique to determine the respondent. The number of respondents were 110 respondents. The technique of data analysis used multiple linear regression. Research in parsial show that the mirror image has a positive and significant effect toward the interesting of tourist visiting Terunyan Village Cemetery. Moreover, current image has positive and significant effect toward the tourist’s interest. In addition, wish image has positive and significant influence toward the interesting to visit. Fouthermore, corporate image has positive and significant influence to the interesting of tourist to visit. By simultaneously image has positive and significant effect toward the interesting of tourist to visit Terunyan Cemetery.

Abstract

Bali, whose name is identical with tourism, is one of the tourist destination in Indonesia, whose name has been synonymous with tourism. Airlines, which one of them is Garuda Indonesia, became one of the factors that developed tourism in Bali. The background of this research due to complaints from tourists who made a reservation at Garuda Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the satisfaction of domestic touristto ticket reservation service at Garuda Indonesia, so we can know which variables that must be maintained and enhanced. This research was conducted using the method of Importance-Performance Analysis by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents domestic tourist who make ticket reservations at Garuda Indonesia which service dimensions studied are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Based on the research that has been done, it could be concluded that the overall rating is not satisfied with the service provided by the staff of Garuda Indonesia, both in terms of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible so that the performance needs to be improved.Garuda Indonesia can improve and enhance the service quality of staff and domestic tourists satisfaction by looking the sequence of priority in airline ticket reservation service indicator.

Abstract

The Indonesian Commuter Train is a favorite mass transportation for traveling in greater Jakarta because of its affordable price, proximity of the station to tourist destinations, and the services provided. In fact, the management has prepared special Passenger Service officers. There was a decline in passengers in 2019 due to passenger dissatisfaction with the services provided, even the ratio of the number of passenger complaints in 2019-2020 was still the same. In fact, as a commitment to the continued operation during the pandemic, the management launched a special Passenger Service officer named C-Ranger to disseminate health protocols during the new normal. This study uses mixed methods data analysis techniques including qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The research sample determination technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of the study show services provided by Passenger Service are ticketing, information service, complaint handling, CCTV access information, priority passenger, pregnant wowen, Lost and Found, and C-Ranger. Based on the t test showed that partially, the variables with tangible, assurance, and reliability variables had a significant influence on the satisfaction of domestic tourists. While the variables of empathy and responsiveness do not have a significant effect on the satisfaction of domestic tourists. simultaneously the quality of Passenger Service has a significant and positive influence on the satisfaction of domestic tourists with a coefficient of determination of 50.7%.

Abstract

Rinjani Mountain area has some potential physical and non-physical is very unique as lakes, caves, and many others. In connection with the potential for physical and non-physical possessed the area of Mount Rinjani, in this study raised a variety of issues that can be used as a spiritual travel package including : (1) What are the potential physical and non-physical-owned area of Mount Rinjani, West Nusa Tenggara. (2) How to plan a spiritual tour packages in the area of Mount Rinjani, West Nusa Tenggara. This study was conducted to determine the physical and non-physical potential contained in the area of Mount Rinjani, then packed into a spiritual tour packages. Data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, documentation and literature.Data analysis techniques used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. Results from this research that the area of Mount Rinjani has eleven potential that can be packed into three spiritual package.(a) Spiritual packages Senanga Danau Segara Anak,(b) Spiritual Package Senaru Pancor Emas,(c) Spiritual package Sembalun Puncak Rinjani.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of promotion Tiket.com through several stages, such as: identification dimensions empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication. Further reviewed how the effectiveness of promotion Tiket.com it can affect the decision to buy air tickets to Bali. Data collection techniques used obeservation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. Data collection techniques use non-probability sampling with accidental sampling procedure. The analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that the dimension of empathy (x1) has a positive and significant effect of 0.001 on buying decisions (y), persuasion dimension (x2) has a positive and significant effect of 0.001 on buying decisions (y), impact dimension (x3) significant 0,041 to the buying decision (y) and the last dimension of communication (x4) have a positive and significant effect of 0.000 on buying decision (y). From the EPIC model is the face of communication is the biggest factor influencing the decision of tourists to buy ticket through the website Tiket.com. This is because the communication contained in promotion Tiket.com easy to understand and attached to the memory of tourists to use the website Tiket.com when buying air tickets if want to travelling.

Abstract

This study discusses on couple tourist preferences of the tourism product in Gili Trawangan, including it’s characteristics. Preferences is a choice on alternatives based on their relatives utility, a process which results in an optimal choice (whether real or theoretical). The aim of this study is to determine how couple tourist preference of the tourism product in Gili Trawangan. Methods of data collection utilized observation, questionnaire, literature study, and documentation. The result show that the characteristic of the couple tourist in Gili Trawangan are divided into tourist descriptor and trip-descriptor. The characteristic of tourist descriptor is dominated by couple tourists from Europe, whose age are 25-44 years with the single status and the young couple. Moreover, the characteristic of a trip-descriptor is dominated by couple tourists. The purpose of their traveling to Gili Trawangan is the holiday. Most of them received information from the internet who arranged their own travel and they traveled during the holiday season with the length of stay is 2-3 days in Gili Trawangan. As for couple tourist preferences to Gili Trawangan divided into 4 preferences, i.e the preference based on transportation, accommodation, the place to have a meal, and tourist activity. In term of transportation the couple tourist preferred bicycle and in term of accommodation they preferred homestay. Concerning the place having a meal they preferred to a restaurant and for as tourism activity they preferred snorkeling.

Abstract

Selection of research on "Cooking Class as Tour Packages at the Restaurant Laka Leke in Ubud Bali" is motivated the potential that cant be find anything in Ubud area which can be put into a package "cooking class", and how to plan a tour package "cooking class" in support of the potential that exists in Ubud. Data collection in this study was done by observation, interviews, and library research. Type of data used is the qualitative data supported by quantitative data, while the data source are the primary data and secondary data. Results of this study showed that of the observations made on potentiality of tourism in Ubud village is still a lot of potentials that has not been developed and the maximum attention, especially from the local government. Development of tourism in Ubud village just focus on a few places in the Ubud area. For the Bureau of Tourist’s Travel or restaurant should pay more attention to making travel packages which involving local communities and make a package that is unique and different so will not appear tour packages that already exist.

Abstract

Biro Perjalanan Wisata (BPW) yang saat ini banyak tersebar di Bali merupakan salah satu sarana pokok yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh wisatawan sebagai konsumen dalam memudahkan melakukan perjalanan wisata. Sebagai produsen produk pariwisata tentunya BPW memiliki target untuk menuai keuntungan sebanyak-banyaknya. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan memahami pola- pola pembelian konsumen agar strategi, trik, dan pengualaran yang dikerahkan efektif dan efisien. Fenomena impulse buying pada era globalisasi ini marak terjadi, Indonesia sendiri menurut Nielsen.com menempati posisi 3 besar dalam jumlah konsumen yang melakukan impulse buying, setelah India dan Cina. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membeberkan faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi impulse buying wisatawan domestik terhadap produk pariwisata BPW di Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif melalui analisis faktor dan dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pendekatan emik untuk mengkonfirmasi ulang hasil yang didapat didalam analisis faktor. Hasil analisis faktor yang kemudian di re-confirm melalui pendekatan emik menunjukan bahwa terdapat 4 faktor yang mempengaruhi impulse buying wisatawan domestik di BPW Bali yaitu (1) faktor psikologi, (2) faktor kegiatan promosi, (3) faktor finansial, (4) faktor kekerabatan, dengan faktor yang dominan adalah faktor psikologi.

Abstract

Aktivitas dari paket wisata Kintamani masih terlihat monoton dan kurang bervariasi, sehingga perlu adanya kemasan paket wisata yang menggambarkan Batur Global Geopark Kintamani secara utuh. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah (1) Apa potensi wisata yang dimiliki Batur Global Geopark Kintamani?, (2) Bagaimana model kemasan paket wisata Batur Global Geopark Kintamani?, dan (3) Bagaimana kemasan paket wisata Batur Global Geopark Kintamani menuju pariwisata berkelanjutan?. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model kemasan paket wisata Batur Global Geopark Kintamani sudah menuju pariwisata berkelanjutan. Produk wisata yang dihasilkan adalah wisata petualangan, wisata kesehatan, wisata pertanian, wisata sejarah geologi, wisata budaya, serta wisata pilgrim. Konsep Gunung Batur sebagai lingga dan Danau Batur sebagai yoni dijadikan center point yang menggambarkan kesuburan. Geotrail (jejak bumi) dijadikan indentitas dan disusun sebagai paket wisata musim panas (summer pacgake). Penyelenggaraannya berlangsung selama 3 hari 2 malam dengan nama Paket wisata Explorer Geotrail Batur Global Geopark Kintamani dan di bagi menjadi tiga rute perjalanan yaitu (1) Paket wisata Traditional Terunyan Village Culture Geotrail (2) Paket wisata Batur Mountain Trakking Geotrail dan (3) Paket wisata Chinese Temple Geotrail. Pelibatan masyarakat, pemerintah dan stakeholder pariwisata adalah upaya menuju pariwisata berkelanjutan di Kintamani.
