Abstract

Economic development of a country aims to increase social welfare by expanding employment opportunities and direct distribution of income evenly. Uneven economic development would be problematic one of them is unemployment. Unemployment is a complex problem that can lead to social phenomena in society as someone who did not work so it does not earn. It is therefore necessary to find a solution to overcome the problem of unemployment. This study aims to determine the effect of the minimum wage, the labor force and economic growth on unemployment in Central Java province in 2009-2014. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression with fixed effect model approach (FEM). Based on the analysis, it is known that variable minimum wage a significant negative effect on the variable open unemployment in Central Java, a variable workforce positive and significant effect on the variable open unemployment in Central and variable economic growth does not significantly influence the variables of unemployment in Central Java. Abstract

The fluctuation of rupiah exchange rate caused by the application of open economy system especially with China in ACFTA international organization, which has good economy and influences in global can draw China as the worthy country in takin the policy through monetary variables. The purpose of this research is to know the short term and long term influence of the differences in Indonesia-China interest, the differences of Indonesia-China inflation, and Yuan exchange rate to rupiah exchange rate based on international fisher effect theory. This research focuses on quantitative analysis by using Error Correction Model (ECM) method. Short term ECM estimation shows that the relation between differences of interest, differences of inflation with rupiah exchange rate is not suitable with international fisher effect theory because is has positive and insignificant relation, yuan exchange rate with rupiah exchange rate is suitable with theory because is has negative. Then, the result of short term ECM estimation shows that there is a gap so the determination of rupiah exchange rate is dominated by Yuan exchange rate. The relation between the difference of interest and the difference of inflation is contrary with the theory and it is only Yuan exchange rate that has the relation with rupiah exchange rate and it is suitable with international fisher effect theory. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Investasi, Ekspor dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri pengolahan di Jawa Timur Tahun 2000-2017, serta melihat hubungan variabel bebas yaitu hubungan investasi terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan hubungan ekspor terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data time series tahun 2000-2017 dengan menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis).

Abstract

Conditions in Jember Regency from year to year economic growth is quite high, but the poverty level is very high as well. This study aims to determine the effect of investment and inflation on the number of poor people in the district of Jember in 2000- 2015. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The data used are secondary data formed in time series, the data used include investment, inflation in Jember district for 16 years in the year 2000-2015. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that investment variables do not significantly affect the number of poor people in Jember, while Inflation has a significant effect on the number of poor people in Jember. Keywords: total investment, inflation, and poor people.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to analyze the role of the Zakat Community Development program conducted by BAZNAS towards the increase in mustahik income. ProgramZakat Community Development in the form of forming livestock groups with funds coming from Zakat, Infaq and alms from muzakki. This research data comes from primary data obtained through interviews and observations with BAZNAS administrators and mustahik while secondary data comes from documents, books and journals that are in accordance with the research. The methodology used in this research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this research show that there are two livestock groups formed by BAZNAS, namely goats and rabbits. All needs for forming a livestock group come from zakat funds. These two livestock groups are managed by mustahik who are selected to become members. The livestock group was given assistance in the form of providing livestock, building cages and assistance by BAZNAS in collaboration with Jember University, Bondowoso Campus and the Regional Government. With the existence of a livestock group, mustahik have the opportunity to become a farmer and can increase their income and fulfill their living needs.

Abstract

Industri kerajinan sangkar burung di pedesaan merupakan industri kreatif usaha kecil menengah (UMKM) yang berperan penting dalam menyanggah perekonomian keluarga, lokal maupun nasional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi bagi start-up adalah perencanaan bisnisnya kurang tersusun sistematis dan rasional. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan pembuatan bisnis model canvas (BMC) agar usahanya berjalan lancar, terarah dan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan secara offline yaitu melalui pengamatan langsung di obyek dan online untuk konsultasi-konsultasi lebih lanjut. Hasil menunjukan bahwa kerangka konsep BMC mampu mengarahkan manajemen usahanya secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator to show the economic performance and economic development of a country. Economic growth theory has many figures with it thoughts. One of them is Solow's thinking, which considers that investment and technology can drive economic growth. Harrod Domar also state that investment can boost economic growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Domestic Direct Investment (DDI), and the ICT Index on Indonesia's economic growth. The method used in this research is Least Square Panel (PLS). The results showed that the Domestic Direct Investment (DDI) and the ICT Index had a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. In contrast to these two variables,  Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has a positive but insignificant effect on Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This service activity aims to help MSMEs build digital marketing strategies through creating business websites. The paradigm used is prepositives nominalist qualitative, namely by developing concepts based on environmental conditions. Through direct assistance from the owner of the Biru Daun Sate Depot, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the adoption of information technology to reduce business websites had a positive impact. Observation results show that the business website that was built could generate additional income during the mentoring period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of religion, socio-economic factors, and technological factors on the interest in using Linkaja Syariah in Generation Z in Bondowoso Regency. This type of research uses explanatory research which explains the relationship or influence between independent and dependent variables. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 80 respondents. The sample is Linkaja Syariah users aged 18-27 years (generation z). The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires, namely in the form of questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear analysis. The results of this study were taken based on the regression test. The test results are first, partially religiosity influences interest in use. Second, partially socio-economic factors influence user interest. Third, partially technological factors influence user interest. Fourth, simultaneously religiosity, socio-economic factors, technological factors influence user interest.
