Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate the scheduling of time in the project of building type 30 house in Tegal Besar Jember Palace. This research is an action research research using CPM method. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research is data about how long building type 30 housing and expenses incurred to build type 30 house in Tegal Besar Palace Jember. Based on the result of research known that building of type 30 house in Tegal Besar Jember Palace based on CPM method for 54 days. While the cost out to build a type 30 house based on the critical path CPM method of Rp 43.983403. In terms of cost, the completion of the projects is no different because PT. Kinansyah Adi Jaya Land uses wholesale system and housing type 30 subsidized by government.Keywords: Time, Critical Path, Critical Path Method (CPM)

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of damage and identify factors causing damage AMDK 220ml that occurred on March 13 to 11 April 2017 at PT. Tujuh Impian Bersama. The company is engaged in bottled drinking water industry (AMDK) with Al Qodiri brand. This research uses descriptive statistical research model. The analysis used is Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Kaizen. The results of the analysis show that the quality control of the product is beyond the control limits set. The most damage type is dent pack as much as 239pcs. From the causal diagram can be known factors causing damage from the most dominant include machinery, raw materials, humans, and methods. Based on the kaizen implementation tools, the recommendations for improvement are routine maintenance and re-adjustment of production machines, more rigorous selection of suppliers with more stringent standards, and improved human resource performance through supervision and briefing. Abstract

The study aims to know and analyze the influence of training, physical work environment, and organizational culture toward employee on Lumajang Water Supply Company. This research is called explanatory research. Population is all regular employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company with amount 61 respondents and sample selected by jenuh sampling or sensus method with amount 61 respondents. Data analyze method is multiple liniear regression. The result of study shows up that Training of employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship, Physical Work Environment on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship, and Organizational Culture on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship. This indicates that the Training, Physical Work Environment, and Organizational Culture can improve Performance of employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company optimally.
