Abstract

Marriage is not legally valid or not listed as an issue that is hotly discussed in various perspectives. Registration of marriage is basically necessary as a protection of the state to the parties to the marriage, and also to avoid the tendency of inconsistency in the application of religious teachings and beliefs in a perfect or intact marriage that took place according to religion and belief. This study is a type of normative juridical research. This is because normative juridical research is the type of research that is most relevant to the conflict of norms that occurs and can find detailed and detailed answers to the formulation of the problem to be studied. Based on the Marriage Act No. 1 of 1974 article 1 that marriage is the inner and outer bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife whose purpose is to form a prosperous and eternal family based on the Supreme Godhead. Understanding the inner inner Bond in this marriage is a bond or legal relationship between one man and one woman whose purpose is to live together as husband and wife status. According to the Quran a Muslim is one who has absolutely surrendered to Allah and his commands and believes in pure Tawhid (the oneness of God) that isn't tainted with any shirk and this is why the Almighty has introduced prophet Abraham as a true worshipper. In The Marriage Act No.1 of 1974 Article 2 Paragraph (1) explained that marriage is valid if it is done according to religion and beliefs, with the added sound in Paragraph (2) that each marriage is recorded according to applicable laws and regulations. If the marriage is valid, then the child born from the marriage will obtain legal status as a legitimate child as stipulated by Article 42 of the marriage law. It can be concluded that if the marriage is invalid, then the child born from the marriage does not occupy the position of a legitimate child.

Abstract

This research explores the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in improving education services at the junior high school and madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) levels. AI technology contributes significantly to learning personalization, student data analysis, and school administration efficiency. Through the Narrative Literature Review method, this research analyzes various literatures to identify the impact of AI on education, including challenges and potential solutions. The results show that AI supports more adaptive learning by analyzing students' individual needs, providing data-driven recommendations, and accelerating decision-making in the education process. In addition, AI improves operational efficiency through the automation of administrative tasks, such as managing student attendance and grades. However, AI implementation faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, lack of technical training for teachers, and data privacy issues. With strategic investment and intensive training, AI technology has great potential to revolutionize the education system, creating an inclusive and sustainable learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Counseling guidance plays a crucial role in helping students overcome academic challenges and enhance resilience, particularly in junior high school settings. This study aims to analyze the role of school counselors in fostering student resilience amidst academic pressures at SMP Kartini 2 Batam. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that school counselors contribute through individual counseling, group counseling, and resilience training, effectively improving students' stress management, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills. However, the implementation of counseling programs faces challenges such as limited time, insufficient understanding among students and parents about the importance of counseling, and a lack of counselors, necessitating further strategies to optimize services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis Ilmu Ashwat dengan perspektif filsafat ilmu. Adapun ruang lingkupnya mencakup tataran ontologi, epistemologi, dan aksiologinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-analitik dengan pendekatan filsafat ilmu. Datanya berupa teks-teks tertulis dengan sumber data berupa buku-buku dan jurnal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisi isi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Ilmu Ashwat adalah sebuah ilmu karena memiliki keriteria ilmu sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh filsafat ilmu. Ilmu Ashwat memiliki ontologi, epistemogi, dan aksiologinya yang jelas. Implikasi Ilmu Ashwat sangat berperan penting dalam pengajaran serta pembelajaran bahasa Arab, penyempurnaan membaca yang baik dan benar atau indah (tajwid), kesinambungan komunikasi hingga kemajuan teknologi modern yang membutuhkan aplikasi suara. Penelitian ini sangat terbatas dan hanya membahas Ilmu Ashwat dari tataran ontologi, epistemologi, dan aksiologi saja. Oleh karena itu, peneliti lain dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dari aspek lainnya.

Abstract

Era pemerintahan Bani Umayyah merupakan periode penting dalam transformasi pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan tidak lagi terbatas pada pengajaran informal di masjid, tetapi berkembang menjadi sistem yang lebih terstruktur melalui lembaga-lembaga seperti kuttab dan lembaga awal madrasah. Meski dikenal sebagai kekuatan politik dan ekspansionis, Bani Umayyah turut berperan dalam kemajuan pendidikan. Artikel ini mengkaji perkembangan pendidikan Islam pada masa tersebut dengan pendekatan historis dan deskriptif-analitis. Pembahasan fokus mencakup bentuk lembaga, kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, peran negara, serta tokoh-tokoh pendukung pendidikan. Faktor-faktor seperti stabilitas politik, pengaruh budaya asing, dan dukungan khalifah terhadap ilmu pengetahuan turut mendorong kemajuan pendidikan. Pemahaman atas dinamika ini membantu menelusuri fondasi awal sistem pendidikan Islam yang berkembang pada era Abbasiyah dan menginspirasi pendidikan Islam modern. Abstract

Pada masa pandemi, salah satu tantangan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah transfer materi dari guru ke siswa. Kurangnya tatap muka membuat guru harus mampu menguasai berbagai media pembelajaran alternatif baru. Sayangnya, tidak semua guru memiliki keahlian tersebut. Hal serupa juga dialami oleh guru di SMAN 1 Sampang. Karenanya, diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan kemampun guru dalam membuat materi pembelajaran daring menggunakan aplikasi komputer. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan salah satu upaya meningkatkan kapasitas guru rumpun ilmu sosial di SMA Negeri 1 Sampang melalui Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PPKB). PPKB dipandang sebagai salah satu Langkah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan profesionalisme pendidik. Adapun metode peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran daring berbasis aplikasi komputer antara lain: 1) Pre-test dan Focus Group Discussion, 2) Seminar Pengenalan OBS, 3) Praktik Pengoperasian Aplikasi OBS, 4) Pendampingan pembuatan video pembelajaran, 5) Evaluasi dan Pos-test, 6) Monitoring. Dari pelaksanaannya, didapatkan bahwa melalui PPKB, guru semakin termotivasi untuk membuat materi pembelajaran daring yang menarik bagi siswa, yakni berupa audio visual melalui OBS. Melalui PPKB guru mengalami peningkatan kompetensi untuk membuat video pembelajaran alternatif.
