Abstract

Peningkatan gaji dan tunjangan guru merupakan isu krusial dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan guru dan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kebijakan peningkatan gaji dan tunjangan guru terhadap anggaran pendidikan nasional serta efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini menyoroti kesenjangan pendapatan antara guru PNS dan non-PNS, disparitas regional, serta dampaknya terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan gaji dan tunjangan guru bukanlah beban anggaran mendasar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan profesionalisme guru, Namun, kebijakan ini menimbulkan tantangan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan anggaran pendidikan dan membutuhkan perencanaan anggaran yang cermat, distribusi yang adil, serta evaluasi kinerja yang efektif untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test whether the problem-based learning (PBL) teaching module that the author created in the strategic management course can increase students' cognitive flexibility. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The sample in this study was students of the Office Administration Education Study Program, Semarang State University, class of 2021, with 109 students divided into three classes.  Furthermore, the results of the module that has been developed are tested regarding the increase in the average cognitive flexibility score after carrying out the pre-test and post-test. Based on research results, the experimental class that used the PBL module showed an average increase in cognitive flexibility score of 17.3 points, while the control class only increased by 4.4 points. Statistical tests showed a significant increase in the experimental class (p < 0.001), while the control class did not show a significant increase (p = 0.065). Meanwhile, student activities in the experimental class showed active participation in the learning process, problem-solving involvement, and better teamwork than in the control class. Student feedback indicates that PBL makes learning more enjoyable, helps students think critically, and is relevant to the real world.

Abstract

Shallots are a manipulation of local wisdom found in Grobogan Regency. One of the largest shallot planting centers in Grobogan Regency is Genangadal Village. The weak low bargaining position due to oversupply during the big harvest caused a drop in prices received by farmers. As an effort to provide solutions to these challenges, it is necessary to empower people to create a creative economy through processed product innovation. This activity aims to conduct training and assistance related to innovation in processing shallot-based products. In addition, it conducts training and assists in developing good product marketing strategies. The stages carried out in this service are Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with farmer groups, demonstrations and practices in making various preparations from shallots, tutorials and assistance on good marketing strategies, and monitoring and evaluation. Based on the training results, the potential of shallots, which was initially not optimally utilized by farmers, has now been optimized for use in products with high economic value. The shallots that have been processed are onion crackers and onion paste. In addition, farmers have also learned good product marketing strategies. This activity improves farmers' skills in producing various processed products with high economic value. In addition, the farmers also gained knowledge about the product's marketing strategy. This is undoubtedly a new market opportunity for farmers; when the price of shallots plummets, they don't have to worry anymore because they can take advantage of the harvest by making processed products with economic value.

Abstract

Merdeka curriculum has been implemented in schools for a few years, but there are still some obstacles to its implementation. Teachers find it difficult to design learning tools, starting from reducing learning outcomes to learning objectives and the flow of learning objectives. One of the solutions is the use of concept maps, which are assisted by the MindMeister application. The goal is for teachers to implement it into a flow of learning objectives. The method of implementing this service is in the form of training teachers with a practical approach. The result of this service is that teachers better understand how to create effective and visually interactive concept maps of learning objectives to plan, organize, and understand learning objectives. This helps teachers and students in carrying out the learning process in a more structured and focused manner. The use of information technology-based applications is very helpful for teachers in learning activities. Teachers must always adapt to any changes and improve their competence with consistent and continuous training, especially related to the use of information technology in learning.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari persepsi terhadap kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness/PU) dan persepsi terhadap kemudahan penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use/PEOU) terhadap tingkat penggunaan aktual (Actual Use/AU) dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi PILAM dan E-Jurnal oleh para guru serta staf pendidikan di MTsN 1 Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model regresi yang dibangun signifikan secara simultan, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,835 dan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,001, yang mengindikasikan bahwa PU dan PEOU secara kolektif berpengaruh terhadap AU. Namun, secara parsial hanya PEOU yang menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap AU (p < 0,001), sedangkan PU tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berarti (p = 0,100). Temuan ini mendukung kerangka kerja Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang diperkenalkan oleh Davis (1986), serta konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menyoroti pentingnya kemudahan penggunaan dalam memfasilitasi penerimaan teknologi. Di lingkungan MTsN 1 Jepara, guru dan staf cenderung lebih termotivasi untuk menggunakan aplikasi digital apabila sistem tersebut dirancang agar mudah dioperasikan dan tidak memerlukan upaya yang rumit. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembang sistem informasi pendidikan untuk mengutamakan desain antarmuka yang intuitif dan mudah diakses oleh pengguna.
