Abstract

Desa Tista merupakan desa yang berada di kecamatan Kerambitan, Kabupaten Tabanan. Desa Tista memiliki beberapa UMKM yang berkembang dan bisa dijadikan pilihan sebagai buah tangan atau souvenir bagi wisatawan antara lain ada usaha keripik ladrang dan kacang sembunyi, kedua UMKM ini menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan ini karena merupakan produk yang menjadi souvenir khas Desa Tista. Permasalahan yang dialami kedua mitra ini dari sisi produksi yaitu terdapat keterbatasan alat untuk menggoreng sehingga menyebabkan kurang bervariasinya produk mitra, pekerja belum menggunakan APD serta kemasan produk hanya menggunakan plastik bening yang dijepret sehingga tidak menarik dan cepat layu. Permasalahan dari sisi operasional adalah manajemen keuangan mitra masih tidak terstruktur. Selain itu, dari segi pemasaran, mitra hanya melakukan pemasaran langsung atau door to door. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada kegiatan tersebut adalah pemberian alat bantu produksi, memberikan pelatihan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan kerja karyawan melalui penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), pendampingan pembuatan variasi produk rasa baru serta pedas dengan leveling, pelatihan pengemasan produk, pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan secara benar serta pelatihan pemasaran secara online baik melalui sosial media. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan terdapat perbedaan waktu produksi sebelum dan setelah adanya peningkatan alat produksi yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdian. Waktu produksi berkurang 50% sehingga dengan waktu yang sama seperti sebelumnya mitra dapat menghasilkan lebih banyak produk yang artinya jumlah produksi juga turut meningkat 50%. Dalam proses produksinya, mitra beserta karyawan lainnya sudah menggunakan APD lengkap. Evaluasi juga dilakukan terhadap pengemasan produk dimana dengan kemasan dan label, saat ini mitra sudah menggunakannya dan 100% produk mitra sudah berisi label usaha.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mendampingi mitra dalam pengelolaan serta pengembangan variasi produknya. Adapun metode pelaksaan kegiatan pengabdian dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan utama yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pada tahapan pelaksanaan dilakukan beberapa kegiatan yang menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan mitra yaitu pemberian bantuan alat produksi berupa mixer dan oven, pendampingan pembuatan variasi produk baru, pelatihan pengemasan menjadi hampers, manajemen keuangan serta pelatihan pemasaran online.  Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan wawncara secara langsung ke mitra yaitu terdapat peningkatan kuantitas produk hingga 50%, adanya penambahan 3 variasi produk, kemasan kue diberi label 100% serta adanya inovasi kemasan untuk hampers maupun oleh-oleh, masing-masing 1 orang dari anggota mitra dapat melakukan manajemen keuangan sederhana serta promosi dengan media instagram. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk mitra adalah terus melakukan peningkatan variasi produk dan menggunakan media sosial untuk pemasarannya. Management and Innovation Assistance of Pastry Business Products in Denpasar The purpose of this activity is to assist partners in managing and developing their product variations. The method is divided into three main stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. At the implementation stage, several activities were carried out which became a solution to partner problems, namely the provision of production equipment assistance in the form of mixers and ovens, assistance in making new product variations, packaging training into hampers, financial management and online marketing training. Based on evaluation carried out by direct interviews with partners, there was an increase in product quantity by up to 50%, the addition of 3 product variations, 100% labeled packaging and packaging innovations for hampers, 1 person each from partner members can carry out simple financial management as well as promotions with Instagram media. Recommendations that can be given to partners are to continue to increase product variations and use social media for marketing.

Abstract

The role of HRD in service companies is very important, starting from being responsible for recruiting qualified HR according to the criteria then optimizing HR planning and how to use existing HR as a supporter of company growth. However, HRD employees are often overwhelmed in carrying out their duties due to personal reasons or too many workloads because they are not balanced with the appropriate number of HR. As a solution, the author wants to do research on Workload Analysis for the HRD unit at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar branch aims to determine the workload of the HRD unit and determine the optimal number of employees using the Full Time Equivalent method with the hope that the research results will be taken into consideration and input for the company in an effort to optimize performance in the HRD unit. Starting from collecting the required data through a questionnaire, then processing and calculating the existing workload to measure whether each employee has been optimal, underloaded or overloaded in his workload.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Context, Communication, Collaboration, Connection on interest in staying at the Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa Hotel. In this study, the type of data used is Quantitative Data. In this study, the reseach population is all followers of Instagram social media belonging to Hotel Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa named @renhotelbali and using a sample of 100 respondents. The distribution of the questionnaire in this study was carried out online via a google form link to respondents who are followers of Instagram @renhotelbali by sending a questionnaire link via Direct Messages (DM). Data analysis was carried out with several tests which included instrument tests in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests including t tests, f tests and the coefficient of determination. In the partial hypothesis testing, it shows that Context and Collaboration have a positive and significant influence on interest in staying, while Communication and Connection partially does not have a positive and significant influence on interest in staying at the Renaissance Bali Hotel Uluwatu Resort & Spa. However, with the simultaneous test Context, Communication, Collaboration, Connection has an influence on interest in staying.

Abstract

Digital correspondence is an activity of creating, sending, receiving and replying to letters by utilizing digital communication technology. There were 41 respondents who filled out the questionnaire completely. The 41 respondents work as secretaries or do secretarial tasks. The observed behavioral domains of the research are based on the classification developed by Bloom, namely, knowledge, attitudes and practices. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression which aims to obtain an overall picture of the relationship between variables. Furthermore, using other analyze to interpret descriptive analysis data, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The results of the study show that knowledge, attitudes and practices have a positive and significant effect on secretary behavior in digital correspondence. Knowledge has a partial effect on Secretary Behavior in Digital Correspondence with a value of 9.204 > 1.683 Attitude has a partial effect on Secretary Behavior in Digital Correspondence with a value of 28.637 > 1.683 Practice has a partial effect on Secretary Behavior in Digital Correspondence with a value of 10.569 > 1.683 Knowledge, Attitudes, Practices simultaneously influence the Secretary's Behavior in Digital Correspondence with a value of 505.627 > 2.859. The predictive ability of these three variables on secretarial behavior in digital correspondence is 97.6 % while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
