Abstract

he challenge faced by craft stores in the era of digitization is the difficulty in choosing the right suppliers, resulting in unstable product availability and uncompetitive prices. Inefficient supplier selection can also disrupt the supply chain and overall business performance. The objective of developing a supplier data system software using Decision Trees is to enhance supplier selection optimization, ensure the best product quality, and improve decision-making quality. The solution design method used is Extreme Programming (XP), focusing on forming small teams. Testing is conducted using white-box methods that meet functional requirements for several software features. The result of this research is the development of a supplier data website software for Bambu Makmur Jaya store using the Laravel framework. It aims to assist Bambu Makmur Jaya store owners in easily viewing supplier and product recommendations, ensuring warranty deadlines are not missed through real-time notifications, and providing positive impacts in applying technology to business, as well as efficiency in supplier data processing and inventory management.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of a Mobile Web-based Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) motivated by the need for the Puskesmas Rawat Inap Jungkat to improve information services and data management. The problem being faced by the Puskesmas Rawat Inap Jungkat is that the management of patient data visiting the health center is still manual and is done repeatedly, which results in the efficiency and effectiveness of services being hampered and data redundancy. SIMPUS mobile web development applies Next.js for the front-end and Laravel for the back-end, with GraphQL as the data retrieval protocol. This system is designed to simplify the patient registration process, polyclinic data management from registered patients, and efficient service management. This research uses the Design Science Research (DSR) method with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation studies to develop a mobile web information system and puskesmas management that focuses on patient registration until the patient's data that registers directly enters the intended polyclinic. The System Modeling with Unified Modeling Language (UML) with White-Box testing to ensure system functionality. The results of the study are expected to make a positive contribution in improving the quality of health services at the Puskesmas Rawat Inap Jungkat, increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness, and facilitating access to information for patients and health center staff.

Abstract

Instagram social media has been utilized by businesses as a platform for digital marketing activities. To assess the success of these marketing efforts, measuring content performance on Instagram is essential. This measurement involves analyzing data and insights regarding metrics such as reach, engagement, and impressions. These metrics are obtained through the process of Social Media Analytics (SMA) on the Instagram platform. However, many businesses experience a consistent decline in insights, resulting in decreased effectiveness of digital marketing. This study proposes a solution by implementing enhanced digital marketing on Instagram, followed by the measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The measurement tool used is Buffer, which provides a comprehensive analysis dashboard concerning content performance, audience interaction patterns, and the impact of posting times on audience engagement in real-time. The KPI measurement during 3 months results indicate a significant increase, including a 66% rise in posts, a 69% increase in impressions, a 32% increase in reach, a 167% increase in likes, a 90% increase in comments, and a 105% increase in new followers for Casia store's Instagram channel. The accuracy of the data obtained from the Buffer analytic tool is verified through comparison with the impression metrics from Instagram Insight, which show identical figure, and Buffer has proven to be effective and accurate for measuring content performance and supports the implementation of SMA on the Instagram platform.
