Abstracts: Implementation of LAN Technologies Choices model using Top-Down Approach method in analyzing the application of wireless LAN network architecture shows that the use of wireless LAN architecture has more benefits with lower cost and higher speeds than dial-up technology . But the application still raises many issues, especially regarding the stability of the existing network system is still not smooth and often drop out (no connection), access speed decreases or tends to decline over time usage, the number of complaints from stakeholders are also increasing rapidly, internet access often unstable and can thus disrupt the smooth work. Therefore, the improvement and enhancement of information technology needs to be done on an ongoing basis to always to meet the needs of the market and understand the behavior of stakeholders in using Internet services. Always measure the performance of information technology for wireless LAN networks to align with business needs. Abstracts: The results of architectural planning of e-Procurement information system uses a model approach to the concept of value chain with value matrix method. Analysis of the concept value matrix to describe a complete map of the business opportunities in order to frame the foundation for creating a competitive advantage in cyberspace. This includes an overview of the environment and the system used, such as source and purchase contracts, purchase methods, process guidelines and requirements, as well as the level of automationand technology purchases. Through the implementation of an integrated information system is expected to reach the stage of competence in business process synchronization, convergence, integrity and interoperability. Abstracts : The introduction or replacement of an information system and organizational behavioral impact is very complicated. Changes in how information is defined, accessed, and used to manage organizational resources often result in power sharing and a new strength. This condition is usually caused by mistakes in managing the transition phase. A process of change and implementation have a psychological impact on those affected by change (internal), where if the changes actually happen, will cause the impact ofsituational for others associated with the organization. Control project risk fa ctors to some extent by the approach just in case. This research uses the concept of integrated project management with a total solution approach, namely awareness, alignment, action, adoption, assurance. This total solution approach through four important stages, namely the determination of the diagnostic phase, redesigning the organization, organizational transformation and continuous improvement with diagrams aids Delta Matrix. Overall information system design and implementation process should be managed as a planned organizational change. Social and technical design aims to obtain an optimal combination of design solutions to social and technical. Key to the success of change management and implementation also relies heavily on the company's commitment, communication skills, focus on implementing change and not be bothered with other things, and utilize human resources to be able to implement the change process and implementation.Keywords: Change management, Implementation, total solution approach,and the delta matrix diagram

Abstracts: Requirements specification is the need for the early phases of software engineering and is very important because it affects the flexibility, reliability, accuracy and usability. No matter how good coding and design systems that do not will still be able to provide a real desire by the conditions encountered. In fact, the needs for requirements engineering and FAST approach method does not always ensure produce quality software systems so that require system migration. In this process the need for requirements analysis should also consider factors that can not be empirically expressed quantitatively. Further requires adaptability and develop alternative priority needs in terms of the requirements document. Communication skills, the use of simple terms, open to users of the system, and displays a vivid example of what is needed and avoid the pitfalls of the intelligence domain to limit the success factors in aligning with the expectations of users of the system.Keywords : requirements specification analysis, requirements engineering, FAST approach, system migration, quantitative and empirical pitfalls intelligence domain.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengambilan putusan hukuman pidana pembunuhan menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning adalah sebagai aplikasi bantuan, yang dikhususkan bagi seorang Jaksa/Hakim dalam memilah-milah kasus tindak pidana pembunuhan, serta sebagai bahan referensi dalam memutuskan vonis pidana, yang tentunya lebih efektif dan efisien, dikarenakan data basis kasus dalam perangkat lunak bersumber dari kualifikasi delik pidana pembunuhan menurut KUHP. Reuse based digunakan sebagai model proses pengembangan aplikasi ini dengan siklus Case Based Reasoning. Hasil yang dibuat merupakan aplikasi yang menggabungkan Case Based Reasoning dengan jaringan syaraf tiruan perceptron. Perangkat lunak pengambilan putusan hukuman pidana pembunuhan menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning dapat membantu praktisi hukum (Hakim/Jaksa) dalam menelusuri kasus tindak pidana pembunuhan, serta menjadikan kasus dalam aplikasi sebagai referensi dalam pemutusan vonis dalam dunia hukum yang real, dikarenakan solusi yang diberikan berdasarkan sumber yang mengatur hukum pidana di indonesia (KUHP).Kata Kunci: Case Based Reasoning, Perceptron, Pengujian Penerimaan Pengguna, pengembangan berorientasi pemakaian ulang.

The author conducted a study of the need to process and integrate data at High School with systems that already exist so that these systems can communicate unhindered difference platform and programming language used. Therefore, the author makes an Academic Information System software Using Web Services in order to connect the Academic Information System with the Financial Administration Information System. Forms of research by the author is the study of literature with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The method used is a Research and Development (R & D), whereas software design methods using Extreme Programming (XP) by implementing 4 practical way XP development, i.e, planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of this in the form of software design Academic Information Systems, Information Systems of Financial Administration, and Web Service. Academic Information System software using Sublime Text 2 application with PHP programming language, software Financial Administration Information System platform using Visual Studio 2012 with Visual Basic.NET programming language and web services created using ASP.NET Web Form Application with the programming language Visual Basic.NET and publish it by using the Internet Information Services (IIS) version 7.5.

Abstrak: Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Memilih Paket Wisata dengan Metode Case-Based Reasoning. Pemilihan paket wisata sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan manusia dalam kehidupan masyarakat saat ini dengan tujuan menurunkan tingkat tekanan dalam bekerja. Kenyataan ini membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi sistem penunjang keputusan yang dapat memberikan solusi untuk menentukan pilihan paket tour wisata. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan metode CBR (Case-Based Reasoning). Untuk penelusuran kasus menggunakan logika fuzzy dan perhitungan similarity dengan teknik nearest neighbor. Metode analisis dan perancangannya menggunakan OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) dan untuk pengujiannya menggunakan metode pengujian basis kasus dan penerimaan pengguna (acceptance test). Hasil penelitian dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja pada CV. Putera Tour & Travel melalui pemberian solusi pemilihan paket wisata yang sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen secara cepat dan akurat dengan batasan jumlah anggaran yang tersedia.Kata Kunci: case-based reasoning, logika fuzzy, object-oriented analysis and design, prototipe, acceptance test

PEMILIHAN TIPE HANDPHONE MENGGUNAKAN METODE PENALARAN BERBASIS KASUS Sandy Kosasi

AbstrakKeinginan masyarakat yang beragam dengan dana terbatas seringkali menimbulkan kesulitan dalam menentukan alternatif tipe produk handphone yang sesuai dengan keinginan. Tipe produk handphone yang semakin beragam dan bervariasi memerlukan tindakan cukup selektif agar sesuai kebutuhan penggunanya. Melalui aplikasi yang dikembangkan dengan metode penalaran berbasis kasus dapat membantu menyeleksi sejumlah alternatif tipe produk handphone dalam mencari unsur yang paling banyak memiliki kemiripan (similar) dengan kasus lama sesuai nilai pembobotan yang diberikan. Perancangan aplikasinya menggunakan metode object-oriented anlysis and design dan perhitungan menggunakan Nearest Neighbor dengan fungsi similarity menggunakan Normalized Euclidean Distance. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan aplikasi ini mampu melakukan perhitungan similaritas sesuai dengan pendefinisian nilai yang diberikan oleh pengguna dan mencetak solusi dari pilihan yang disarankan sesuai spesifikasi yang ada dengan kasus yang paling mirip. Aplikasi dapat memberikan solusi alternatif dengan nilai fitur prioritas yang tinggi dengan kasus yang sudah ada sebelumnya.Kata Kunci: Penalaran Berbasis Kasus, Similarity, Nearest Neighbor, Normalized Euclidean Distance

Abstracts: The fact that occurs in the application of EA is apparently not as easy or smooth as expected or under exposure of the concepts EA theory itself. Information technology decisions that are not built from a series of precise analysis, fundamental, and in accordance with the specification requirements will guide the organization to the conditions paradox of information technology. Planning still partial in which only focused on specific business processes, lack of flexibility, appropriate planning, portfolio management, work measurement, and processes needed to manage information technology expenditure. Many organizations simply look at EA as a collection of a number of business applications and software are needed at this time and not as an essential framework to support business strategy. The failure of the application of EA is also not uncommon to be caused by problems in non-technical areas such as leadership, communication and change management skills. The focus of the EA should be able to provide value to organizational growth, change organizational culture, performance and productivity of every business process, and can execute a broader organizational strategy according to the model of the application of EA in the organization.Keywords : Enterprise Architecture (EA), Business-IT Alignment framework, Paradox of Information Technology, and non-technical areas.
