Abstract

PT Madubaru merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi gula tebu dengan kualitas SHS IA. Sering ditemukan kecacatan produk oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan pengendalian kualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi mode kegagalan, metode Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) untuk menentukan konsekuensi kegagalan akibat mode kegagalan yang ditimbulkan dari failure mode. Lalu metode Statistical Processing Control (SPC) untuk menganalisis kecacatan produk untuk mengetahui apakah kecacatan produk masih dalam batas terkendali atau tidak. Untuk bagian pengendalian kualitas pada bahan baku menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity, Re-Order Point , Safety Stock, dan Total Inventory Cost. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengenai hasil analisis serta perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan beberapa metode penyelesaian serta terdapat beberapa penyebab terjadinya kecacatan produksi dari 5 faktor, seperti: faktor manusia, metode kerja, lingkungan, bahan baku serta mesin yang digunakan. Dan memberikan solusi kepada perusahaan agar dapat mengurangi kecacatan dengan pengendalian kualitas produk.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a foundry company that has difficulty achieving production targets compared to previous years. This study aims to evaluate the level of productivity using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. The highest productivity value in September 2022 with a value of 540. Meanwhile, the lowest productivity value was in October 2022 with a value of 340. The amount of total production compared to the total use of raw materials plays an important role in increasing productivity. In the productivity criteria of effective working hours, the criteria of machine working hours, and production effectiveness show good values. While the criteria for the effectiveness of product defects are not good because they show the lowest value. Based on the analysis of the fault tree analysis (FTA) method, it was found that there were 10 basic events that caused problems from low productivity, namely the presence of inexperienced operators, no assembly marks on the mold, no mold density standards, no schedule for calibration, leaky storage roofs, lack of quality control in the supply of raw materials, no separation between raw materials, Sifting is not clean, lack of regular machine maintenance, and induction furnaces that are not cleaned every production session.

Abstract

Every work environment certainly contains high potential hazards so that prevention and control efforts are needed so that work accidents do not occur. Because the production process uses machines and the work at each station has different risks of work accidents and potential sources of danger, it is necessary to analyze the Potential Hazards and Risks of Work Accidents in the Production Section of PG Madukismo using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) Method. The results showed that in the work activities at PG Madukismo there was 1 work activity with extreme risk category, 34 activities with high risk category, 67 work activities with moderate risk category work activities and 15 work activities with low risk category. The control that can be done is to supervise the use of PPE such as masks, safety shoes, safety gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, safety harnesses and helmets during the work process. Implementing engineering control by making handrails on stairs that do not have handles and making protective fences and installing toe boards and others. Administrative control is by installing warning signs and safety guards, understanding and carrying out work activities according to the SOP.

Abstract

Abstrak Abstrak Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) termasuk salah satu program pemeliharaan yang ada di perusahaan.Pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi karyawan sangatlah penting karena bertujuan untuk menciptakan sistem keselamatan dan kesatuan kerja yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. CV. Gemilang Kencana merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri manisan carica. Mengacu pada permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penentuan nilai risiko dengan menggunakan metode HIRA , selanjutnya risiko dengan nilai kategori high risk perlu dilakukan analisis terkait akar penyebab sehingga terjadi kecelakaan kerja dengan pendekatan Fault Tree Analysis. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat 7 yaitu, 2 bahaya yang dikategorikan sebagai Low risk , 4 bahaya kategori Moderate risk, dan 1 bahaya yang dikategorikan sebagai High risk. Adapun akar penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada peroses produksi diakibatkan 3 faktor yaitu alat, manusia dan lingkugan. Menentukan akar penyebab potensi bahaya tertinggi menggunakan metode fault tree analysis (FTA) pada proses pengepresan yang tedapat 3 faktor yaitu manusia, alat dan lingkungan dengan nilai paling tinggi adalah 9 dan juga cidera yang cukup serius.

Abstract

XYZ is a factory that produces food in the form of bread (Bakery). Seeing the main problems in this company, namely experiencing fluctuations and difficulties for the company in developing its business to increase sales in its marketing strategy. For this reason, strategic business costs are needed to be able to overcome these problems. The purpose of this research is to determine the right business strategy for the company so that it becomes a consideration for the company to increase sales. For this reason, an analysis is carried out by applying the SWOT and QSPM methods. The SWOT method is used to determine the strategy, while the QSPM method is used to determine alternative business strategies that will be used by the company. After conducting the research, the results obtained from the IFAS matrix with a total score of strength = 1.53 and weakness = 1.21, a difference of 0.32 was obtained. While the results of the EFAS matrix with a total score of opportunities = 1.62 and threats = 0.9, a difference of 0.72 is obtained. From the IFAS and EFAS matrices, the SO strategy results are obtained: affordable prices, maximizing good service and product variety as well as employee training. WO: increasing marketing through online media, increasing prices, adding product innovation, and using technology as an advertising medium. ST: improve service quality, add product development, and maintain customer loyalty. WT : maximizing promotions, and optimizing the cost of workloads and more. The results of the alternative QSPM method strategy obtained show the highest score on the WO strategy with a TAS score: 6.39 namely increasing marketing through online media, increasing product prices by adding innovation, and using technology by making digital marketing target markets for advertising.

Abstract

PT. Yogyakarta Art Creations is an industry that produces paint, shoes, jeans, which are divided into two materials, foam and canvas. This company has two types of shoe paint which are produced, including types of paint made from canvas and paint made from leather with various colors. The raw materials needed in the manufacture of these paints include water, color pigments, paint reinforcers, paint fasteners and special mixtures for make canvas paint and leather. in each period of one month there can be up to 700 pcs of products with different types of products, with a total income of IDR 125,000,000 each month. However, from February 2023 to March 2023, the company experienced a swelling of raw materials that did not match the predetermined data, so it was necessary to plan shoe polish production in order to determine the appropriate supply of raw materials for each period. The Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method is used to determine what materials or components must be made or purchased, how much is needed and when it is needed. Based on research that has been carried out through several data processing, it can be concluded that raw material inventory control is carried out by forecasting based on past data requests (February 2022 to March 2023) and then the lotting technique used to assist the MRP calculation process is the Method Lot for lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Period Order Quantity (POQ).

Abstract

Umkm Dharma Coffee is a medium to lower business engaged in processing coffee beans into coffee powder. The problems that arise are defective products such as inappropriate weight and damaged packaging containers. From data from July to December 2022, with a total production volume of 2,760 pcs, there were 219 product defects, including 141 defective product defects and 78 damaged packaging container defects. Therefore, to reduce the number of product defects, it is necessary to support the company's management and production employees. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of product defects using the Seven Tools method and statistically mapping the problems in order to see corrective actions that must be taken based on the factors that cause product defects using the Failure Mode And Analysis (FMEA) method. From the results of the SOD analysis, it was obtained that the highest RPN value was 36 in the damaged packaging container. The recommendations for improvement given are that companies must implement clear SOP, conduct job education and training for employees so that later they can maximize the production process in the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Hari Mukti Teknik. PT. Hari Mukti Teknik adalah produsen Mesin Laundry berskala industri dan aneka mesin rekayasa teknik. Pada tahun 2023, terjadi sebanyak 16 kasus kecelakaan kerja di PT. Hari Mukti Teknik, seperti mata terkena debu sebanyak 12 kali, tangan terkena mesin slep atau gerinda sebanyak 3 kali, dan kaki tersandung plat besi sebanyak 1 kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Hazard And Operability (HAZOP) yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko dalam area kerja. Hasil dari analisis terhadap potensi bahaya pada 8 bagian produksi, diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu terdapat 8 potensi bahaya yang tergolong dalam kategori sedang, diantaranya adalah mata terkena serpihan gram, menghirup debu dari mesin laser, mata terkena cahaya berlebihan, terjepit mesin gunting, dan tersengat aliran listrik. Ada 15 potensi bahaya yang tergolong dalam kategori rendah, diantaranya adalah terjatuh saat proses perakitan, terpeleset pada saat proses pengecatan, terbentur tiang penyangga, tergores kaleng cat, tergores pisau bubut, dan tertusuk alat pemotong kabel. Berdasarkan penelitian ini beberapa saran yang dapat dijadikan suatu rekomendasi adalah memberikan pelatihan mengenai K3 kepada pekerja agar mereka lebih memahami pentingnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan memberikan sanksi kepada pekerja yang telah melanggar peraturan dan tidak mentaati prosedur K3 yang baik dan benar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Proses Produksi di Rumah Keju Jogja dalam pengendalian kualitas produk . Pelaksanaan observasi dimulai pada pertemuan minggu ke-3, yakni pada tanggal 17 Oktober 2022, yang bertempat di Rumah Keju Jogja, dengan alamat di Gg. Cucak Rowo No.4, Sedan, Sariharjo, Kec. Ngaglik, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55581. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi. Rumah Keju Jogja dipilih karena tempat usaha tersebut merupakan industri yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan susu menjadi keju,selain itu karna memang di Rumah Keju Jogja sebelumnya adalah sebuah komunitas dalam pelatihan pengolahan susu menjadi keju, sehingga terbuka untuk masyarakat umum yang ingin ikut belajar dalam proses pembuatan keju ini. Dengan semakin berkembangnya komunitas, maka dari itu mereka memberikan nama komunitas / tempat yang di beri nama Kejugja. Dalam proses produksi keju, terdapat salah satu limbah yang biasanya dibuang. Limbah ini dinamakan sebagai Whey, atau limbah cair dari proses fermentasi susu menjadi keju. Namun seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, limbah yang biasanya dibuang kini dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi olahan produk lainnya, seperti kerupuk Whey. Hal ini ditujukan untuk meminimalisir terbuangnya limbah dengan sia-sia.

Abstract

PT. Albasi Karanglayung Indonesia is one of the companies engaged in the wood industry to produce barecore product. Based on the collection of work accident data over a period of one year, namely in 2023, there will be eleven accidents in five accident locations, namely jumping machines, multirif machines, press crosscut machines, pull crosscut machines, press machines, and warehouses, this occurs due to several factors, namely human and machine factors. The design of recommendations or proposed improvements is carried out based on hazards (potential hazards) that occur. The Hazard And Operability method aims to overcome these problems, with the expectation of reducing the risk of work accidents in the production area of PT. Albasi Karanglayung Indonesia. Potential sources of hazard from the six potential hazard locations two of them have a high risk level, namely a press crosscut machine and a pull crosscut machine, while the rest have a medium risk level, namely jumping machines, multirif machines, press machines, and warehouses. After the analysis of the results of data processing, recommendations were found to minimize and suppress the occurrence of work accidents, namely further improving the use of PPE for workers and providing K3 training so that workers can understand the importance of safety for themselves and others around them and the holding of sanctions for those who violate the provisions.
