Abstract

The Public Service Mall (Mal Pelayanan Publik/MPP) of Banyuwangi Regency is a public service innovation established in 2017 under the Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu/DPMPTSP). This study aims to evaluate and improve customer service quality at MPP Banyuwangi using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Service Quality (SERVQUAL) methods. Enhancing service quality in the public sector is crucial to increasing public satisfaction and trust in government services. The research methodology involves data collection through questionnaires distributed to respondents who use services at MPP Banyuwangi. The service quality dimensions, based on the SERVQUAL and IPA models, are analyzed to identify gaps between customer expectations and perceptions of public services. The results indicate a significant gap between customer expectations and perceptions regarding specific service quality aspects. The implications of these findings suggest that service quality improvements in the public sector at MPP Banyuwangi can be effectively implemented by focusing on the key aspects identified in this study.

Abstract

In making mine roads, workers carry out work in conditions that are less comfortable carrying out work activities for long periods of time. For example, surveyors carry out their activities from morning to evening in hot or rainy weather conditions and require little time. Supervise the control of work so that it complies with the directions and time that has been determined. In carrying out these activities, high energy and precision is required, resulting in mental and physical workload. By carrying out this research, an evaluation of mental workload will be carried out to find out how much mental workload is felt by workers in carrying out work activities and what load factors most influence workers' mental workload. The analysis was carried out using the NASA-TLX method to identify the mental workload experienced by workers. The results of data processing show that the section that has the highest workload is the supervisory section with an average of 81.1, then the operator section with an average value of 80.9, and the lowest is the survey section with an average value of 80. In the shift comparison The workload for operators on the morning shift has a total score of 822, while on the night shift the total score is 796. Then on the morning shift the supervisor has a higher workload with a total score of 335, while on the night shift the total score is 314. So it can be seen that the workload during the shift morning shift is greater than the night shift.

Abstract

Data reveals that at UMKM Tahu Prapto, out of 9,450 tofu products produced, 1,016 products were defective, indicating quality control issues in August 2024. By implementing the six sigma method, it is expected to identify defects to determine the company's sigma value, so that the company can improve its sigma value to compete in the market and provide improvement recommendations aimed at reducing the existing product defects in Tahu. In its implementation, six sigma has 5 (five) steps to improve business performance, namely define, measure, analyze, improve, and control, so that problems or opportunities, processes, and customer requirements must be verified and updated at each step. Further analysis using the Pareto diagram identifies specific defects in the tofu product, such as dirty tofu, incorrect size, unpleasant texture, and bad odor. The proposed improvements include scheduling regular equipment cleaning, ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of production machines, and maintaining a clean working environment to prevent contamination of tofu products

Abstract

PT Petrogas Prima Services is a company engaged in the repair of 3 KG LPG Gas Cylinders which meet ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. The company is located at 12, Jl. Magelang - Yogyakarta No.Km, Meduro, Bojong, Kec. Mungkid, Magelang Regency, Central Java 56512. Transportation problems are problems that are often encountered in the distribution of goods. Another problem that is often faced with distribution is making decisions regarding routes that can optimize distance and travel time. The main problem in this study is how to optimize the distance and time of PT Petrogas Prima Services 3kg gas cylinder transportation delivery routes by solving the Vehicles Routing Problem. In this way, the main problem of transportation is how to determine the distribution of goods from sources so that all destination needs are met but with a shorter route time. to a minimum. With the product distribution activities of PT Petrogas Prima Services, the calculation and optimization of transportation time can be done using the Vehicles route Problem method, namely Nearest Insert and Nearest Neighbor for proof. Where the results of this method obtained 3 significant routes as follows route G-C6-C1-C7-G for first group is 32.70km, route G-C8-C5-C4-G for second group is 26.50km, and the last route G-C2-C3-G is 54,50km.

Abstract

PT Madubaru merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi gula tebu dengan kualitas SHS IA. Sering ditemukan kecacatan produk oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan pengendalian kualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi mode kegagalan, metode Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) untuk menentukan konsekuensi kegagalan akibat mode kegagalan yang ditimbulkan dari failure mode. Lalu metode Statistical Processing Control (SPC) untuk menganalisis kecacatan produk untuk mengetahui apakah kecacatan produk masih dalam batas terkendali atau tidak. Untuk bagian pengendalian kualitas pada bahan baku menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity, Re-Order Point , Safety Stock, dan Total Inventory Cost. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengenai hasil analisis serta perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan beberapa metode penyelesaian serta terdapat beberapa penyebab terjadinya kecacatan produksi dari 5 faktor, seperti: faktor manusia, metode kerja, lingkungan, bahan baku serta mesin yang digunakan. Dan memberikan solusi kepada perusahaan agar dapat mengurangi kecacatan dengan pengendalian kualitas produk.
