Abstract

The Purpose of this research is to know theform of relation between credit interest rate. society fund and credit distribution. The data that has been used is secondary data and the secondary data taken from many resources included the data from Badon Pusat Statistik and Indonesian Bank. Kind of analysis that have been used is by using multiple regression model. From the calculation the writer got R2 with the value 0,393 with indicated that 39.3 percent of credit Distribution effected by credit interest rate. society funds. From the t-test and outher test we can conclude that credit interest rate are not significant with the credit distribution, and society funds are significant to the credit distribution. The disturbance of banking intermediation or more popular in term disintermediation of credit distribution is reflected by the low position of LDR national banking. The low position of LDR indicates the decrease of banking ability in distributing credit if it's compared to the banking ability in colleting.fundfrom society. Abstract

This study aims to determine the cost structure and the effect of average costs on average profits of the bread and cake product industry in Palembang. The data in this study were obtained from the respondents (primary data) through observation and interview methods. The testing of the hypothesis in this study was conducted by means of the simple regression analysis and the data were processed by using e-views 8 program. The sampling technique used in this study was snowball sampling and obtained 15 business units in the bread and cake product industry in Palembang. The results showed that the biggest cost was raw materials costs with a percentage of 68.35 percent, then followed by labor costs with a percentage of 14.82 percent, the cost of auxiliary materials with a percentage of 7.72 percent, energy costs with a percentage of 5.22 percent, depreciation costs with a percentage of 3.59 percent and the smallest cost is the cost of renting a building with a percentage of 0.31 percent, while the average cost had a significant and negative effect on the bread and cake product industry in Palembang

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat motivasi, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, serta mengedukasi santri pondok pesantren dalam menggali potensi diri melalui pendekatan Talent Scouting sebagai strategi pendukung pemberantasan kemiskinan. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 30 santri perempuan Pondok Pesantren Az-Zahra Palembang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei awal, penyuluhan, pelatihan peningkatan motivasi, penggalian bakat dan minat, serta evaluasi melalui kuesioner. Materi yang diberikan mencakup pengembangan soft skill dan hard skill, pemaparan kisah inspiratif study abroad, pengenalan program student exchange, serta teknik identifikasi potensi diri secara sederhana dan aplikatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini memperoleh tingkat kepuasan peserta di atas 93 persen, yang mencerminkan peningkatan pemahaman santri terhadap pentingnya motivasi, pengembangan potensi, dan perencanaan masa depan. Santri menunjukkan kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam mengenali bakat dan minat serta keberanian untuk merencanakan langkah konkret dalam pendidikan dan karier. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan santri berbasis pesantren yang berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan mendukung upaya pengentasan kemiskinan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mindset kewirausahaan, keterampilan manajerial, dan kapasitas pemanfaatan teknologi pelaku UMKM di Desa Permata Baru, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 23 Oktober 2025 dengan melibatkan 25 pelaku UMKM melalui pendekatan partisipatif berbasis pelatihan, pendampingan, dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan mindset kewirausahaan dan manajemen usaha, penerapan teknologi produksi dan pemasaran digital, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Evaluasi program dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test, observasi, serta wawancara dengan instrumen kuesioner skala Likert. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 84% peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mindset kewirausahaan, 100% peserta mampu menerapkan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, 72% peserta mulai menyusun rencana usaha, dan 80% mengadopsi teknologi tepat guna dalam proses produksi dan pengemasan. Selain itu, terbentuk satu Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) yang melibatkan 15 pelaku UMKM aktif, serta 56% peserta mengalami peningkatan penjualan sebesar 10–25% pada tahap awal pascaprogram. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong transformasi UMKM dari usaha berorientasi survival menuju usaha yang lebih terencana, inovatif, dan berdaya saing. Keberlanjutan program perlu didukung melalui pendampingan lanjutan, penguatan kelembagaan, serta perluasan jejaring pemasaran berbasis potensi lokal.Kata kunci: Mindset Kewirausahaan; UMKM Desa; Teknologi Tepat Guna; Pendampingan Usaha; Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. ABSTRACTThis community service program aims to enhance the entrepreneurial mindset, managerial skills, and technological utilization capacity of MSME actors in Permata Baru Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. The activity was conducted on October 23, 2025, involving 25 MSME participants through a participatory approach based on training, mentoring, and the application of appropriate technology. The implementation method consisted of several stages, including socialization, training on entrepreneurial mindset and business management, application of production technology and digital marketing, as well as continuous mentoring and evaluation. Program evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test assessments, observations, and interviews employing a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results indicate that 84% of participants experienced an improvement in entrepreneurial mindset understanding, 100% were able to implement simple financial record-keeping, 72% began developing business plans, and 80% adopted appropriate technology in production and packaging processes. In addition, one Joint Business Group (KUB) involving 15 active MSME actors was established, and 56% of participants experienced an increase in sales ranging from 10–25% in the initial post-program period. The program proved effective in transforming MSMEs from survival-oriented businesses into more planned, innovative, and competitive enterprises. Program sustainability should be supported through structured follow-up mentoring, institutional strengthening, and the expansion of marketing networks based on local potential.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Mindset; Rural MSMEs; Appropriate Technology; Business Mentoring; Community Empowerment.

Abstract

Mosque financial reporting that is managed simply can affect the low accountability of mosque management, this is due to the lack of understanding and skills of mosque administrators in presenting good financial information. The purpose of this service is to improve skills to the community through training and mentoring mosque administrators in preparing professional and accountable village mosque financial reports based on Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35. The method of implementation uses a participatory training with an empowerment model in the form of materials and assistance in preparing financial reports for the Masjid Istiqomah management in Desa Ulak Kembahang II. The result of this service is an increase in the understanding and skills of mosque administrators in compiling mosque financial reports according to ISAK 35 standards for non-profit entities. In addition, the management has also been able to produce double entry efficiently and effectively through excel. The increase in these skills can have an impact on accountable mosque financial statement information so that public confidence also increases.
