Abstract

At epoch of pandemi which now again world, health represent an elementary requirement to society. Requirement that's making society feel important to keep in good health and obtain;get service of health. These days society progressively aware of quality or quality service of health capable to give satisfaction [at] society itself. In a condition this time Hospital party/ side have have to know how quality of service of them can be accepted by its consumer, patient goodness take care of to lodge and also outpatient. Quality of service very closely related with cutomer/ client. Target doing/conducting of this research is to know analysis of indek satisfaction of society / IKM at home Common/ Public Pain of Hasanuddin Damrah Paradise Fruit Sub-Province of Bengkulu South. Type Research in this research is descriptive by wearing method research of Kusioner. While technique analyse data the used is by using measurement of value Make An Index To Satisfaction of Society / IKM pursuant to Regulation Of Minister Utilization Of State Aparatus And Reform Bureaucracy Republic Of Indonesia Number 14 Year 2017 About Guidance Of Compilation Of Survey Satisfaction Of Society Unit Organizer of Service of counted/calculated Public by using average value deliberated by the each service element. Result of this research can know that From 9 element service of society exist in common/ public hospital of Hasanuddin Damrah Paradise fruit, average value the got is equal to 3,09. Average value deliberated by at entire/all service element is 3,06. So that in earning conversion assess satisfaction of society exist in Common/ Public Hospital of Hasanuddin Damrah Paradise fruit is 76, 48 with quality of service " B" or predikat Whether.

Abstract

The method used in this study is a questionnaire method with research instruments namely validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test, with the sample in this study as many as 80 respondents, with accidental sampling technique. The results show that multiple linear regression Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + e or Y = -1.489 + 0.161 (X1) + 0.069(X2) + 0.809(X3) + 1.072, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship to consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima. Meanwhile, the results of the partial test of the product diversity variable (X1) show tcount 2.641 > ttable 1.991 and a significance of 0.010 <0.05, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that product diversity (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the Brand test (X2) show a tcount value of 1.763 < ttable 1.991 and a significance of 0.085> 0.05, then the Ha hypothesis is rejected and Ho is accepted, meaning that the brand (X2) has no effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the price test (X3) show tcount 16,420 > ttable 1,991 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the price (X3) has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Then the results of the simultaneous test, accept the hypothesis or accept Ha and reject Ho, meaning that there is an influence between product diversity (X1) brand (X2) and price (X3) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Bengkulu amounted to 595,615. The results of multiple linear regression test that the regression coefficient between product diversity (X1), brand (X2) and price (X3) is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship to consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bintuhan; to determine the effect of career level on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bintuhan and to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) and career level on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bintuhan. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test.Based on the research results indicate that occupational safety and health or K3 (X1) partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bintuhan (Y) because the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. Career level (X2) partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bintuhan (Y) because the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

Community empowerment is one of the strategies in efforts to implement community development based on the principle of democracy, in which the community is encouraged to place itself proportionally and become the main character in improving their own standard of living by accessing and utilizing available resources on a sustainable basis. Empowering the community through the use of yards program activities are one of the efforts that can be made to increase accessibility and availability of food independently and sustainably, and is oriented towards increasing community's income. RT 32 RW 07 Sawah Lebar Village in Bengkulu City is one of the potential areas for the development of organic farming-based yard utilization program, but it has not been optimally implemented due to several constraints, including the lack of knowledges, lack of facilities and infrastructure in producing their own fertilizer. Therefore, through community service activities, it is expected to be able to support and increase food self-sufficiency and the community's economy. This activity was carried out on October 8 2022 at RT 32, RW 07, Sawah Lebar Village, Bengkulu City. In this activity several stages of activity were used, namely planning and preparation, socialization about optimizing the use of yard land, and demonstrations of making compost and liquid organic fertilizer, as well as assistance in planting good commodities to be planted in the yard. This program was attended by residents and the local village government. Activities carried out concurrently between socialization and training in making compost and liquid organic fertilizer through presentation of material accompanied by discussions related to optimizing yards. From the results of the implementation of this activity it can be concluded that community economic empowerment can be carried out through optimizing the yard by planting vegetables and medicinal plants as an effort to support the availability of food and family medicines, as well as being useful for adding environmental aesthetic value, family hobbies, as well as the preservation of biological resources and the environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of taxpayer awareness on regional tax revenue at the Regional Finance Agency of Kaur Regency. This type of research used descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin technique as many as 100 respondents. The research analysis used simple linear regression analysis. From the discussion regarding the effect of taxpayer awareness on local tax revenue in the Regional Finance Agency of Kaur Regency that has been described, it can be concluded that, based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the general equation of simple linear regression in this study is: Y = 24.489 + 0.483 X. Where Y is the variable of local tax revenue and X is the variable of taxpayer awareness, while the constant value is 24.489 and the regression coefficient value is 0.483. Taxpayer awareness has a significant effect on local tax revenue in Kaur Regency. This is evidenced by the calculated t value of 6.816. While the value of t table is 1.984 so that t count> t table which results in H0 rejected and H1 accepted, which means that the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Supervision (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at BPKD Office Seluma Distric because the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05. Work discipline (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at BPKD Office Seluma Distric because the significant value is 0.025 < 0.05. Career development (X3) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the BPKD Office Seluma Distric because the significant value is 0.002 < 0.05. Supervision variables (X1), work discipline (X2) and career development (X3) simultaneously or together have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at BPKD Office Seluma Distric because the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the starting points for introducing products to customers and this will be very important because it will be related to the benefits that will be obtained by the business. This research aims to determine the effect of location, price, product and promotion on customer’s loyalty at Indomaret in the region of Talang Empat in Central Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is correlational, namely research to determine the effect and level of effect between two or more variables without any attempt to influence these variables. The sample in this study used an accidental sampling technique, where the population was sampled at Indomaret in the region of Talang Empat in Central Bengkulu Regency when researchers conducted research totaling 105 people. Based on the results of research on the effect of location, product, price and promotion on customer’s loyalty at Indomaret in the region of Talang Empat in Central Bengkulu Regency, the results obtained are that the F sig. value is 0.006 < 0.05 and and Fcount> Ftable (8.028> 2.47), therefore it can be concluded that together The same location, product, price and promotion influenced the customer’s loyalty at Indomaret in the region of Talang Empat in Central Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Bank Mega Syariah Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 93 main savings customers at Bank Mega Syariah, Bengkulu City. The sampling technique was accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 12.730 + 0.303X1 + 0.410 X2, this shows a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (service quality) and X2 (customer satisfaction) on customer loyalty (Y). This means that if the variable service quality and customer satisfaction increases, it will increase customer loyalty. The coefficient of determination is 0.399. This means that X1 (service quality) and X2 (customer satisfaction) affect customer loyalty (Y) by 39.9%, while the remaining 59.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at the 0.05 significance level explain that partially the variable service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant influence on the customer loyalty variable of Bank Mega Syariah Bengkulu. The results of the F test at the 0.05 significance level explain that the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction have a simultaneous (joint) influence on customer loyalty at Bank Mega Syariah Bengkulu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee productivity at PT. Four Lawang Agro Perkasa in Empat Lawang Regency. The sample in this study were employees at PT. Four Lawang Agro Perkasa as many as 35 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 1.501 + 0.380X1 + 0.603 X2 + 5.900 this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (motivation) and X2 (job satisfaction) on work productivity (Y). Means that if the variables of motivation and job satisfaction increase, it will increase work productivity. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.590. This means that X1 (motivation) and X2 (job satisfaction) affect work productivity (Y) by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The test results for the X1 variable (motivation) show the tcount value is greater than ttable at 2,424 > 1,693 and a significance value of 0.021 < 0.05. Because tcount > ttable and the significance value is less than 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that X1 (motivation) has a significant influence on work productivity (Y) of employees at PT. Four Lawang Agro Perkasa in Empat Lawang Regency. The test results for the X2 variable (job satisfaction) show the tcount value is greater than ttable at 3.258 > 1.693 and a significance value of 0.003 <0.05. Because tcount > ttable and the significance value is less than 0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that X2 (job satisfaction) has a significant effect on work productivity (Y) of employees at PT. Four Lawang Agro Perkasa in Empat Lawang Regency. The value of Fcount > Ftable (22,986 > 3,29) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that simultaneously X1 (motivation) and X2 (job satisfaction) have a significant effect on work productivity (Y) of employees at PT. Four Lawang Agro Perkasa in Empat Lawang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service and location on customer satisfaction at the Andespar Manna Bengkulu Selatan Shop. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression results show the equation Y = 10.878 + 0.444X1 + 0.364 X2+3.784 The resulting regression direction is positive, meaning that the more service and location variables increase, the customer satisfaction will also increase. The coefficient of determination value is 0.852. This means that X1 (service) and X2 (location) have a contribution to customer satisfaction (Y) of 85.2%, while the remaining 14.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Overall, the results of the t-test have a significant value less than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that X1 (service) and X2 (location) have a significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y) partially or individually. The results of the F test have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level below 0.05 indicates that together X1 (service) and X2 (location) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y).
