The sample in this study was 124 customers who purchased rib-eye meatballs at Mie Ayam Bakso Pertamax, Kaur Regency. The data in this study was collected by using a questionnaire which then analyzed by using multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 18,779 + 0,278X1 + 0,423 X2 + 3,251 which showed a positive regression direction. There is positive influence between X1 (taste) and X2 (quality of service) on customer satisfaction (Y). It means that if the variables of taste and service quality increase, it will increase customer satisfaction. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.310. This means that X1 (taste) and X2 (quality of service) affect customer satisfaction (Y) by 31% while the remaining 69% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explained that partially the taste and service quality variables had a significant influence on the customer satisfaction variable for Mie Ayam Bakso Pertamax, Kaur Regency. This describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Work Motivation) on Y (Employee Performance). If the variables of Work Environment and Work Motivation increase, it will increase Employee Performance. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.623, this means that the variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have an influence of 62.3% on Employee Performance (Y) while the remaining 37.7% is influenced by other variables not examined. The correlation value is 0.789, this explains that the relationship between the variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) has a strong relationship. The results of the t test at a significant level of 0.05 explained that partially the Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) variables had a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency. Samples in the study were 106 employees as Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression equation that is Y = 8.771- 0.332X1 + 0.470X2 + 3.085 means that the workload has a negative regression direction, if the workload increases then the performance will decrease. The work environment has a positive direction, meaning that if the work environment is better, the employee's performance will increase. The result of the determination test is 0.515 or (51.5%). This shows that the workload and work environment affect employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency by 51.5%, while the rest (100 - 51.5% = 48.5%) are explained or influenced by other variables not examined. work and work environment together have an influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that a high workload for employees at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency will reduce employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Seluma Regency, with a significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that a good work environment can improve employee performance.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine community satisfaction with public services based on the community satisfaction index (IKM) at the Pagar Jati Care Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The data analysis technique used was to measure the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017. The sample in this study was 191 patients who received services from the Pagar Jati Treatment Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Regency Central Bangalore. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for the quality of service at the Pagar Jati Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency obtained an average value of 3.18 which is in a good assessment. Furthermore, the IKM for service units is multiplied by 25 so that the IKM at the Pagar Jati Care Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency is 79.38 with service quality B with good criteria because it is in the value interval of 76.61 – 88.3. The element of cost/tariff gets the highest rating with an average score of 3.53 with very good assessment criteria. This illustrates that patients assess the Pagar Jati Care Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency to provide services free of charge. The lowest satisfaction score is 2.64, namely the completion time with poor assessment criteria. This illustrates that the lack of speed in service is caused by a lack of medical personnel or existing health workers, while there are quite a lot of people asking for health services, causing delays in providing health services to the community.

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions are an integration process that combines knowledge to evaluate two or more alternative behaviors, and choose one among them. This research aims to determine the influence of advertising, price and display on purchasing decisions at Indomaret Betungan Bengkulu, whether they influence simultaneously or whether they influence each other together. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, namely research that uses mathematical models, theories and/or hypotheses related to natural phenomena. The sample in this study used an accidental sampling technique, where the population was sampled at Indomaret Betungan when the researcher conducted the research. There is an influence of advertising (X1) on the purchasing decision (Y) of Indomaret Betungan Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t count > t table (6.760>0.135) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, variable X influences purchasing decisions (Y). There is an influence of price (X2) on the purchasing decision (Y) of Indomaret Betungan Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05 and t count > t table (8.427>0.135) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, the variable X2 influences purchasing decisions (Y). There is an influence of display (X3) on the purchasing decision (Y) of Indomaret Betungan Bengkulu with a sig value of 0.004 < 0.05 and t count > t table (6.909>0.135) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, variable X3 influences purchasing decisions (Y). Advertising, price and display together influence purchasing decisions with a value of Fsig < α where Fsig is 0.000 and the F count is 9.323, > F table 2.65.

Abstract

Increased competitive pressure, accelerated technological change, and changes in demographic structure. Growing awareness and recognition of the increasingly important role of human resources in an organization. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of role conflict and work stress on turnover among nurses at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency. The type of research used is quantitative. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression have the equation Y= 27.384-0.439 X1+0.156 X2+2.292 because the direction of the regression is positive, which means that if role conflict and work stress increase, turnover intentions will also increase. Role conflict is more influential than work stress, there is turnover intention because the role conflict regression value is -0.439 which is greater than the work stress regression value. Role conflict has a negative effect on turnover instruction, this is proven by the results of the t test showing t count > t table (-5.903 > 1.976) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Job stress has a positive effect on turnover, this is proven by the results of the t test showing tcount > ttable (3.128 > 1.976) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Role conflict and work stress have a joint and significant effect on turnover among nurses at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital, South Bengkulu Regency, this is proven by the f test which shows the value of Fcount > Ftable (19.697 > 3.91) with a significance value of 0.000.
