Abstract

Abstrak Superkapasitor adalah salah satu perangkat penyimpanan energi yang dapat menyimpan energi lebih banyak dibandingkan kapasitor dan menyalurkan energi dengan keluaran yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan baterai. Komponen superkapasitor meliputi elektrolit, elektroda, pemisah (separator), dan pengumpul arus. Elektroda merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam superkapasitor, maka pemilihan bahan elektrodan dan fabrikasinya sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja superkapasitor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik komposit PANi/GO sebagai elektroda superkapasitor dan menganalisis pengaruh massa GO terhadap kapasitansi elektrokimia komposit PANi/GO. Pembuatan elektroda menggunakan metode elektrodeposisi untuk membentuk lapisan komposit PANi/GO pada substrat stainless steel. Selanjutnya hasil sintesis elektroda komposit PANi/GO dikarakterisasi dengan SEM-EDX, FTIR, uji LCR Meter, dan uji CV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik komposit PANi/GO sebagai elektroda superkapasitor dapat dilihat melalui nilai konduktivitas listrik dan nilai kapasitansi spesifiknya. Nilai konduktivitas yang dihasilkan berada pada rentang 3,22 x 10-2 hingga 11,11 x 10-2 S/cm dan nilai kapasitansi spesifik yang dihasilkan berada pada rentang 61,250 hingga 11,857 F/g. Selain itu, variasi massa GO yang digunakan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kapasitansi elektrokimia komposit PANi/GO yaitu dengan adanya penambahan massa GO dapat mengakibatkan turunnya nilai apasitansi spesifik dari elektroda. Kata Kunci: elektroda, elektrodeposisi, GO, PANi, superkapasitor Abstract Supercapacitors are one of the energy storage devices that can store more energy than capacitors and distribute energy with higher output than batteries. Supercapacitor components include electrolytes, electrodes, separators, and current collectors. Electrodes are one of the important components in supercapacitors, so the selection of electrode materials and their fabrication are very important in improving supercapacitor performance. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of PANi/GO composites as supercapacitor electrodes and analyze the effect of GO mass on the electrochemical capacitance of PANi/GO composites. The electrodes were made using the electrodeposition method to form a PANi/GO composite layer on a stainless steel substrate. Furthermore, the results of the synthesis of PANi/GO composite electrodes were characterized by SEM-EDX, FTIR, LCR Meter tests, and CV tests. The results showed that the characteristics of PANi/GO composites as supercapacitor electrodes can be seen through their electrical conductivity and specific capacitance values. The resulting conductivity values ??are in the range of 3,22 x 10-2 to 11,11 x 10-2 S/cm and the resulting specific capacitance values ??are in the range of 61,250 to 11,857 F/g. In addition, the variation of the GO mass used has an effect on the electrochemical capacitance of the PANi/GO composite, namely that the addition of GO mass can result in a decrease in the specific capacitance value of the electrode. Abstract

The rGO/Fe3O4 composite is one type of composites that can be used as a biosensor material, especially glucose sensors. The main ingredients of the composite synthesis are graphite and iron sand. The synthesis process of Fe3O4 was done using the coprecipitation method, while the graphite oxidation process was accomplished using the modified Hummer's method. The composites were formed using the ex-situ wet mixing method. The formed iron sand and graphite were characterized using FTIR and XRD, and it was found that Fe3O4 was formed from the appearance of the Fe-O bond, the oxidation process of graphite was seen from the appearance of the C=O bond, and the detection of Fe peaks corresponded to the cubic crystal plane. Likewise, the composites formed were also characterized using FTIR and XRD for identification of the rGO/Fe3O4 composite formation. It was proven from the presence of Fe-O and C-O bonds and the appearance of an amorphous peak of rGO in the XRD results. The performance of the  rGO/Fe3O4 composites as the glucose biosensor was examined by varying the mass of Fe3O4 on the composite, using UV-Vis spectroscopy. The performance of the rGO/Fe3O4 composite biosensor in absorbing glucose reached optimum at a mass variation of 0.3 grams of Fe3O4, as demonstrated by by the lowest absorbance peak with an intensity of 0.0048 at a wavelength of 440 nm, corresponding to glucose entrappment of 7.1 mg/gram.

Abstract

Not all school active in follow race because lack of understanding and motivation. Based on the problem that needs to be done to increase motivation and understanding partner. The study objective is to increase the understanding and motivation of partners. To follow race until the national level. The method used is to give test understanding, and subsequent questionnaires will analyzed to see the extent of influence PKM has implemented. The location of PKM activities is at MTs YKUI Maskumambang Gresik Regency. Based on data analysis, a percentage of 98.00% can be obtained to increase understanding, 95.33% can motivate partners, and 90% agree that the PKM program is implemented very useful.

Abstract

This community service aims to introduce the local wisdom of Indonesia, especially typical Indonesian plants that can be used as natural dyes. The object of this activity is Indonesian students who study and live in Taiwan. In addition to introducing local wisdom, the community service team also intends to increase interest in learning science through training in making natural dyes. From the preparations that have been made, the team has succeeded in making natural dyes of yellow, red, and green. It has succeeded in making a video tutorial on making batik Jumputan with natural dyes. The batik Jumputan material was brought as training material on July 5, 2024, at NCU, Taoyuan, Taiwan, with participants from PPI Taiwan members and native Taiwanese students. The training participants were enthusiastic about the activities carried out, as evidenced by the positive response to this activity.

Abstract

This research examines the difficulties in high school physics education in Nganjuk Regency, Indonesia, specifically the lack of practical teaching tools for successful thermodynamics training. The aim is to assess a community service training program intended to improve the skills of physics instructors via low-temperature Stirling engine modeling kits. The program utilized a descriptive qualitative technique, incorporating preliminary questionnaires, interactive workshops, and practical training sessions in which educators created and employed Stirling engine kits as teaching instruments. Teachers' comments were evaluated using a Likert scale, concentrating on the congruence of training with learning objectives, resources, and student attributes. The results revealed an overall satisfaction score of 89.53%, highlighting notable enhancements in instructors' capacity to engage students and employ project-based learning methodologies. The Stirling engine kits significantly enhanced student engagement and comprehension of thermodynamic fundamentals. The training improved instructors' academic and practical skills while promoting a dynamic and participatory classroom environment. This effort illustrates the capacity of novel teaching tools and collaborative training programs to markedly enhance the quality of physics education, indicating possibilities for scaling to other locations and disciplines. Future proposals involve incorporating these teaching tools into standard curriculum and creating continuous professional development networks for enduring educational progress.

Abstract

Ekstrak buah pare (Momordica charantia) dikenal memiliki beragam manfaat dalam bidang medis dengan sifat penyembuhan yang sangat baik. Sifat penyembuhan pada Momordica charantia dipengaruhi oleh adanya kandungan bioaktif seperti; asam fenolik, flavonoid, karotenoid, triterpenoid, dan fitosterol, yang juga dapat menghambat pertumbuhan beberapa bakteri seperti B. subtilis dan E. coli yang banyak ditemukan pada luka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis karakteristik porositas dan efektivitas sifat antibakteri pada nanofiber PVA-Momordica charantia terhadap bakteri B. subtilis dan E. coli. Proses fabrikasi nanofiber PVA-Momordica charantia dilakukan dengan metode electrospinning. Adapun jenis uji yang dilakukan pada nanofiber PVA-Momordica charantia adalah FTIR, SEM, dan antibakteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nanofiber PVA-Momordica charantia memiliki gugus fungsi C=O dan CH2 yang menunjukkan adanya kandungan Momordica charantia dan PVA, memiliki ukuran diameter pori dengan rentang 1.310-860 nm, memiliki ukuran diameter fiber dengan rentang 147-185 nm dan porositas antara 53-60%. Nanofiber PVA-Momordica charantia dengan konsentrasi Momordica charantia 25% merupakan komposisi nanofiber yang paling optimum untuk aplikasi wound dressing, konsentrasi tersebut memiliki aktivitas antibakteri yang sangat baik terutama pada bakteri gram positif dengan efektivitas sebesar 90% (B. Subtilis) serta pada gram negatif dengan efektivitas 58% (E. coli).
