Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam penyelenggaraan program dan layanan masyarakat. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran teknologi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan aksesibilitas program dan layanan masyarakat. Penyelenggaraan program dan layanan masyarakat melibatkan berbagai aspek, seperti pelayanan kesehatan, pendidikan, transportasi, dan administrasi publik. Dalam setiap aspek ini, teknologi telah membantu dalam mengoptimalkan proses, mengurangi biaya, meningkatkan kualitas, dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas bagi masyarakat. Salah satu contoh peran teknologi dalam penyelenggaraan program dan layanan masyarakat adalah penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen untuk mengelola data dan informasi. Dengan adanya sistem ini, penyelenggara program dan layanan dapat dengan mudah mengumpulkan, menyimpan, dan mengelola data yang diperlukan. Hal ini membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik, pemantauan program yang lebih efektif, dan pelaporan yang lebih akurat. Selain itu, teknologi juga telah memungkinkan adanya penyediaan layanan jarak jauh atau e-layanan. Misalnya, dalam pelayanan kesehatan, teknologi telemedicine telah memungkinkan dokter untuk memberikan konsultasi dan diagnosis jarak jauh melalui video conference atau aplikasi mobile. Ini sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah terpencil atau sulit dijangkau. Penggunaan teknologi juga telah membantu dalam mempercepat proses administrasi publik. Misalnya, penggunaan sistem informasi administrasi publik telah memungkinkan pemerintah untuk mengelola data kependudukan, pembayaran pajak, dan proses perizinan secara lebih efisien. Hal ini mengurangi birokrasi dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengakses layanan publik. Dalam tinjauan literatur ini, kami akan melihat berbagai studi dan penelitian yang telah dilakukan untuk menggambarkan lebih lanjut peran dan dampak pengembangan teknologi dalam penyelenggaraan program dan layanan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul klasifikasi pola motif kain tenun Bumpak desa Kampai Seluma menggunakan metode Convolutational Neural Network ( CNN ). Permasalahan utama adalah bagaimana megklasifiksikan citra menggunakan metode CNN pada motif dan warna kain tenun Bumpak desa Kampai Seluma. Dengan banyaknya ragam tenun Bumpak maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi untuk mengenali pola motif kain tenun Bumpak. Salah satu algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenali pola motif tersebut adalah algoritma Convulational neural Network ( CNN ). Metode CNN merupakan salah satu jenis jaringan saraf tiruan yang memiliki kemampuan dalam mengenali pola-pola pada gambar dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi. Oleh karena itu, CNN dapat digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi pola motif dan warna pada kain tenun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memudahkan masyarakat mengetahui pola motif kain tenun Bumpak desa Kampai Seluma. Dalam penelitian ini, penggunaan metode CNN telah berhasil memperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 98%.

Abstract

Abstrak Platform Merdeka Mengajar adalah Platform Teknologi yang dirancang bagi para guru dan pimpinan sekolah untuk mengajar, belajar, dan bekerja. Untuk menggunakan fungsi/menu platform Merdeka Mengajar, pengguna harus login dengan akun pembelajaran (belajar.id). Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka didukung oleh platform Merdeka Mengajar yang membantu guru mendapatkan referensi, inspirasi dan wawasan. Platform Merdeka Mengajar saat ini telah memiliki fitur/menu yang dapat membantu mengembangkan keterampilan guru dan menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian meliputi: sosialisasi, pelatihan/praktik, tanya jawab dan focus group Discussion (FGD). 3 hari - 31/10/2022 - 2/11/2022 dalam konteks berbagai platform teknologi yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi kompleksitas, meningkatkan efisiensi, meningkatkan inspirasi dan pendekatan platform Merdeka Mengajar, disimpulkan bahwa tingkat partisipasi guru tinggi ketika mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, terlihat bahwa para guru dapat berlatih dan mengunggah materi pembelajarannya ke aplikasi Merdeka Mengajar, mereka dapat menggunakan lingkungan pembelajaran sosial, dan diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk kedepannya dengan topik-topik terkini dan menarik.

Abstract

Mathematics is a lesson learned from elementary, junior high, high school to tertiary levels. Many students have a negative attitude towards mathematics because mathematics is considered very boring and is considered the most difficult subject among other subjects, this can cause students to find it difficult to learn mathematics. Of course, the very rapid development of technology cannot be separated from the role of mathematics. Mathematics is a science that is the basis for the development of modern technology. Apart from that, mathematics also has an important role in various aspects of life. Solutions to help students understand mathematics, including through educational games. Educational games are techniques that can motivate and provide a better learning experience. The Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) algorithm is a random number generation method that is widely used in computer programs that utilize linear models. The results showed that the Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) method in the mathematics education game was successfully applied. Based on the results of game testing using questionnaires to students, teachers, and the general public (student guardians), it was found that the application made was included in the "Very Good" category with an average result of 80.55%.

Abstract

Dana Desa as described in Article 1 paragraph 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 190/PMK.7/2021 is a fund sourced from the state revenue and expenditure budget intended for Villages which is transferred through the district/city regional revenue and expenditure budget and is used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. Village BLT itself is budgeted for at least 40% of the ceiling value of the Village Fund received by each Village as regulated in Presidential Regulation No. 104 of 2021. For BLT Village recipients, it is regulated in Article 33 paragraph (1) of the Minister of Finance Number 190/PMK.07/ 2021. However, there are not a few mistakes and injustices in receiving BLT Desa. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can provide a reference in making decisions based on mathematical calculations of the values ​​of the determining criteria. Therefore, it is necessary to create a "Decision Support System in the Distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLTDD) in Bunga Mas Village, Seluma Regency Using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) Algorithm" through the calculation of the criteria values ​​that have been regulated in the Minister of Finance Regulation no. 190/PMK.7/2021 and this system will contain Techniques from the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) algorithm for the calculation method..

Abstract

Bengkulu is one of the provinces in Indonesia, precisely located in the western part of Indonesia, namely on the island of Sumatra. Bengkulu has a wide variety of beautiful flowers, including orchids which are unique to Bengkulu. Bengkulu orchids are included as rare and endangered flowers, and the lack of public knowledge of the shape and characteristics of these flowers makes the author decide to create a system that can identify the type of orchid. In classifying the image texture, it can be done using the template matching method. The template matching method is a simple method used to identify patterns in an image. The template matching method is often used to identify character images of letters, numbers, fingerprints and other matching applications. In this study, we propose the use of a template matching algorithm to classify orchid images based on species and family. The test results use 30 test image data. The minimum correlation value with the correct label on the orchid image is 0.7967 and the classification image is 0.7899. From the experimental results it can be concluded that the template matching algorithm is quite good in orchid image classification as evidenced by a test accuracy of 76 percent.

Abstract

One of the stages for forming a family within the Police environment, is that each prospective bride and groom will undergo a marriage coaching session. At the Bengkulu Regional Police level, this official marriage trial is under the auspices of the Human Resources Bureau (HR). Currently, the management of files and scheduling of service marriage sessions within the Bengkulu Police is still being done manually by physically collecting the required files and processing them by the admin. The purpose of this practical work is to design and build a system that can assist in the process of applying for official marriage hearings for members of the Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police. The system development method in this study uses the waterfall model. Process design on the system using DFD (Data Flow Diagram), database design using ERD (Entity Relation Diagram) and database design using MySQL.The result of this research is an information system and application for official marriage hearings for members of the National Police & Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Regional Police which can assist in the process of filing for official marriage hearings. And conduct testing of the system using the blackbox method.

Abstract

This title of this reseach is Application of party Equipment Using Website-Based Notification. Karya Mandiri is one of the businesses engaged in services. Itoffers rental services for various kinds of products for weddings and other events. The problems that exist today are that the recording still uses a manual system, it has not taken advantage of technological sophistication by making consumers rent without having to come to the location.Basides recording the equipment availability is still not well organized. The research method applied was the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model method. Waterfall development itself has several stages in its development, including needs analysis, design, development, testing phase, and implementation in the real environment being expected to provide information about equipment rental to prospective tenants. Organized and clear applications are very important in the business world, especially in the rental business.

Abstract

Based on data from the PP Muhammadiyah Research and Development Council, there are 62 Muhammadiyah Universities spread throughout Indonesia. Of the many Muhammadiyah Universities it would be very easy if there was a system that could display information and the location of the university in the form of a map. GIS is a computer information system used to process georeferenced spatial data (in the form of details, facts, conditions, etc.) stored in a database. By implementing the Muhammadiyah University Geographic Information System, it is hoped that it can help users in obtaining spatial and non-spatial information about Muhammadiyah University which is spread throughout Indonesia. The system must consist of input and output, therefore the application built consists of an admin section as input and a user as output. The admin application is used to process Muhammadiyah University location data which was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The user application is used for implementing GIS on mapping Muhammadiyah University in Indonesia which runs on the Android operating system and is built using Android Studio with the Java and XML programming languages. The application can display a list of Muhammadiyah University locations in Indonesia in the form of a map and an ordered list. Utilization of google map in the application is to display a map which uses the google map api and displays the route from the user's location to the selected university.

Abstract

The increase in the number of residents in the city of Bengkulu, in line with the increase in the number of housing being built. The community is conducting a housing search based on information from newspapers and the local community. This is of course especially difficult. For people who come from outside the city of Bengkulu. To overcome this, a housing location search application in Bengkulu City was designed. The designed application can run both on websites and smartphones. This application implements Location Based Service and Google Maps API so that it can display a digital map of Bengkulu City which is equipped with residential location points. If the location point is clicked, the application will display detailed information about the housing.
