Abstract

Abstrak Purun (Eleocharis Dulcis) adalah tanaman rumput-rumputan yang tumbuh di daerah rawa, memiliki karakteristik daya tarik dan regang yang cukup tinggi. Purun, bagi wanita suku Banjar adalah sangat erat kaitannya dengan budaya, kerajinan, dan peningkatan ekonomi keluarga. Pemanfaatan purun sebagai bahan baku tikar, tas, topi, dan berbagai wadah produk pertanian, sangat memasyarakat, sehingga memberi peluang bisnis bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Sebelum dimanfaatkan dalam proses penganyaman, purun terlebih dahulu dipipihkan. Pemipihan purun, secara tradisional dengan cara meletakkan ikatan-ikatan purun di jalan raya agar digilas kenderaan dan juga dengan menumbuknya hingga pipih. Hal tersebut memperlambat produksi, dan juga purun banyak yang rusak. IbM memberi solusi dengan rancang bangun mesin pemipih purun, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan pendapatan penrajin purun tersebut. Peningkatan pendapatan wanita pengrajin purun (Eleocharis Dulcis) melalui peningkatan sikap positif terhadap peluang pasar dan pemanfaatan mesin pemipih purun berkapasitas 20 Kg/jam, serta inovasi produk anyaman tikar aneka warna. Sikap wanita pengrajin purun terhadap peluang pasar yang lebih luas meningkat secara signifikan, aneka produk tikar semakin bervariasi, serta menghasilkan keuntungan produksi dalam satu minggu untuk dua kelompok dengan jumlah 31 orang meningkat dari Rp. 3. 642.500,- menjadi Rp. 4. 882.500,-.  Kata Kunci: Peningkatan pendapatan, sikap postif, pengarajin purun, mesin pemipih. Abstract Purun (Eleocharis Dulcis) is a plant of grass growing in the swamp area, has a high attraction and tensile characteristics. Purun, for Banjar women is very closely related to culture, craft, and economic improvement of the family. Utilization of purun as raw material of mats, bags, hats, and various containers of agricultural products, is very popular, thus providing business opportunities for housewives. Before utilized in the process of weaving, purun first flaked. Purun slaughter, traditionally by putting pentang ties on the highway to be crushed by the vehicle and also by pounding it flat. It slows down the production, and also the much-broken purun. IbM provides a solution with the design of the purun scavenger, and significantly increases the income of the purun craftsmen. Increased income of craftsmen women (Eleocharis Dulcis) through the improvement of positive attitude to market opportunities and utilization of machine enumeration purun with a capacity of 20 Kg / hour, and innovation of woven mat products of various colors. The attitude of the craftsmen women to the wider market opportunities increased significantly, the variety of mat products varied, as well profit production in one week for two groups with total 31 people increased from Rp. 3. 642.500, - to Rp. 4. 882.500, -. Keywords: Increased revenue, positive attitude, cost reducer, fraud machine

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship: 1) Procrastination, Social Support, and Self Efficacy with Interest in Entrepreneurship, 2) Procrastination with Interest in Entrepreneurship, 3) Social Support with Interest in Entrepreneurship, 4) Self Efficacy with Interest in Entrepreneurship. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this study are students of SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 92 students. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, analysis prerequisite test. The results showed that: 1) There was a negative relationship between procrastination and interest in entrepreneurship. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between social support and interest in entrepreneurship. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and interest in entrepreneurship. 4) There is a joint relationship between procrastination, social support and self-efficacy with interest in entrepreneurshipKeywords: procrastination, social support, self efficacy, enterpreneurship AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan : 1) Prokrastinasi, Social Support, Dan Self Efficacy Dengan Minat Berwirausaha, 2) Prokrastinasi dengan Minat Berwirausaha, 3) Social Support dengan Minat Berwirausaha, 4) Self Efficacy dengan Minat Berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei tuan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier ganda, pengujian hipotesis, uji prasyarat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat hubungan negatif antara prokrastinasi dengan minat berwirausaha. 2) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara social support dengan minat berwirausaha. 3) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy dengan minat berwirausaha. 4) Terdapat hubungan bersama-sama prokrastinasi, social support dan self efficacy dengan minat berwirausaha.Kata Kunci: Prokrastinasi, Social Support, Self Efficacy, Minat Berwirausaha

Abstract

Kepala Sekolah sebagai manajer memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu Indeks kualitas Pendidikan di sekolah ditentukan dari implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek adalah model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik untuk melakukan suatu investigasi yang mendalam terhadap suatu projek. Peserta didik secara konstruktif melakukan pendalaman pembelajaran dengan pendekatan berbasis riset terhadap permasalahan dan pertanyaan yang berbobot, nyata dan relevan. Dalam kurikulum merdeka, aksentuasi pembelajaran berpusat pada anak (merdeka belajar), maka pembelajaran berbasis projek menjadi suatu jawaban solutif sehingga peserta didik mampu mengembangkan diri sesuai kemampuan dan realitas yang dihidupinya. Untuk mendukung terselenggaranya program tersebut, maka kepala sekolah harus memiliki kemampuan manajerial yang mumpuni. Hal ini dapat berjalan dengan baik, jika kepala sekolah sebagai manajer utama di sekolah mampu mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis projek tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Menganalisa kemampuan manajerial Kepala Sekolah dalam Implementasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Projek untuk Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMA Deli Murni Bandar Baru. 2). Mendeskripsikan projek pembelajaran yang relevan, holistik, kontekstual, eksploratif untuk penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila yang digunakan di SMA Deli Murni Bandar Baru. 3) Mendeskripsikan interkoneksi antar disiplin ilmu dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis projek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif- kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, akan ditemukan relevansi pembelajaran berbasis projek untuk penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah.

Abstract

The importance of school culture as a school personality is the basis for the formation of norms, values, and performance in schools. The research was conducted using Mix Methods, through interviews and an inventory survey of school culture to school principals and teachers at SMPN 3 Lubuk Pakam, a total of 45 people. The results of the interviews show that the principal, teachers and staff feel comfortable and have the support of one another. the school culture inventory survey also shows that the school culture is in a very good category, (X=145.62). Human Relations Orientation, Open System, Internal Process and Rational Purpose are all in good category. Each orientation is significantly correlated with school culture, internal process orientation (R=0.78), open system orientation (R=0.865), rational goal orientation (0.839) and human relations orientation (R=0.660).

Abstract

Sentence analysis in scientific articles is a literature study that can improve students' ability to think critically. Especially in articles that use English. Syntax analysis is the first step in reading writing before the reader can understand the meaning implied in an English sentence as a whole. This research is literature review research that aims to analyse sentence structure and determine the types of sentences, clauses, and phrases. By selecting the title of the article from the accredited journal Sinta, a search is carried out on each sentence and then classifying sentences and word combinations according to the character and type of sentences, clauses, and phrases.

Abstract

The formation of a caring character for the environment can be started from the school environment by maintaining the cleanliness of the school. By getting used to students taking care of the school environment, students will care about the environment around them. The purpose of this study was toanalyze  1) the process of implementing the Clean Saturday program; and 2) the implications of the Clean Saturday program on the caring character of buildings for the environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were 20 students of class VI. The research location was at the Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Private Elementary School. Data collection techniques in this study were participant observation, study documentation, and questionnaires. In this study it was found that 1) the process of implementing Clean Saturday, namely routine collaborative activities, was carried out on Saturday at 12:00 WIB cleaning the school environment with an estimated time of 15-30 minutes and accompanied by the teacher; 2) the implications of the Clean Saturday Program in the formation of students' character seen from the questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely students answered Strongly Agree (19,5 %), Agree (48 %), Disagree (23,5%), Strongly Disagree  (9%).The results showed the percentage of 72.5% of students answered correctly and 27.5% of students answered incorrectly. This data shows that there is an implication of the Clean Saturday program carried out by the Santa Lusia Sei Rotan Private Elementary School for the development of environmental care characters. Therefore, the Clean Saturday program can be used as an alternative for the formation of students' environmental care characters.

Abstract

The teacher's limited knowledge of 21st century learning skills is an obstacle to implementation in the classroom. In the educational context, technological developments should have had a positive impact on the learning process as well as from the perspective of teacher competency development. Less than ideal conditions occur in school, where the competence of the teachers is still weak. Teaching is still conventional and teacher-centered. The solution to overcome this problem is to attend training organized by the foundation. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The subjects in this study were Santa Lucia Kindergarten Teachers. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study cannot be disclosed because the research has not been completed. This research is in the nature of product development for the benefit of the competence of all teachers in the Santa Lucia Kindergarten Unit. The results of the education and training that have been carried out have not been carried out in full, its implementation is still in progress. The author concludes that teachers in today's 21st century educational development have more severe challenges and their tasks are more complex. The role of the teacher is very important in managing the learning process, to face these challenges, therefore teachers must have the ability to think critically, social responsibility, the ability to build networks, time discipline and rules as well as skills, skills in the 21st century.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teacher performance through analysis of post-covid-19 academic supervision in Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Private Middle School teachers and to determine teacher performance skills in developing the quality of education after supervision is held. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. The research method used is the Kemmis and Taggart model using 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The location of this research is Santa Lucia Sei Rattan Private Middle School, Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. Data analysis was carried out with the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that academic supervision can improve teacher performance. The results obtained from design experts and material experts are very good. This is evidenced by the effectiveness test of academic supervision at Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Middle School, which received very good scores. Based on these data it can be concluded that teacher performance through post-covid-19 academic supervision is feasible or valid and appropriate to be used in improving teacher performance, especially in the Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Middle School environment.

Abstract

Kabupaten Nias Barat adalah Kabupaten yang berada di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, saat ini Kabupaten Nias Barat menggunakan Perda No. 12 Tahun 2014 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Nias Barat sebagai peraturan daerah yang mengatur tata ruang di Kabupaten Nias Barat. Perkembangan dan pertumbuhan wilayah yang terjadi dengan sangat pesat menyebabkan perubahan pola ruang dan stuktur ruang, berdasarkan perubahan-perubahan tersebut maka RTRW harus di revisi kembali sehingga dapat digunakan dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Tujuan dari tulisan ini antara lain melakukan kajian kesesuaian kondisi pemanfaatan ruang dengan Perda RTRW Kabupaten Nias Barat No. 12 Tahun 2014, melakukan kajian terhadap perubahan batas wilayah yang mempengaruhi perubahan rencana tata ruang dan pola pemanfaatan ruang, selain itu melakukan kajian konsep rencana tata ruang yang dapat mengakomodir kondisi pemanfaatan ruang sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku sehingga dapat di gunakan dalam instrumen penataan ruang di Kabupaten Nias Barat. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perubahan batas wilayah dan perubahan penggunaan lahan mempengaruhi perencanaan tata ruang di Kabupaten Nias Barat. Diharapkan pemerintah daerah lebih aktif di dalam melakukan pengedalian pemanfaatan ruang sehingga dapat mengurangi pelanggaran pemanfaatan ruang di wilayah Kabupaten Nias Barat.

Abstract

Kebijakan pemerataan dan perluasan akses pendidikan dilakukan oleh pemerintah dengan mengalokasikan anggaran pendidikan sebesar 20% dari APBN, membebaskan biaya sekolah bagi SD dan SMP, program Dana BOS, Bantuan KIP dan lain sebagainya. Pemerintah juga membangun Unit Sekolah Baru dan penambahan Ruang Kelas Baru pada sekolah. Kebijakan ini bentuk keseriusan pemerintah dalam memajukan pendidikan di Indonesia. Namun kebijakan ini menimbulkan masalah baru bagi sekolah swasta terutama sekolah kecil (jumlah siswa minim). Penambahan sekolah baru di daerah yang sudah ada sekolah negeri dan swasta dan penambahan ruang kelas baru pada sekolah negeri menjadi pemicu berkurangnya jumlah siswa yang mendaftar di sekolah swasta. Jika hal ini tidak mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah sebagai pengambil kebijakan akan berdampak pada “kematian sekolah swasta”. Dalam analisis kebijakan publik, W.I Jenkins membuat langkah-langkah dalam menganalisis kebijakan yaitu: a) inisiasi, b) informasi, c) pertimbangan, d) keputusan, e) implementasi, f) evaluasi, dan g) terminasi (penghentian).
