Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of varying the mass ratio of Ni to Graphene Nano Sheets (GNS) and how incorporating GNS affects the performance of a primary battery prototype (Ni/GNS//electrolyte//GNS). The primary battery prototype was developed using both impregnation and alloy methods. Different mass ratios of Ni/GNS to electrolyte to GNS were tested, including ratios of 1:2:1 (A), 2:2:1 (B), 1:2:2 (C), 2:1:2 (D), and 1:1:2 (E). The characterization of GNS, Ni/GNS, and the primary battery prototype involved using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscope-Energy Dispersive X-Ray (SEM-EDX) instruments. A multimeter was employed to measure electrical conductivity, energy density, and power density. A potentiostat/galvanostat was used to measure cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). XRD analysis showed a broad and weak peak at 2θ= 24.32° for GNS, confirming its successful synthesis. Additionally, a peak at 2θ = 43.5° indicated effective deposition of Ni on the GNS surface in Ni/GNS. The SEM-EDX results supported the XRD findings, showing regularly spaced pores and a thin surface layer in GNS. Notably, white spots on the graphene surface in Ni/GNS indicated successful Ni deposition. In terms of electrical conductivity, the highest value was observed in the primary battery prototype for sample D (2:1:2), which measured 1.11 S/cm2. These results were also supported by measurements of energy density and power density in sample D, which achieved the highest values among all samples, with 144,788 Wh/kg and 252,500 W/kg, respectively. Moreover, the CV and EIS measurements remained stable at 0.30 kΩ and 0.88 kΩ, suggesting that GNS could potentially conduct electrons owing to its electrical conductivity.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah suatu usaha sadar yang dilakukan secara sistematis dalam mewujudkan suasana belajar-mengajar agar para peserta didik dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya. Dengan adanya pendidikan maka seseorang dapat memiliki kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, kepribadian, kekuatan spiritual, dan keterampilan yang bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri dan masyarakat. Untuk mencapainya harus melalui tahap demi tahap yaitu belajar untuk mencapai kedewasaan melalui bimbingan dan memiliki motivasi yang tinggi.Motivasi merupakan proses internal yang menjadi salah satu faktor penggerak bagi siswa untuk mau melibatkan dan mengarahkan dirinya ke dalam pembelajaran hingga mencapai hasil tertentu. Motivasi siswa dapat digerakkan dari faktor eksternal seperti pemberian materi oleh guru yang disusun secara kreatif, dukungan dari orang tua, sedangkan motivasi dari faktor internal dapat digerakkan dengan adanya minat belajar dari siswa. Motivasi tersebut dapat juga dilihat dari kegiatan belajar.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Study Deskriptif. Iuaran yang ditargetkan dari penelitian yang diusulkan yaitu untuk membantu menemukan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV dengan menggunakan metode diskusi. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di SD Swasta HKBP Teladan Jl. Sempurna No.30 Medan dengan jumlah siswa 22 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Dimana mata pelajaran yang di teliti adalah mata pelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dikelas diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika dapat meningkat.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Angket sebelumnya telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji  prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana, korelasi, uji t serta koefisien determinasi (R2).Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh bahwa  1) Uji t menunjukkan Ho ditolak, thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3,343 > 2,018 dan nilai signifikan <0,05, yaitu 0,02 < 0,053) Hasil perhitungan untuk nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,255, sehingga dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar siswa SD Swasta HKBP Teladan Jl. Sempurna No.30 Medan dipengaruhi oleh metode diskusi sebesar 0,255 atau 25,5% dan sisanya 74,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor selain metode diskusi yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Belajar merupakan suatu proses atau upaya yang dilakukan oleh setiap individu untuk mendapatkan perubahantingkah laku, baik dalam bentuk pengetahuan, keterampilan, juga sikap dan nilai positif sebagai suatu pengalamandari berbagai materi yang telah dipelajari. Di dalam kenyataannya di SD Negeri 176377 AEK NATOLU KecamatanLumban Julu Kabupaten Toba bahwa masih banyak siswa yang belum mengerti dalam memahami dan menguasaikonsep mengerjakan operasi hitung penjumlahan pecahan dengan benar, hal ini mengakibatkan banyak siswamengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi hitung penjumlahan pecahansehungga banyak terjadikesalahan - kesalahan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan operasi hitung penjumlahan pecahan. Permasalahan yangdi alami siswa tersebut menjadikan siswa beranggapan bahwa mengerjakan operasi hitung penjumlahan pecahanmerupakan materi yang sangat sulit. Pengertian kesulitan belajar adalah suatu kondisi dimana prestasi yang dicapaitidak sesuai dengan kriteria standar yang telah ditetapkan. Menurut Syaiful Bahri Djamarah (2018:234) ”Kesulitanbelajar adalah suatu pendapat yang keliru dengan rendahnya intelegensi karena dalam kenyataanya cukupbanyakanak didik yang memilikiintelegensiyang tinggi, tetapi hasil belajarnya rendah, jauh dari yang diharapkan ”.Persoalan persoalan yang dihadapi siswa di SD Negeri 176377 AEK NATOLU Kecamatan Lumban Julu KabupatenToba akan dijadikan topik dalam penelitian kali ini dengan mengangkat judul “Analisis Kesulitan MenghitungPenjumlahan Pecahan Berpenyebut SD Negeri 176377 AEK NATOLU Kecamatan Lumban ulu Kabupaten Toba”.Tujuan dari peneltian ini untuk menanalisis kesulitan menghitung penjumlahan pecahan berpenyebut. Penelitian inidilaksanakan di SD Negeri 176377 AEK NATOLU Kecamatan Lumban Julu Kabupaten TobaTahun Ajaran 2023/2024.Jumlah siswa kelas V adalah 22 orang siswa sekaligus sebagai sampel penelitian. Alat pengumpulan tes yangdigunakan yaitu tes Essay dan wawancara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Make A Match type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects on measuring and comparing angles in class VA of Budi Murni 2 Medan Private Catholic Elementary School in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The Independent Variable in this study is the Make A Match type Cooperative Learning Model (X) and the Dependent Variable in this study is Student Learning Outcomes (Y). The research method used is Quantitative Pre-Experiment Type, the population of this study was all fifth grade students of Budi Murni 2 Medan Private Catholic Elementary School, totaling 4 classes. Sampling using Probability Sampling Type Simple Random Sampling with a sample of all VA class students of Budi Murni 2 Medan Private Catholic Elementary School totaling 36 students. To determine the initial abilities of students, the researcher conducted a Pretest with an average value of 59.25 in the incomplete category. After the researcher used the Make A Match type Cooperative Learning Model, it showed that student learning outcomes increased in the Posttest with an average value of 76.42 in the complete category. The success rate of student learning outcomes has increased as evidenced by the results of the Correlation Test calculation obtained of 0.603, which means that rcount (0.603) > rtable (0.329). Furthermore, the Hypothesis test (t-test) where tcount > ttable is (4.404) > (2.035) so that it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a significant influence of the use of the Make A Match type Cooperative Learning Model on the Mathematics learning outcomes of students in the material "Measuring and Comparing Angles" of class V of Budi Murni 2 Catholic Private Elementary School, Medan, Academic Year 2024/2025.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Cooperative Learning model of the Index Card Match type on student learning outcomes in Mathematics for Grade III at SD Negeri 101822 Pancur Batu in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were all 21 students of the third grade. The instruments used included tests and questionnaires. The test was administered in the form of a pre-test and post-test, each consisting of 20 questions, to measure the improvement in learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the learning model. The pre-test results showed an average score of 54, with only 6 students (29%) achieving the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKTP). After the implementation of the Cooperative Learning model of the Index Card Match type, the post-test results improved, with an average score of 77, and 17 students (81%) achieving mastery. The normality test results showed that the data were normally distributed. The correlation test produced an r-value of 0.933 ≥ t-table value of 0.433, indicating a very strong relationship. The t-test showed a t-count of 11.294 ≥ t-table of 2.093, thus Ha was accepted. The results of the study prove that the Cooperative Learning model of the Index Card Match type has a significant and effective impact on improving student learning outcomes. This model is able to create an active, enjoyable learning environment that directly engages students in understanding the concept of simple fractions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of the Quantum Teaching Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Mathematics Subjects at Elementary School 060942 Medan Deli in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The independent variable in this study is the Quantum Teaching Model (X) and the dependent variable is Learning Outcomes (Y). Sampling using Saturated Sampling where the population used as a sample is 30 students of grade V of Elementary School 060942 Medan Deli. To determine the initial abilities of students, the researcher conducted a Pretest with an average value of 42.80 with the category of needing guidance. After the study using the Quantum Teaching learning model showed that student learning outcomes increased against the posttest with an average value of 81.87 with a good category. The magnitude of the influence of the Quantum Teaching learning model on student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects in grade V of Elementary School 060942 Medan Deli was obtained from the results of the correlation test calculation obtained by 0.803 with a very strong category, which means r count (0.803) ≥ r table (0.361). Furthermore, hypothesis testing (t-test) where t count ≥ t table is 7.141 ≥ 1.697 so that it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is an influence of the Quantum Teaching learning model on student learning outcomes in Mathematics lessons in class V of SD Negeri 060942 Medan Deli.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the teams games tournament model assisted by educaplay on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 060847 Medan Petisah. Learning Year 2024/2025. In this study using quantitative methods, the population of this study were all grade IV SDN 060847 and the number of samples of this study were 25 students based on purposive sampling technique. Data on the teams games tournament learning model can be obtained from a questionnaire distributed to students and student learning outcomes can be obtained from the Pretest and Posttest scores of students in the 2024/2025 learning year. The results of this study indicate that student learning outcomes using the teams games tournament model are included in the very good category with an average Posttest of 83.20 and an average questionnaire score of 92,58. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing show tcount of 6,282 while t table is 2.060. So it is proven that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect between the team games tournament learning model assisted by educaplay media on student learning outcomes in class IV IPAS subjects SDN 060847 Medan Petisah 2024/2025 Learning Year.

Abstract

Teaching assistance is part of a field experience program aimed at integrating theory learned in lectures with hands-on practice in the classroom. Through this activity, students are expected to develop pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies in line with the demands of the teaching profession. This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs. Students developing learning materials such as lesson plans/teaching modules and designing learning media. Students also actively participating in the adaptation of technology in learning.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of the Quantum Teaching model. The results show that the average learning outcome of IPAS in grade IV is 82.13, which is categorized as good. Of the 30 students studied, 24 students (84%) met the Minimum Passing Criteria (KKTP), while 4 students (16%) did not meet the KKTP. This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of the Quantum Teaching model on student learning outcomes in IPAS in grade IV at SD Negeri 155712 Tumba Jae 2. The population was all 30 students in grade IV. The sample was taken based on the total sampling technique, namely 30 students. Student learning outcomes showed that the average pre-test score for fourth-grade students was 54.8, while the post-test score was 82.13. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of IPAS students using the Quantum Teaching learning model are in the strong category with a correlation coefficient of 0.902, which means that rcount 0,902 ≥ rtable 0.36), so Ha is accepted. Furthermore, hypothesis testing shows that tcount is 11.077, while ttable is 2.048, proving that the hypothesis is greater than ttable, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the Quantum Teaching model (X) has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes (Y). This indicates that the Quantum Teaching learning model has an effect on students' IPAS learning outcomes. Thus, all questionnaire instruments in this study are declared reliable and trustworthy, as they have met the minimum requirements specified.
