Abstract

This study aims to improve the quality of learning by developing character-based teaching materials research animal physiology courses. This research method is the development of module manufacturing as a source of learning based on the research that has been done, including a description, picture research and implementation process that include sites expected character, whether written or unwritten is adapted from Dick and Carey learning system to make some adjustments. The results obtained are based on the calculation and conversion of valuation module by module expert instructional materialsby 71, 66%. Based on the results of the conversion, the preparation of the module other wise well qualified and do not need to be revised. The results of the assessment calculation and conversion modules by physiologists by 85%. Based on the results of  the conversion, the module qualification other wise excellent preparation and do not need to be revised. Conclusion are obtained the results by the developing of characterized teaching materials based on the results of experiment is feasible and can be used to support lectures to enhance the quality of teaching Animal Physiology courses in college.Kata kunci: Kualitas pembelajaran fisiologi hewan, bahan ajar berkarakter

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this research is to study p53 gene mutations in the mammary gland ofDMBA-induced Sprague Dawley rats treated with the ethanol extract of Gynura procumbens.Methods: Sprague Dawley female rats aged 40 days were used. DMBA positive control animalswere treated with 20 mg/kg bw DMBA; Gynura-extract positive control animals were treatedwith 300 or 750 mg/kgbw G. procumbens extract without DMBA treatment; experimentalanimals were treated with 300 or 750 mg/kg bw G. procumbens extract and 20 mg/kg bwDMBA, intragastric, while negative control animals neither treated with DMBA nor G.procumbens extract. Each group consists of 5 animals. Palpation and necropsy of mammaryglands was conducted at the end of the experiment. Mutation of p53 was studied in exon-6 of thisgene, in triple or less, depended on available samples.Result: G. procumbens extract generally suppress tumor incidence in DMBA treated animals.p53 sequence showing some point mutations which also affect on its amino acid sequence, but itwas not exclusively occurred in DMBA treated animals.Conclusion: Based on this research we can not conclude that tumor incidence in this experimentwas resulted by the mutation of p53 gene.

Abstract

Formalin is a dangerous food preservative which has been banned to be used. Formalin is often used because it is relatively cheap and simple to use. This study aimed to analyze the effect of formalin to damage liver histology of male mice. Mice used were male mice Balb/C strain aged 4 weeks and weighted 20 to 22 grams. The extract of formalin-added-tofu, which were the concentration of: 0.1%, 1.68%, and 3.35%, 5.1%, 6.7%, were given orally per day for 12 weeks. At the end of 12th week, the mice were dissected and the liver were taken which then made preparations. The liver histological preparations were observed under a dino lite microscope in five different visual field, with a magnification of 800 times. For each of field of views, 20 cells were randomly counted. The average of weighted score of histopathological liver of five field of views then were randomly calculated for each mice. The scoring model used was Histopathology Manja Roenigk. The total of damage percentage occurred was recorded and calculated. The results showed that oral exposure to formaldehyde increases the amount of damage significantly in male mice strain Balb/C. The research results were presented in the form of booklets as a means of communication to the public media to broaden the danger of formalin-added-tofu. The booklet was made in order to perform the role of education as an agent of society renewal insight and knowledge. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of archival and computer training on increasing the effectiveness of work in Duren Jaya Bekasi Urban Village. The method used in this research is using quantitative descriptive analysis involving all employees of Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi using random sampling technique with proportional random sampling of 35 (thirty five) people. Data collection technique used is questionnaire method supported by documentation method. Data analysis technique used is double linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant positive influence between the Archives Training on the effectiveness of the employee's work in Duren Jaya Bekasi Sub-district (2) There is a significant positive influence between the Computer Training on the effectiveness of the employee in Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi (3) There is a significant positive influence between the Archives and Computer Training on the effectiveness of the employees of Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi. Skills in managing archives and computers can make the effectiveness of employment Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi more increased. The results of this study indicate that archival and computer training has an influence of 82.6% towards increasing employee effectiveness. Keywords: filing, computer and work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the problems of the implementation of the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) which was carried out at SMPN 1 and SMAN 1 Danau Seluluk, Seruyan Regency, which are schools that are geographically as well as located far from urban centers and the availability of internet networks is not optimal. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects in this study were school principals, vice principals and implementing proctors. The research results obtained in the field included, SMPN 1 and SMAN 1 Danau Seluluk implemented semi-online ANBK. This was done because the condition of the internet network was unstable, besides that the lack of complete ANBK facilities and infrastructure, this is evidenced by the limited number of laptops and computers available. Furthermore, students also experience difficulties in answering ANBK questions related to literacy and numeracy. This occurs because of the gap between the material provided by the teacher and the questions given at ANBK so that teachers need training and assistance in developing learning in accordance with the demands of ANBK.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the standard of preparation of education and training in the BPSDM institution of Central Kalimantan Province. What preparations are made by the Central Kalimantan Province BPSDM institution in preparing or planning training activities. The research method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research was conducted at the Central Kalimantan Province BPSDM office. The results of this study indicate that the standard of training preparation carried out by the Central Kalimantan Province BPSDM institution is very structured starting from planning activities, analyzing needs, determining training objectives, administrative preparation, educational preparation and organization .

Abstract

In the context of training and education (Diklat), optimal preparation is crucial to enhance program efficiency. Effective administrative activities can be the key to success in preparing efficient Diklat programs. This article discusses the importance of optimizing Diklat preparation through good administrative practices. Factors such as planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring will be outlined as essential steps in achieving these objectives. Additionally, common challenges in optimizing Diklat preparation will be addressed, along with practical suggestions for overcoming them. By optimizing Diklat preparation through administrative activities, organizations can enhance the efficiency of their Diklat programs and achieve better outcomes. Enhancing efficiency in training preparation (Diklat) is a crucial aspect for the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Central Kalimantan Province. The objective of this research is to optimize Diklat preparation and improve efficiency through administrative activities in the BPSDM of Central Kalimantan Province. This study utilizes a case study method to analyze the existing Diklat preparation process in the BPSDM of Central Kalimantan Province. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis related to Diklat administration. Subsequently, the collected data is qualitatively analyzed to identify constraints and opportunities for optimizing Diklat preparation.

Abstract

Human resource development and management activities are very important as an effort to produce employees who are agile and competent in carrying out their job duties. This is the task of the Managerial Competency Development Division at the Central Kalimantan Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM). This research aims to find out how the Provincial Apparatus Training Activities are implemented at BPSDM Central Kalimantan by the Managerial Competency Development Sector. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive research type through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that BPSDM Central Kalimantan Province in the Managerial field offers several training courses such as PKN II, PKA, PKP, LATSAR and DPRD Member Orientation which are designed in a structured and well-organized manner to ensure that participants acquire the relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to carry out their duties. effectively and efficiently. This is interpreted from the existence of a clear curriculum, varied learning methods, competent teachers, objective evaluation and certification for training participants who have completed the learning.

Abstract

Penerapan budaya religius merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi budaya religius di MAN 3 Jombang dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya religius yang diterapkan melalui pembiasaan membaca Al-Qur'an, shalat berjamaah, peringatan hari besar Islam, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Rohis berhasil membentuk karakter siswa dalam aspek kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, solidaritas sosial, dan empati. Peran guru sebagai role model sangat signifikan dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai religius. Namun, tantangan seperti pengaruh media sosial dan kurangnya kesadaran intrinsik siswa perlu diatasi dengan pendekatan reflektif, penggunaan teknologi secara positif, dan pelibatan keluarga dalam mendukung program keagamaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi sekolah lain dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai religius untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter siswa
