Abstract

Perguruan tinggi memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, pola pikir, serta sikap kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa yang pada akhirnya dapat menumbuhkan intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Perguruan tinggi bertanggung jawab dalam mendidik kemampuan berwirausaha terhadap mahasiswanya dan memberikan motivasi agar berani memilih berwirausaha sebagai karir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, pola pikir kewirausahaan, dan kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara dan berhasil mengumpulkan 200 responden dengan teknik pengambilan non probability sampling dengan convenience sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, data diolah menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan, pola pikir kewirausahaan, dan kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Universities have a role in increasing students' knowledge, skills, mindset, and entrepreneurial attitudes which in turn can foster student entrepreneurship intentions. Universities are responsible for educating their students on entrepreneurship skills and providing motivation to dare to choose entrepreneurship as a career. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity on entrepreneurial intention on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara. The researcher distributed questionnaires to all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara and managed to collect 200 respondents using non probability sampling with convenience sampling as a sampling technique. In this study, the data was processed using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 Software. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara.

Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan salah satu masalah dalam perekonomian, termasuk di Indonesia. Alternative untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran adalah dengan menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data diambil menggunakan kuisioner online google form dengan jumlah total sebanyak 160 responden. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square atau SmartPLS versi 3.3.3 dimana diperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh positif dari Entrepreneurial Alertness dan Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Unemployment is one of the problems in the economy, including in Indonesia. An alternative to reducing unemployment rates is to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit on college student. This study aims to examine empirically the effect of Entrepreneurial Alertness and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy towards Entrepreneurial Intention on student at Faculty of Economics and Business Tarumanagara University. In this study, the sample was collected with non-probability sampling and accidental sampling techniques. Total of 160 data were collected using an online questionnaire by google form and processed with Smart Partial Least Square – SmartPLS version 3.3.3 software, where the results showed a positive effect from Entrepreneurial Alertness and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Intention on student at Faculty of Economics and Business Tarumanagara University.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang memiliki jumlah penduduk yang sangat banyak, serta memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah. Namun Indonesia saat ini belum bisa dipisahkan dari masalah-masalah sosial yang ada di asyarakat terutama masalah sosial ekonomi yaitu pengangguran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh sikap pribadi, norma subyektif, dan kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan google form secara online dengan jumlah responden 172 yang antara lain: Universitas Tarumanagara, Universitas Bina Nusantara, Trisakti School of Management, dan Universitas Mercu Buana. Data diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sikap pribadi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, Norma Subyektif tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Indonesia is a developing country with a very large population and abundant natural resources. However, Indonesia is currently inseparable from social problems that exist in society, especially socio-economic problems, namely emergency response. This research was conducted with the aim of empirically examining the effect of personal attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavioral control on entrepreneurial intensity. The method used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample selection technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection used the online google form with a total of 172 respondents including: Universitas Tarumanagara, Universitas Bina Nusantara, Trisakti School of Management, and Universitas Mercu Buana. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3. The results of this study show: Personal Attitude has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intensity, Subjective Norms has a positive and not significant effect on entrepreneurial intensity, perceived behavioral control has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intensity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, dan efikasi diri kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa konsentrasi kewirausahaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form dengan total 130 mahasiswa konsentrasi kewirausahaan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. Kemudian, data analisis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, dan efikasi diri kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa konsentrasi kewirausahaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara. This study empirically examines the influence of entrepreneurship education, creativity, and entrepreneurship self-efficacy on entrepreneurship intentions. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling and purposive sampling with the criteria for students concentrating on entrepreneurship, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara. The data collection technique used a questionnaire via google form with 130 students concentrating on entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara. Then, the data analysis of this study used the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education, creativity, and entrepreneurship self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurship intention of students concentrating on entrepreneurship, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara.

Abstract

Indonesia's the fourth most populous country in the world and the first in Southeast Asia in 2022. However, the ratio of the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is inversely proportional to the population. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of entrepreneurship attitudes, subjective norm, and entrepreneurship knowledge on students' entrepreneurship intentions. This study uses a quantitative research design with a descriptive correlational approach and purposive sampling. The 112 respondents from Universitas Tarumanagara S1 Management students who have received entrepreneurship education answered the instrument on this research survey questionnaire. Data were processed using SmartPLS 4 software with data analysis, such as validity and reliability tests; coefficient of determination; effect size; and bootstrap hypothesis testing. The results of the study stated that entrepreneurship attitudes and subjective norm had shown to be positive and significant, while entrepreneurship knowledge had positive and insignificant result toward entrepreneurship intention. This research is expected to be a reference for similar research in the future by developing and applying research variables, such as entrepreneurship knowledge, as well as the scope of the sample can be expanded to obtain more diverse information.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap kepribadian dan Pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi wirausaha mahasiswa universitas swasta di jakarta dan tangerang yaitu universitas tarumanagara, universitas bina nusantara dan universitas pelita harapan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa universitas tarumanagara, universitas bina nusantara dan universitas pelita harapan. Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 202 responden. Kuesioner disebarkan secara online dengan menggunakan google form. Hasil data yang diperoleh lalu diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sikap Kepribadian berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi wirausaha dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi wirausaha. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality traits and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intentions of private university students in Jakarta and Tangerang such as Tarumanagara University, Bina Nusantara University and Pelita Harapan University. The sample of this research is students of Tarumanagara University, Bina Nusantara University and Pelita Harapan University. The sample selected by purposive sampling method amounted to 202 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed online using the Google form. The results of the data obtained were then processed using SmartPLS 4. The results of this study showed that Personality Attitudes had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Indonesia tidak luput dari masalah pengangguran. Tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi akan menurunkan kesejahteraan dan standar hidup masyarakat. Kondisi ini disebabkan banyak tenaga kerja yang siap kerja tidak memiliki lapangan kerja karena kurangnya jumlah wirausaha hingga mengakibatkan ketidakmampuan memenuhi kebutuhan pokoknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan institusi, orang tua, dukungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif karena tidak ada variabel yang dimanipulasi. Dalam penelitian deskriptif, terdapat cross- sectional design. Cross-sectional design adalah jenis desain penelitian yang mengumpulkan data yang dilakukan dalam satu kali selama periode penelitian, Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara dengan program studi manajemen, konsentrasi kewirausahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakannon probability sampling dan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel di dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 130 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan institusi, Orang tua panutan dan dukungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa universitas Tarumanagara. Indonesia is not immune from unemployment problems. High unemployment rates will reduce the welfare and standard of living of the community. This condition is due to the fact that many workers who are ready to work do not have jobs due to the lack of entrepreneurs, resulting in an inability to meet their basic needs. The purpose of this study was to test empirically the influence of the institutional environment, parents, family support on interest in entrepreneurship. This study used a descriptive research design because no variables were manipulated. In descriptive research there is a cross-sectional design, which is a type of research design that collects data once during the research period. The population in this study is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Tarumanagara with a management study program, concentration in entrepreneurship. In this study, the sample was taken using non-probability sampling and by using a purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study was 130 samples. The results of this study indicate that the institutional environment, Role model parents and family support have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for Tarumanagara university students.

Abstract

The success of college graduates in a career is determined by the accuracy in choosing studies in college. Determination of study programs in college will be made by high school graduates when continuing their studies in college. Third grade high school students need to have adequate knowledge and information about the higher education system and their potential through brain color test before deciding to choose a college and study program. The PKM activity was carried out to equip 3rd grade students of SMAN 78 West Jakarta in the 2015/2016 academic year as partners. From the PKM activities carried out, partners are more interested in operational knowledge and information about universities, faculties, departments, study programs, accreditation, campus activities, tuition fees, scholarships, and graduate careers. The brain color of students is quite evenly distributed between students with type A (yellow), B (green), C (blue), and D (orange). Without classifying students based on their majors or gender, it turns out that the highest mind color is for type A (yellow) and the lowest is type D (orange), although the difference is not too large. However, there is a difference in the most types of mind color between science and social studies students. For science students, more are type A (yellow), while social studies students are type B (green). Male students' mind color is more type C (blue), while female students are type A (yellow).

Abstract

Kinerja usaha merupakan ukuran keberhasilan dari suatu kegiatan usaha. UMK sebagai bagian dari UMKM dengan kontribusi yang cukupberperan terhadap perekonomian di Indonesia terhadap pendapatan dan penyerapan tenaga kerja.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari dukungan keluarga, akses finansial dan inovasi produk terhadap kinerja usaha UMK. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross section, dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling pada UMK perempuan sektor makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Belitung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Google Form, dan diperoleh 86 kuesioner yang terisi lengkap dan memenuhi syarat. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) digunakan sebagai alat analisis dalam penelitian ini, dan SmartPLS v.4.0 digunakan dalam pengolahan data.  Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas dari semua variabel diperoleh hasil dimana semua variabel valid dan reliabel. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil path coefficient variabel akses finansial dan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara dukungan keluarga berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UMK perempuan sektor makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Belitung. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah setempat khususnya berkaitan dengan UMK untuk terus berupaya meningkatkan inovasi produk, mempermudah akses keuangan bagi pelaku usaha UMK, sehingga melalui inovasi produk, sebagai kunci dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan, akses finansial yang diperlukan, dalam pengembangan usaha, dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha UMK serta pertumbuhannya.   Business performance is a measure of the success of a business activity. MSEs as part of MSMEs have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy in terms of income and employment. This research aims to investigate the influence of family support, financial access and product innovation on MSE business performance. In this research, a quantitative approach was used using the cross-section method, with purposive sampling of female MSEs in the food and beverage sector in Belitung Regency. Data collection was carried out via Google Form, and 86 questionnaires were obtained that were completely filled out and met the requirements. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used as an analysis tool in this research, and SmartPLS v.4.0 was used in data processing. Testing the validity and reliability of all variables obtained results where all variables were valid and reliable. From the test results, it was found that the path coefficient results for the variables financial access and product innovation had a positive and significant effect, while family support had a positive but not significant effect on the performance of female MSEs in the food and beverage sector in Belitung Regency. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for local governments, especially those related to MSEs, to continue to strive to increase product innovation, facilitate access to finance for MSE business actors, so that through product innovation, it is a key in entrepreneurial activities, access to the necessary finance, in business development, can improve MSE business performance and growth.
