PROFIL PENCEMARAN LOGAM BERAT PADA PERAIRAN DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI (DAS) GRINDULU PACITAN ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat pencemaran logam berat pada perairan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Grindulu, Pacitan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Oktober 2016. Pengukuran kadar logam berat Merkuri (Hg), Timbal (Pb), Kadmium (Cd), dan Kromium (Cr) sampel air yang diambil daerah hulu, terdiri dari 2 (dua) stasiun, yaitu desa Tumpuk kecamatan Bandar dan desa Tegalombo kecamatan Tegalombo. Pada daerah tengah, terdiri dari 2 stasiun, yaitu di desa Pagutan kecamatan Arjosari dan desa Semanten kecamatan Arjosari. Pada daerah hilir diamati satu stasiun di desa Ploso kecamatan Pacitan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis anova dan uji lanjut Duncan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan pada semua stasiun pengambilan sampel terhadap semua logam berat dan terjadi kenaikan kadar mulai dari daerah tengah sampai hilir. Kadar logam berat merkuri (Hg), timbal (Pb) dan kadmium (Cd) di daerah hulu masih di bawah ambang batas, sedangkan pada daerah tengah dan hilir sudah melebihi ambang batas yang ditentukan. Sedangkan pada logam berat kromium valensi 6 (Cr6+), kadar di daerah hulu sampai tengah masih di bawah ambang batas, sedangkan daerah hilir sudah melebihi ambang batas yang ditentukan. Based on an agreement between the PMBP team and SMA Maarif Lawang, it is necessary to carry out community service activities in the form of tutoring assistance and the use of Canva. The service aims to help master the concept of biology material that often appears in OSN questions at the Malang Regency Public and Private High School levels and to help increase student creativity in using Canva to create content and manage social media. The service method consists of four stages: Observation, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation (OPIE). The place of service is SMA Maarif Lawang, Lawang District, Malang Regency. The service instruments are observation sheets and participant enthusiasm questionnaires. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative. The results of the service show that the community service activities really help Maarif Lawang High School to master the concept of biology material that often appears in OSN questions at the Malang Regency Private and State High School levels and increase student creativity in using Canva to create content and manage social media. Community service activities run well and smoothly and are in accordance with the expected achievement targets.

Interest in learning to read in class B at Muslimat NU Al-Hidayah Kindergarten because the teacher is not optimal in applying the learning method to read according to the rules, besides that the child's desire to read in activities in kindergarten often experiences this difficulty due to the ability and ability of children to understand one another. others are different, this is because children are not yet able to master vocabulary and letters of the alphabet. This service activity was carried out at the Muslimat NU Al-Hidayah Kudikan Lamongan Kindergarten. The work program that has been prepared in these activities is more focused on mentoring programs (in the form of group B reading learning assistance). Implementation of Activities Children who learn to gain new knowledge, and can apply what is explained or taught by students who carry out community service activities at the PAUD Al-Hidayah Kudikan Lamongan building. As for the results they got, namely teachers could practice reading learning methods and media that were interesting and could be practiced at school or at home, so as to increase interest in reading Muslimat NU Al-Hidayah Kudikan Lamongan Kindergarten students.

The research aimed to analyze the contribution of diversity and vegetation structure of the Sustainable Reserve Food Garden (SRFG) Program in Pacitan Regency to support food security. The sampling was carried out using a purposive random sampling on 315 respondents, who were active members of the SRFG Program. Information on the condition of the SRFG home garden was obtained through interviews and questionnaires administered directly to each respondent. The SRFG home gardens were clustered into eight based on vegetation density using multivariate clustering K-Means. Spatial variations in diversity were analyzed using descriptive statistics, density of each vegetation, Shannon-Wiener index diversity, and polynomial model regression analysis using Software PAST 4.13. The research results show that clusters 1-3 had the highest density of trees (302 individuals/ha), of shrubs (11 individuals/ m2), and of herbs (46 individuals/100 m2), with a medium level of diversity (H’ trees 2.09; H’ shrubs 1.91; H’ herbs 1.88). Meanwhile, cluster 2 excelled in herbs density, with the same level of diversity. A low level of diversity (H’ 0.8) was only found in cluster 8 in that of trees. Additionally, the questionnaire results show that the impacts of food availability, food access, food utilization and nutritional health on cluster 1-3 were better than those on cluster 4-8. This is shown on a Likert’s Scale (1-4), where the means of cluster 1-3 were 3.12 in food availability, 3.74 in food access, 3.35 in food utilization and 3.65 in nutritional health. Meanwhile, cluster 4-8 indicated food availability (3.03), food access (3.69), food utilization (3.22) and nutritional health (3.52). The results implies that improving home garden diversity and structure by the SRFG program in Pacitan Regency supports food security.

Anemia is a patologies condition which the hemoglobin concentration under the normal. Anemia ferrum (Fe) deficience usually attacts to womens pragnance, that is corelated with highly abortion, mother and baby born mortality, baby borned with low weight and IQ level defences. Spinach (Amaranthus tricolor. L) are rich vegetable ferrum that is 3,9 mg/100 g. Aim the research are known the effects of spinach leaf juice to increasing hemoglobin on womens pragnance (first trimester). Result of normality, homogenity and paired-t test shown that spinach leaf juice effected increasing hemoglobin on womens pragnance at first trimester. Ability of ferrum (Fe) on spinach to increasing hemoglobin that is caused by some factors. One of it’s estimated caused by a component that effect the ferrum absorbtion in the women pragnance blood’s namely ascorbic acid. It’s compound estimated to accelerate the ferrum absorbtion in the woman pragnance blood’s.

Learning material is one of the facilities needed by students to help them find concepts and answers to their problems. There are various types of learning materials, one of which is a practical guide. Based on observations on learning materials and the learning process of Biochemistry courses at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang shows that there are no practical manuals developed and students' scientific workability is low. The aim of the research is to improve students' scientific work abilities through the implementation of guided inquiry-based biochemistry practicum books. The research method used was Classroom Action Research. Stages of Classroom Action Research include planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research instruments used were interview sheets, observations, and observations of scientific work capabilities and camera documentation. The results showed that there was an increase in students' scientific work abilities through the implementation of guided inquiry-based biochemistry practicum books from cycle I to cycle II in the amount of 36.18% to 88.8% and N-gain values of 0.84 (high criteria). Thus, this research concludes that there is an increase in students' scientific work abilities through the implementation of guided inquiry-based biochemistry practicum books.

The role of parents is very important in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning forces parents to use technology, sudden changes in the learning process due to the COVID-19 virus often make teachers (educators), students, and parents unable to accept the situation. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of parents in improving the quality of education in online learning for elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is literature and qualitative studies. The results of the research show that based on a literature study, the implementation of online learning in elementary school can be carried out quite well if there is cooperation between teachers, students and parents in studying at home. Meanwhile, based on the results of interviews, there are many obstacles experienced by parents in online learning. One solution is through the implementation of interactive videos in helping online learning activities at home with parents. The conclusion is to increase the role of parents in implementing online learning to improve the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a need for learning innovations through the implementation of interactive videos.

The Amprong River in Kedungkandang District, Malang City, is facing ecological pressure due to dense residential settlements and inadequate domestic waste management. This study was conducted to assess the diversity of macroinvertebrates and to investigate their role as indicators of water quality. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, with samples collected from three stations (upstream, midstream, and downstream) on both sides of the river. Temperature and pH were recorded as key environmental parameters, and the structure of the macroinvertebrate community was analyzed using the Shannon–Wiener diversity index (H'), the evenness index (E), and Simpson’s dominance index (C). A total of 633 individuals representing 13 species and 8 families were identified. The results revealed moderate diversity in most sampling points, while one site exhibited low diversity and high dominance by Melanoides plicarius, indicating heavy pollution. Variations in species composition and ecological indices between riverbanks were influenced by habitat differences, namely vegetation type, substrate, and waste exposure. Overall, the results suggest that the Amprong River is classified between moderately and heavily polluted, underscoring the importance of enhanced environmental management and adequate waste treatment facilities to support river conservation in urban settings.

This community service activity focuses on introducing education and the use of Family Medicinal Plants (FMP) in the garden of Taman Dasawisma RT 37 Green View Regency Malang. The implementation method for this program consists of five stages which include initial survey and preparation, training and education, FMP garden development, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as dissemination of results and sustainability. Through this activity, the community gains an in-depth understanding of FMP, selecting types of medicinal plants, processing, and utilization. This program has succeeded in making a significant positive contribution to the community. The direct impacts obtained include increasing knowledge about FMP, independence in health care, reducing health expenditure, developing a shared FMP garden, increasing environmental awareness, and improving quality of life. The success of this activity can become a role model for other communities to adopt a similar approach to improve the health and well-being of local communities.
