Abstract

This website is designed to support the promotion process of teachers at SMP 2 Jekulo Kudus by utilising digital technology. The main objective of this development platform is to improve the efficiency and quality of the management of teacher professional development programs. The problem to be overcome is the slow process of submitting promotion files which are often unstructured, thus hampering teacher career development. This platform provides a document management feature that makes it easier for users to submit promotion files. With this feature, teachers can upload the required documents, unify the application status in real time, and receive notifications regarding their application process. This not only speeds up the process but also reduces the possibility of loss or error in document management. The specific impact of implementing this website on the teacher promotion process includes increasing transparency and accountability in applying for promotions. With a structured system, teachers can more easily meet the requirements set, contributing to their increased professionalism. The use of MySQL as a database also ensures that data is managed quickly and efficiently. Overall, this website is expected to be an effective digital solution in supporting the teacher promotion process while improving the quality of education at SMP 2 Jekulo Kudus.

Abstract

The development of learning in a pandemic condition is in the public's attention. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, formal and informal schools have started implementing e-learning. Limited face-to-face meetings make learning hampered. Online is one way to keep learning going, through whatsapp groups, zoom, google meet or other platforms. To support online learning, learning at One Stop English (OSE) develops online learning with E-learning using the Moodle platform. With E-learning OSE makes learning easier and more fun, because in E-learning you can share material, do online learning through the platforms that have been provided.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada FV Pouch adalah pemesanan tas yang masih dicatat dalam buku order sedangkan pelanggan akan mudah jika memesan secara daring sehingga pemesanan dapat dilacak status nya secara berkala. Sistem pemesanan berbasis website mampu mengatasi persoalan yang terjadi di FV Pouch dengan dilengkapi pembayaran Cash on Delivery (COD) kepada pelanggan dalam kota Kudus. Sistem akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan harus melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, merancang sistem, implementasi sistem dan membuat laporan. Analisis Sistem Rancangan sistem menggunakan perangkat lunak (software) Visual Studio Code dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai penyimpanan Database. Hasil akhir berupa sistem yang memudahkan untuk melayani penjualan dan laporan sehingga menghasilkan sebuah Sistem Infromasi Penjualan Tas Unisex Berbasis Web pada FV Pouch yang dapat dilacak status dan dilengkapi pembayaran Cash on Delivery.

Abstract

Teknologi blockchain telah menjadi inovasi fundamental dalam transformasi digital yang menawarkan transparansi, keamanan, dan efisiensi lintas sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tinjauan sistematis terhadap perkembangan, tantangan, dan arah masa depan implementasi blockchain pada berbagai bidang, termasuk rantai pasok, kesehatan, identitas digital, dan layanan keuangan. Kajian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis berbasis PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Pencarian literatur mencakup database akademik utama dan repositori penelitian dengan kriteria inklusi yang meliputi publikasi tahun 2016–2024, berbahasa Inggris atau Indonesia, dan secara eksplisit membahas penerapan atau arsitektur teknologi blockchain. Setelah melalui proses penyaringan dan penilaian kualitas, sebanyak 51 artikel memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi seperti smart contracts, Layer-2 solutions, dan interoperabilitas lintas rantai menjadi pendorong utama peningkatan adopsi blockchain. Namun, tantangan pada aspek skalabilitas, interoperabilitas, keamanan, dan regulasi masih perlu diatasi melalui pendekatan multidisiplin. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dan praktis bagi pengembangan ekosistem blockchain, serta menjadi dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan dan kebijakan yang mendukung adopsi teknologi blockchain yang inklusif, aman, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Forum Komunikasi Disabilitas Kudus (FKDK) merupakan organisasi yang berperan dalam mendukung penyandang disabilitas melalui berbagai pelatihan dan pendampingan. Namun, FKDK menghadapi kendala dalam penyebaran informasi yang masih terbatas pada media sosial dan komunikasi langsung. Oleh karena itu, perancangan dan implementasi website FKDK menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan efektivitas komunikasi organisasi. Website ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem hingga implementasi. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan website ini adalah PHP, MySQL, HTML, dan CSS, dengan Visual Studio Code sebagai editor utama. Website yang dibangun memiliki beberapa fitur utama, seperti halaman utama, profil organisasi, informasi program atau kegiatan, galeri, dan kontak. Hasil dari perancangan dan implementasi website ini menunjukkan bahwa website dapat berfungsi sebagai media komunikasi yang lebih efektif bagi FKDK. Website ini memungkinkan penyebaran informasi yang lebih luas, meningkatkan transparansi organisasi, serta memberikan akses yang lebih mudah bagi masyarakat dan pihak terkait untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai FKDK. Dengan adanya website ini, diharapkan FKDK dapat lebih optimal dalam menjalankan program-programnya serta memperkuat advokasi dan pemberdayaan bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kabupaten Kudus.

Abstract

 Final exams, are usually one of the most important components in course assessment, for measuring learning outcomes. This activity is usually conducted at the end of the semester, and violations by students often occur during its implementation. Violations can include tardiness, cheating, collaboration, or other offenses. The Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Muria Kudus (UMK) pays special attention to this issue because the large number of students increases the potential for violations and the volume of violation data, making it impossible to record manually. Therefore, to facilitate the recording and management of violation data, a web-based violation recording system application was developed. This research is aimed at developing an application using the Waterfall method. The stages of application development include four stages, namely data collection and problem identification, design, implementation, and maintenance. The system is implemented in two parts, namely the front-end, which is developed using the Bootstrap framework to produce a responsive and easy-to-use interface, and the back-end, which is built with the PHP programming language as server-side programming with the support of the MySQL database, which is open source, free, and highly compatible with PHP, thereby supporting efficient information system development. The results of testing using the black box testing method show that all pages and features in the system are functioning as designed, so it can be concluded that the system is working properly. With this UAS violation recording system in place, it is hoped that the committee can improve efficiency in recording violations and encouraging student discipline during the examination.   ABSTRAK (Bahasa Indonesia) Ujian Akhir Semester biasanya menjadi salah satu komponen terpenting dalam evaluasi penilaian mata kuliah, untuk mengukur capaian pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini biasanya dilakukan di akhir semester dan seringkali dalam pelaksanaannya, terjadi pelanggaran oleh mahasiswa. Pelanggarannya bisa berupa datang terlambat, mencontek, kerja sama atau pelanggaran yang lainnya. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muria Kudus (UMK) mempunyai perhatian khusus terhadap masalah ini, karena dengan jumlah mahasiswa yang cukup besar maka potensi pelanggaran meningkat dan data pelanggaran menjadi lebih besar, sehingga tidak mungkin dicatat secara manual. Olah sebab itu, untuk mempermudah pencatatan dan pengelolaan data pelanggaran, dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi sistem pencatatan pelanggaran berbasis web. Penelitian ini adalah ditujukan untuk pengembangan aplikasi, dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Tahapan pengembangan aplikasi ini meliputi empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data dan identifikasi masalah, perancangan, implementasi, serta pemeliharaan (maintenance). Sistem diimplementasikan dalam dua bagian, yaitu front-end yang dikembangkan menggunakan framework Bootstrap agar menghasilkan tampilan antarmuka responsif dan mudah digunakan, serta back-end yang dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai server-side programming dengan dukungan basis data MySQL yang bersifat open source, gratis, dan sangat kompatibel dengan PHP sehingga mendukung pengembangan sistem informasi secara efisien. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh halaman dan fitur dalam sistem telah berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini berfungsi dengan baik. Dengan adanya sistem pencatatan pelanggaran UAS ini, diharapkan panitia dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan pelanggaran sekaligus mendorong terciptanya kedisiplinan mahasiswa selama pelaksanaan ujian

Abstract

This research presents the design and development of a web-based Zakat Information System at LAZISNU Pati aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and accountability in zakat management. Zakat, a core Islamic obligation, requires institutions to uphold Sharia principles including amanah (trust), adl (justice), and hisbah (accountability). Existing digital platforms mainly address administrative processes, offering limited donor access and real-time monitoring. Using a Research and Development (R&D) approach combined with the Waterfall model, the system was implemented with Python Flask, MySQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Midtrans, and WhatsApp API integration. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. System evaluation employed Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with muzakki and admin participants. Findings indicate that the system effectively supports registration, payment, unique code generation, distribution management, and reporting, while users reported high satisfaction with usability and clarity. By incorporating traceable transactions, nisab-based validation, automated notifications, and dashboards, the platform operationalizes Sharia values and fosters ethical zakat governance. This scalable, web-based system provides a practical model for enhancing digital governance and public trust in Islamic social finance institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Inventory management at Hotel Guna Wijaya currently relies on manual ledgers, leading to inaccurate real-time data and risks of record loss. Key challenges include difficult stock monitoring and delayed reporting due to manual recapitulation. This study develops a web-based inventory information system to enhance transparency, stock accuracy, and reporting efficiency using the Waterfall model: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. System design utilized Unified Modeling Language (UML), while testing employed Black Box and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) focusing on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Results demonstrate that the system successfully prevents data duplication through a Double-Check Validation feature on item names and locations. The digitalization significantly reduces report generation time from days to seconds using a Reporting Engine integrated with WhatsApp and Email. Furthermore, the Safety Stock Alert feature effectively provides early warnings to prevent shortages. Overall, the system improves monitoring, maintains data integrity, and supports efficient managerial decision-making at Hotel Guna Wijaya.

Abstract

The use of manual transaction recording in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often causes data inaccuracies, inefficient transaction processes, and difficulties in inventory monitoring. Toko Sumber Rejeki Karangbener Kudus is an MSME that still applies handwritten sales records, leading to limited transaction documentation and delayed reporting. This study aims to design a web-based Point of Sale (POS) system to support sales transactions, inventory management, and sales reporting. The study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall model. Data were collected through observation of transaction activities, interviews with the store owner, and a literature review related to POS systems and MSME digitalization. System design was carried out using structured modeling, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, sequence diagrams, and user interface design. The developed system provides role-based access for cashiers, administrators, and owners. Cashiers handle sales transactions and cash sessions, administrators manage product and stock data, and owners monitor sales reports. The proposed system is expected to reduce recording errors, streamline transaction processes, and improve data organization, serving as a practical solution for MSMEs transitioning from manual to digital transaction recording.

Abstract

This study examined the development of a broiler chicken management information system within a partnership scheme at PT. Muria Jaya Raya in Kudus Regency. The identified problems included manual and fragmented processes in monitoring chicken conditions, recording feed usage, scheduling vaccinations, and planning harvests. The study aimed to design an integrated information system to manage these processes in a structured manner. The research methodology consisted of requirement analysis, system design, database implementation, and system testing using branch coverage–based white box testing, black box testing, and User Acceptance Test. The testing results indicated that all system functions operated according to the design specifications and user requirements. The system improved data organization, facilitated effective monitoring of chicken growth, and supported data-driven decision making. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi yang mampu mengelola data tersebut secara terintegrasi dan terstruktur. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi basis data, serta pengujian sistem menggunakan white box berbasis branch coverage, black box testing, dan User Acceptance Test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan dan kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem dinilai mampu meningkatkan keteraturan pencatatan, mempermudah pemantauan perkembangan ayam, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.
