The population in this study were all company managers, totaling 45 people, all of whom were used as samples. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research results show that planning strategy, organizational learning and innovative power have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, planning strategy, organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on innovative power. Innovation power is able to mediate the relationship between strategic planning and organizational learning on organizational performance with complementary characteristics

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence behavior intention for and use behavior of the Jamsostek Mobile application with a focus on the variables of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, habit, and perceived trust. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling so that 160 respondents were obtained. The results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, habit, and perceived trust have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Behavioral intention has a positive and significant effect on use behavior. Behavioral intention is able to mediate the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, habit and perceived trust on use behavior. User characteristics such as gender, age, education level, occupation, and length of membership play an important role in determining the active user base of the Mobile Social Security application, with specific demographics dominant among active users.

Abstract

This study examines how self-belief and environmental support affect employee performance with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilacap Branch by involving all 65 employees as samples through saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed several important findings: self-confidence and environmental support each have a significant effect on knowledge sharing. Both variables also have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, knowledge sharing was shown to have a significant effect on employee performance. Interestingly, knowledge sharing acts as a mediator in the relationship between self-confidence and employee performance, as well as between environmental support and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of financial literacy as a moderator of perceived ease and perceived risk on the interest in using financial reporting applications in the MSME sector. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and involves 80 respondents. The population in this study were MSME Convection Actors in Comal District. The analysis technique used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest in using financial reporting applications for MSME Convection in Comal District, and perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using financial reporting applications for MSME Convection in Comal District. Meanwhile, the role of financial literacy cannot moderate the effect of perceived ease on the interest in using financial reporting applications for MSME Convection in Comal District, and financialliteracy can moderate the perception of risk on the interest in using financial reporting applications for MSME Convection in Comal District.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of digital marketing, customer value and transaction efficiency on customer satisfaction, the influence of digital marketing on customer value and transaction efficiency. Testing the mediating role of customer value and transaction efficiency on the influence of digital marketing on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were all customers of PT. Uwinfly has as many internet users as the sample size is 100 respondents. Analysis uses partial least squares (PLS) with the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of this research, digital marketing, customer value and transaction efficiency have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, digital marketing has a significant positive effect on customer value and transaction efficiency. Customer value and transaction efficiency mediate the positive influence of digital marketing on customer satisfaction. The implications of this research contribute to the theory of co-creation of customer value and transaction efficiency and analyze the consequences of digital marketing on customer behavior from the perspective of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the mediating influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the relationship between leadership and work motivation on the performance of Aston Inn Semarang hotel employees. This research uses a survey method, with employees as respondents. The population in this study was all employees at Aston Inn Semarang, totaling 50 people. The data used is primary data from distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the sample collection technique uses all members of the population. Data analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this research state that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on OCB, leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of hotel employees. OCB has a positive and significant effect on hotel employee performance. OCB is able to mediate the relationship between leadership and hotel employee performance. OCB is unable to mediate the relationship between work motivation and hotel employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze workload and labor needs at Cahaya Buah Semarang, a fruit and vegetable supplier. Using a mixed method approach, this research combines qualitative methods through interviews and observations with quantitative methods using Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) to measureworkload. Data were collected from 10 informants, consisting of 2 women and 8 men, who work in distribution and packing. The analysis results show that both the distribution and packing teams are experiencing overload. The distribution team shows FTE values exceeding ideal capacity, with valuesof 2.28 for Armada 1 and 2.4 for Armada 2. Similarly, the packing team experiences overload in several categories, with FTE values ranging from 1.44 to 1.88. These findings underline the importance of effective human resource planning to address excessive workload and improve operational efficiency.The study provides recommendations for enhancing human resource management, including adjusting labor numbers and improving workforce planning strategies. Thus, it is expected to assist Cahaya Buah Semarang in addressing overload issues and improving productivity and service quality.

Abstract

Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana bertanggung jawab melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan, pelayanan, penggerakan, evaluasi, dan pengembangan Program Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Namun jumlah mereka terbatas, sementara wilayah yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya sangat luas. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menguji pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana di Kabupaten Temanggung dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana sejumlah 43 orang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi menjadi sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis jalur dengan bantuan SPSS 20 dan sobel test untuk uji mediasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa self efficacytidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan juga prestasi kerja. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan prestasi kerja. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja.

Abstract

The enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages carries the views and new concepts of village governance policies nationally. The Village Law provides a good opportunity for villages to manage their administration and development to improve rural residents' welfare and quality of life. This research investigates the influence of HR advantages and IT utilization on village fund management system and village government performance and the influence of HR advantages and IT utilization on village government performance mediated by village fund management system. Respondents were 287 village officials in Tegal Regency. Data collection method using simple random sampling. The data analysis used is SEM-PLS analysis. The findings show that HR advantages do not influence the village fund management system, and IT utilization influences it. HR advantages influence village government performance, and IT utilization does not influence village government performance. Village fund management systems influence village government performance. The village fund management system cannot mediate the relationship between HR advantages and village government performance but can mediate the relationship between HR advantages and village government performance. The village government can implement the results of this study to effectively improve some policies related to HR advantages and IT utilization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze influence of job stress on organizational commitment, to analyze influence of job stress on perceived organizational support, to analyze influence of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment, and to analyze influence of job stress on organizational commitment through perceived organizational support. Population was all Public Health Center employees in Tegal Regency as many as 1,165 employees. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with criteria that employees who are members of the implementing team of task force for the acceleration of handling COVID-19 and vaccination and employees who are willing to fill out this research questionnaire. Rresults show that work stress has no influence on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant influence on perceptions of organizational support, perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant influence on organizational commitment through perceptions of organizational support.
