Many factors that affect learning achievement include intelligence, interest and attention, motivation to learn, learning mathematics based on numeracy literacy, perseverance, attitude, study habits, as well as physical and health conditions. Learning mathematics based on numeracy literacy is one of the important factors to improve learning achievement. This study aims to determine the relationship between mathematics learning based on numeracy literacy and student achievement. This research is a quantitative research using a survey method with a correlational approach. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling on all seventh grade students of SMP Miftahus Sa'adah Tarum. Data collection methods used in this study are tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The researcher uses the analysis prerequisite test, namely normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test and hypothesis testing, namely product moment correlation to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between mathematics learning based on numeracy literacy on the learning achievement of seventh grade students of SMP Miftahus Sa'adah Tarum, with r = 0.48 and tcount>ttable , namely 3.09 > 2.06.

Education is a conscious effort to bring about the desired changes that can occur in the future. Educational equity and all supporting components should be accessible to every learning group, including children with special needs (ABK), to prevent disparities. In daily life, ABK requires special attention from those around them so that they can maximize their potential. The specificity of ABK can also make them vulnerable to various forms of crime, including sexual violence. This type of crime can be prevented through deep knowledge and understanding of self-defense against potential threats. In this regard, the ability to protect oneself from dangers, know as personal safety skill, is essential. This ability is also based on self-conception or understanding of self-concept for ABK. The method used in this service is mentoring to provide understanding and skills related to sexual violence for intellectually disabled ABK at the SLB Nur Husnina in Madiun City. The results of this service activity include an improvement in personal safety skills, specifically regarding protection against sexual violence.

Kesehatan, perlindungan sosial, dan ketahanan pangan merupakan beberapa fokus kebijakan pemerintah tahun 2021. ODGJ merupakan masyarakat yang juga memerlukan perhatian khusus untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuan pemerintah tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan terapi aktivitas berbasis aquaponic pada ODGJ di desa Paringan Ponorogo guna mewujudkan kesehatan mental di masa pandemic Covid-19. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan 3 tahapan yaitu pensiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Terapi aktifitas dapat memberikan keterampilan baru bagi ODGJ dalam hal aquaponic. ODGJ mampu mengikuti dan menjalankan proses penyemaian bibit, perawatan, hingga panen. Dengan terapi aktivitas berbasis aquaponic, ODGJ memiliki kegiatan rutin baru yang menjadikan mereka lebih tenang dan responsif dalam setiap instruksi yang diberikan. Hasil aquaponic sebagian dikonsumsi oleh ODGJ dan sebagian lagi dijual sebagai sumber penghasilan bagi ODGJ.

Masa pandemi covid-19 menjadi tantangan bagi masyarakat di lingkungan pondok sosial (LIPOSOS) desa Sambirejo. Hal tersebut diarenakan adanya PPKM yang membatasi mereka untuk bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan bioenterpreneurship untuk remaja putus sekolah di LIPOSOS desa Sambirejo sebagai upaya membangun ekonomi kreatif di masa pandemic Covid-19. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelaksanaan yang meliputi 3 tahapan diantaranya pensiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan tersebut adalah remaja putus sekolah mendapatkan keterampilan baru dalam bidang bioenterpreneurship, mendapatkan keterampilan dalam menciptakan peluang usaha, dan mendapatkan keterampilan dalam pemasaran produk baik secara langsung maupun secara online. Kegiatan tersebut dapat memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi masyarakat LIPOSOS dalam sector industry kreatif, dan dalam jangka Panjang diharapkan mampu memperbaiki kesejahteraan masyarakat di LIPOSOS desa Sambirejo

AbstractThis aquascape-based life skill training is a training that not only improves skills, but also hones the abilities, courage, and confidence of young drug convicts. The purpose of this activity is to provide provisions for the youth inmates of the Madiun City I Lapas I drug case in carrying out their lives better after completing their sentences and being accepted by the community again. This activity uses 5 methods, namely the stage of measuring the problems or needs of partners, the stage of realizing the activity, the stage of measuring and evaluating activities, the stage of the core solution of the activity, the stage of the contribution of the parties being considered. The result of these activities is that prisoners inmates with drugs gain new skills in the field of aquascape, gain skills in creating business opportunities and gain skills in product marketing both directly and online. This activity can improve the economic conditions of the prisoners in Madiun City I Lapas I in the creative industry sector. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan guna mendukung program SDGs serta bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi, respon dan hasil penerapan dari Terapi Okupasi Jiwa sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemandirian dan sociopreneurship eks-ODGJ desa Bader kabupaten Madiun. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan cara memberikan pelatihan serta pendampingan kepada eks-ODGJ (Mantan Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa) dengan menyajikan 4 sektor unggulan yaitu sektor perkebunan, sektor perikanan, sektor peternakan dan industry kreatif sebagai salah satu paket untuk Terapi Okuasi Jiwa atau terapi kerja. Adapun langkah-langkah penerapan Terapi Okupasi Jiwa melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap monitoring dan evaluasi, tahap penyusunan laporan hingga pada tahap publikasi. Hasil respon dan kendala didapatkan dari pengisian angket respon yang diisi oleh Eks-ODGJ. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang didapatkan dari angket, menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Terapi Okupasi Jiwa yang dilakukan eks-ODGJ berjalan dengan baik. Eks-ODGJ dapat melaksanakan penerapan 4 sektor unggulan dengan baik dan tanpa kendala. Respon yang baik juga disampaikan oleh eks-ODGJ dalam melaksanakan setiap sektor sehingga meningkatnya kemandirian dan jiwa kewirausahaan eks-ODGJ

Abstract. Improving HR skills in the digitalization era has become a basic need in line with the changing paradigm of the COVID-19 pandemic. The other side that can be seen from the implementation of training in the use of information technology that needs to be carried out is the factor of age diversity, and varied educational background levels so it is hoped that with the digitalization training the village administration system can maximize services to the community. In this service, it is addressed to the Gale Village apparatus, Pilangkenceng District, Madiun Regency. The implementation of this training is in order to make Ngale Village provide superior services in the field of information systems. The training activities include an introduction to google drive, google forms, google documents, and spreadsheets. The application of knowledge about Google in administration can also be practiced in making correspondence, financial reports, and digital presentation programs. In this training, there was also an introduction to google sites (simple village websites) which included the practice of opening websites, browsing the internet, and creating village profile content. After the training is complete, the next step will be to provide assistance to village officials in implementing the knowledge that has been obtained during the training. In this community service activity, 13 village officials participated. In the training, he conveyed the relevance of using google drive storage files, compiling google forms, making google meet, google documents, and google spreadsheets. This form of training is designed for beginners and is expected to be an improvement in service to the community. Abstrak. Peningkatan keterampilan SDM pada era digitalisasi telah menjadi kebutuhan yang mendasar seiring perubahan paradigma pandemi covid-19. Sisi lain yang dapat dilihat dari penyelenggaraan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi perlu dilaksanakan adalah faktor keberagaman usia, latar belakang tingkat pendidikan yang bervariatif sehingga diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan digitalisasi sistem administrasi desa dapat memaksimalkan layanan kepada masyarakat. Dalam pengabdian ini ditujukan kepada perangkat desa gale kecamatan pilangkenceng kabupaten madiun. Pelaksanaan pelatihann ini dalam rangka menjadikan desa ngale memberikan pelayanan yang unggul di bidang sistem informasi. Adapun kegiatan pelatihan meliputi pengenalan google drive, google form, google document dan spreadsheet. Penerapan pengetahuan mengenai google dalam administrasi dapat serta dipraktekkan pembuatan surat menyurat, laporan keuangan, dan program presentasi secara digital. Dalam pelatihan ini juga dilakukan pengenalan google sites (website desa sederhana) yang didalamnya terdapat praktek membuka website, browsing di internet, serta pembuatan konten profil desa. Setelah pelatihan selesai, langkah selanjutnya akan diberikan pendampingan kepada perangkat desa dalam pengimplementasian ilmu yang sudah diperoleh selama pelatihan. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 13 orang perangkat desa. Dalam pelatihan menyampaikan keterkaitan penggunaan file penyimpanan google drive, penyusunan google form, membuatan google meet, google dokumen dan google spreadsheet. Bentuk pelatihan ini didesain untuk pemula dan diharapkan kedepannya menjadi peningkatan dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

The purpose of this training is that trainees are able to master the operation of Microsoft Excel for data processing mathematical administration in the village. Operation of Microsoft Excel training activities carried out in two village in the district Panekan partners namely in the village and the village Milangasri Wates. Training activities conducted using survey methods, lectures, practical training and consultation discussions. In this community service activities we undertake the operation of Microsoft Excel training for administrative data processing mathematically in the village. To know the indicators of achievement of the control operation of Microsoft Excel training participants we conducted a series of evaluations at each stage of activity. From the results of the evaluation carried out, showing that the operation of Microsoft Excel training is effective, it can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in the training. Given that most of the data processing mathematical administration in the village do with Microsoft Excel so by mastering how to operate the program, the data can be documented village easier, faster, and more complete. It is an indicator of the importance of improving the quality of village administration services and related processes performed by the village. The enthusiasm and activeness of the participants showed that this training is required by the Village.

AbstractThe purpose of this training is the training participants can process the waste of paper and then process it into recycled paper ready for sale to the basic ingredients of craft and production of handicrafts made from recycled paper, master the skills and attitudes include the training of administrative, entrepreneurial management, organization, and marketing. The training activities carried out in the village Sukolilo Jiwan subdistrict, Madiun Regency. This activity uses two methods of approach, the first separation of training activities and the processing of waste paper and paper-based creative production. And the second is training and mentoring organization, management and entrepreneurship. Assistance activities primarily intended to increase the value of selling their production of processed waste so it can be accepted with a high value in the market. Training is done in six stages, namely the preparatory stage, the introduction stage, the stage of establishment of the system, stages of creative production, sales stage, and the stage of development. The results of the activities are 1) most of the trainees can follow every stage of the training given to the good, but there are some stages that have not been implemented, namely the development phase in view of the time constraints, 2) Kesejahateraan villagers Sukolilo increased through the utilization of waste paper into recycled paper which is then processed into a product of creative economic value. AbstrakTujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah peserta pelatihan dapat mengolah sampah kertas kemudian memprosesnya menjadi kertas daur ulang siap jual untuk bahan dasar kerajinan dan produksi hasil kerajinan berbahan dasar kertas daur ulang, menguasai keterampilan dan sikap meliputi pelatihan administrasi, manajemen kewirausahaan, organisasi, dan pemasaran. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan di Desa Sukolilo Kecamatan Jiwan Kabupaten Madiun. Kegiatan ini menggunakan dua metode pendekatan, yang pertama kegiatan pelatihan pemisahan serta pengolahan limbah kertas dan produksi kreatif berbahan dasar kertas. Dan yang kedua adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan organisasi, manajemen dan kewirausahaan. Kegiatan Pendampingan terutama ditujukan untuk meningkatkan nilai hasil jual produksi olahan sampah sehingga bisa diterima dengan nilai tinggi di pasar. Pelatihan dilakukan dalam enam tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pengenalan, tahap pembentukan sistem, tahap produksi kreatif, tahap penjualan, dan tahap pengembangan. Adapun hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah 1) sebagian besar peserta pelatihan dapat mengikuti setiap tahapan pelatihan yang diberikan dengan baik, namun ada beberapa tahap yang belum terlaksana yaitu tahap pengembangan mengingat keterbatasan waktu, 2) Kesejahateraan masyarakat desa Sukolilo meningkat melalui pemanfaatan limbah kertas menjadi kertas daur ulang yang kemudian diolah menjadi produk kreatif yang bernilai ekonomi.
