Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the perceptions and application by Accounting teachers of blended learning as an alternative to learning in the 4.0 era.The research method used is qualitative with the type of case study research. Informants were determined by using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria are teachers who apply blended learning and students who receive blended learning at the Accounting Department of SMKN 2 Blitar. Primary data sources were obtained from teachers and students through in-depth interviews regarding the application of blended learning as an alternative learning in the Industry 4.0 era and secondary data obtained from teacher documentation, training activities and assistance in using technology in learning. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. Checking the validity of the findings was carried out using source triangulation techniques and technique/method triangulation techniques.The results of the study show that 1) accounting teachers and students give positive perceptions about the application of blended learning as an alternative for learning in the 4.0 era; 2) two accounting teachers have implemented blended learning, namely combining face-to-face learning with online e-learning such as Gnomio and Google Classroom, while five accounting teachers have not implemented blended learning due to several obstacles; 3) the perceptions of teachers and students show that the application of blended learning has an impact on student learning motivation, such as independent learning, being active in teaching and learning activities and collecting assignments on time.

Abstract

This study aims to address the digital literacy competence of accounting teachers as the subjects in this study. The approach used is qualitative with the type of case study research. Data were collected from interviews and documentation using sources triangulation and techniques triangulation to test the validity of the data. The results showed that the digital literacy competence of accounting teachers in public schools was quite good compared to accounting teachers in private schools. This is supported by adequate IT facilities and regular training. Inhibiting factors experienced by accounting teachers in public schools can be minimized compared to accounting teachers in private schools.

Abstract

Pesantren dituntut untuk menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang tidak hanya mandiri di bidang akademik religius tetapi juga mandiri di bidang ekonomi. Sudah mulai banyak pesantren yang mempunyai unit-unit usaha berbasis profit. Salah satu pesantren yang mempunyai beberapa unit usaha adalah Pondok Pesantren Anwarul Huda (PPAH) Kota Malang. PPAH mempunyai unit usaha mandiri yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif yakni sablon merchandise digital yang dinamakan “Asyuro Produk”. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan lanjutan dari kegiatan pengabdian sebelumnya yang telah berhasil membentuk kelompok santripreneur di bidang Ekonomi Kreatif dan unit usaha “Asyuro Produk”. Untuk menguatkan apa yang sudah ada, tim pengabdian membentuk Laboratorium Wirausaha yang bertujuan agar unit usaha tersebut bisa terus berkelanjutan. Langkah-langkah yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi dan koordinasi dengan pimpinan yayasan PPAH dan para pengurusnya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya laboratorium kewirausahaan yang fokus pada pelatihan softskill dalam industri kreatif. Adapun laboratorium ini dinamakan sama dengan unit usaha yang sudah ada, yakni Laboratorium Asyuro Produk. Harapan dari adanya laboratorium ini, diharapkan PPAH menjadi pioneer “PESANTRENPRENEUR” di lingkungan pesantren yang ada di Kota Malang

Abstract

Beberapa pondok pesantren yang notabene adalah lembaga pendidikan informal yang fokus pada pengembangan religiusitas sumber daya manusia agaknya perlu mendapatkan perhatian terkait perkembangan industri bisnis. Selepas kelulusannya, santri akan kembali ke masyarakat dan memerlukan adaptasi dengan lingkungan untuk memperoleh penghidupan. Hal inilah yang mendasari tim Universits Negeri Malang membuat program digitalpreneur. Dengan tujuan menciptakan santri yang melek terhadap perkembangan digitalisisi ekonomi serta memiliki pemahaman yang utuh terhadap industri kreatif. Dengan pelatihan ini diharapakan santri tidak hanya memiliki keahlian di bidang keagamaan tetapi juga di bidang wirausaha (santripreneur) terutama di bidang industri kreatif. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan yang menghasilkan produk digital unggulan santri dengan pangsa pasar yang meningkat secara signifikan. Program pendampingan sampai saat ini masih berlanjut, dengan kendala belum terbentuknya pola bisnis kooperatif yang menghubungkan banyak pesantren, karena sejauh ini masih berjalan di 2 pondok pesantren. Adapun hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa para santri mengalami peningkatan dalam pengetahuan dan minat berwirausaha

Abstract

Kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat terus menurun tiap tahunnya, terutama di provinsi Jawa Timur. Sengkaling adalah sebuah daerah di Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki potensi pertanian yang besar. Banyaknya lahan sub-optimal di Sengkaling dapat dialihfungsikan menjadi lahan pertanian berupa akuaponik. Untuk membangkitkan minat masyarakat Sengkaling terhadap pertanian dengan lahan yang terbatas, dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat berupa penerapan TTG pada sistem pertanian akuaponik mandiri energi menggunakan panel surya sebagai penghematan energi listrik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendampingan dan pelatihan secara langsung dengan masyarakat Hasil dari pengujian instalasi panel surya akuaponik diperoleh bahwa panel surya melakukan pengisian daya sebesar 3,51 Watt dengan arus 0,3 Ampere. Daya yang terukur pada baterai sebesar 93 Watt dengan tegangan 12,3 Volt. Beban yang terpasang sejumlah 2 buah pompa air dengan total daya minimum 50 Watt. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tersebut dapat meningkatkan antusiasme dan kesadaran masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan lahan sub-optimal menjadi lahan pertanian berupa akuaponik. Penerapan teknologi tepat guna berupa panel surya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber tenaga untuk menyalakan pompa air sehingga dapat menghemat energi dan biaya.

Abstract

Management system in learning known as the LMS (Learning Management System) can create learning effectively and efficiently. The use of LMS allows lecturers to be able to manage learning well such as making learning materials, discussion activities, giving tests and evaluating learning both lecturers and students. One of the efforts in improving the quality of learning is by using MISKOM media "Milenial Suka Ekonomi". The method used in this research is development research adopted from the Borg and Gall model.The result of this research into the development of instructional media using "Millennial Suka Ekonomi (Miskom)" showed that the students’ motivation in conducting learning is very good so that understanding of the material can be well absorbed

Abstract

Abstract. The industrial revolution era is an era where cyber-physical and manufacturing collaborations mark the change. The challenges that exist must be faced by various parties, including the world of education. The world of education, which is at the core of human resource development, must prepare a learning design that is able to answer these challenges. STEM is considered capable of being an alternative method used in learning. This method integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The aim of the training carried out at the Economic MGMP in Kediri Regency is to improve the professional skills of teachers in making STEM-based lesson plans. The results of the activities that have been carried out are that the teachers are very enthusiastic about participating in the training activities well and as many as 80% of the teachers already understand and can make STEM-based lesson plans well. The hope in the future is that teachers will always use STEM-based lesson plans according to the subject matter they teach so that learning activities can be well integrated and can achieve maximum learning objectives.Abstrak. Era revolusi Industri merupakan sebuah era dimana cyber fisik dan kolaborasi manufaktur yang menandai perubahannya. Tantangan yang ada harus dihadapi oleh berbagai pihak tidak terkecuali dunia pendidikan. Dunia Pendidikan yang mana merupakan sebuah inti dari pembangunan sumberdaya manusia harus menyiapkan rancangan pembelajaran yang mampu menjawab tantangan tersebut. STEM dianggap mampu menjadi salah satu alternatif metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajan. Metode ini  mengintegrasikan antara Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Tujuan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan pada MGMP Ekonomi di Kabupaten Kediri ini adalah meningkatkan ketrampilan professional para guru dalam pembuatan RPP berbasis STEM. Hasil dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah para guru sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan tersebut dengan baik dan sebanyak 80% guru sudah memahami dan dapat membuat RPP berbasis STEM dengan baik. Harapan kedepannya adalah, para guru selalu menggunakan RPP berbasis STEM disesuaikan dengan materi pelajaran yang diajarkannya sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran dapat terintegrasi dengan baik serta dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran secara maksimal.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic attack the economy and society. Economic activity collapses, the economic activity of the community experiences a setback due to many socio-economic restrictions. The logic of economic action from consumption and production works out of reason. Financial literacy cannot be separated in life. Financial literacy is an important skill that can be used to make economic decisions. Many pre-pandemic programs have been carried out to increase Financial Literacy. In the field of education students have been taught to be more sensitive in applied economics, only an evaluation tool for the effectiveness of methods that have not been accommodated. Researchers examine the condition of financial literacy at university level students. Based on the learning methods applied during the pandemic, using the score collection method. The analytical method used in this study was an independent t-test based on the teaching method implemented, respondents were divided into 2 group, 46  students in online learning classes and 46 students in game based learning classes. The results showed that the learning method at home learning was not significant enough to develop individual financial literacy.

Abstract

This gamification training for SMAN 3 Nganjuk teachers aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in utilizing mobile learning in learning activities carried out especially during the pandemic era. Student learning activities are expecting not only to be carried out through the WA group or Google Classroom, but can also doing by using other applications that can attract students' learning interest. This service activity carried out in 3 stages, namely, 1) the preparation stage, 2) the implementation stage, 3) the mentoring stage using the lecture method and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The enthusiasm of the teacher in participating in this training activity looks very big, so that the results obtained from this service are as many as 85% of the teachers have mastered the use of applications well and are ready to practice it in classroom learning.
