Abstract

Bonus demografi juga menjadi tantangan jika tidak mampu mengimbangi dengan ketersediaan lapangan kerja. Agar lulusan dari SMK dapat terserap dengan baik, diperlukan adanya strategi atau cara dalam membekali lulusan dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Review (SR) atau yang secara umum disebut Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Langkah penelitian SLR yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Planning, Conducting, dan Reporting. Planning menghasilkan pertanyaan penelitian yaitu bagaimana strategi Pendidikan vokasi dalam menghadapi bonus demografi. Conducting dilakukan dengan pencarian jurnal artikel penelitian dari google scholar dengan memanfaatkan operator Boolean yaitu: “kompetensi siswa” AND “SMK” and “TIK”. Jurnal yang terindeks nasional, memiliki ISSN atau E-ISSN menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan 46 artikel, diperoleh bahwa 10 faktor memengaruhi kompetensi siswa SMK khususnya program keahlian Teknik Informatika dan Komunikasi (TIK). Untuk mencapai kompetensi siswa SMK TIK dapat dilakukan dengan: penerapan model pembelajaran di kelas seperti problem based learning dan project based learning, penggunaan metode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan discovery learning, penggunaan strategi problem solving, media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan berupa e-learning, video, e-modul, software simulation, penggunaan fasilitas yang mumpuni di laboratorium, kurikulum yang disusun mencantumkan prakerin sebagai mata pelajaran yang harus diikuti oleh siswa, penggunaan perangkat pembelajaran melalui LKS berstruktur dan berbasis konstruktivisme, pembangunan sekolah kejuruan berdasarkan konsep corporate school,  kompetensi guru melalui keterampilan pedagogik, sosial dan kepribadian yang dapat mendukung peningkatan motivasi belajar yang nantinya memengaruhi kompetensi siswa, dan pengalaman prakerin dapat meningkatkan kompetensi siswa SMK.   Abstract The demographic bonus is also a challenge if it is unable to match the availability of jobs. For graduates from Vocational High School (SMK) to be well absorbed, a strategy or method is needed to equip graduates with the competencies needed by the industry. This study uses a Systematic Review (SR) or what is generally called a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The SLR research steps used in this research are Planning, Conducting, and Reporting. Planning generates research questions, namely how is the vocational education strategy in dealing with demographic bonuses? Conducting is done by searching research journal articles from Google Scholar by utilizing Boolean operators, namely: "student competence" AND "SMK" and "TIK". Journals that are nationally indexed, having ISSN or E-ISSN are the source of data in this study. Based on 22 articles, it was found that eight factors influenced the competence of SMK students, especially the Informatics and Communication Engineering (ICT) expertise program. To achieve the competence of ICT Vocational High School students, this can be done by: using problem-based learning, project-based learning, cycle 5E, genre pedagogic, education game, Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD), and blended learning as learning models, learning media that can be utilized in the form of e-learning, software simulation, metacognitive based, the use of qualified facilities in the laboratory, the curricula prepared include apprenticeship as a subject that must be followed by students, the use of learning tools through constructivism-based worksheets, the construction of vocational schools based on the concept of corporate school, the competence of teachers through pedagogic skills, social and personality that can support increased learning motivation which will affect student competence, and internship experience can increase the competency of SMK students.

Abstract

Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) di SMK berperan sebagai penghubung utama antara lulusan dan dunia industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan BKK di SMKN 1 Pungging untuk meningkatkan kerjasama dengan dunia usaha dan industri. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan selama 10 minggu (Juni–Agustus 2025) di unit BKK SMKN 1 Pungging. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola BKK dan mitra industri, serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMKN 1 Pungging memiliki struktur BKK yang jelas dan aktif menjalin kemitraan luas yaitu 235 perusahaan mitra. Strategi penyaluran lulusan mencakup: pemanfaatan praktik kerja lapangan (PKL) sebagai jalur rekrutmen, program On The Job Training dengan perusahaan besar, serta penyelenggaraan job fair dan sosialisasi lowongan kerja. Keberhasilan ini tercermin dari tingginya kepercayaan industri: banyak perusahaan mempekerjakan lulusan bahkan sebelum wisuda. Sinergi antara manajemen BKK terstruktur dan kolaborasi kuat dengan industri memungkinkan lulusan SMKN 1 Pungging terserap lebih cepat di dunia kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and adaptive learning in vocational education and its implications for vocational human resource development. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was conducted following PRISMA guidelines, covering peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2025 from Scopus, DOAJ, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar. A total of 10 selected studies were analyzed using thematic synthesis to identify patterns, models, and research gaps. The findings indicate that AI-driven adaptive learning enhances competency development through data-driven personalization, learning analytics, predictive mechanisms, and immersive technologies. A cross-study synthesis reveals that AI improves learning efficiency, skill relevance, and lifelong learning capacity; however, it also exposes a critical imbalance between technical skill development and the limited integration of soft skills. Furthermore, the relationship between adaptive learning systems and workforce outcomes is non-linear and influenced by pedagogical design, institutional readiness, and industry alignment. This study proposes an integrated AI–adaptive learning framework that connects technological, pedagogical, and workforce perspectives, contributing to more adaptive, human-centered, and industry-relevant vocational education systems.

Abstract

This study was carried out to produce a product in the form of teaching materials as well as products supporting teaching materials in the form groupsheet, photoviewer and learning scenarios to support cooperative learning-based scientific approach also investigated how it impacts the learning process in vocational programs ototronik engineering expertise throughout the city of Malang. This study uses the stages of R & D Borg & Gall to make a product, while researching the effect researchers used a quantitative approach to experimental research methods. The samples used were 66 students of class XI, consisting of 37 students as an experimental group and 29 students as a control group. Product validation phase carried out by seven lecturers of Mechanical Engineering, State University of Malang, 2 teachers SMKN 6 Malang Malang and SMK 10 and 25 students SMKN 6 and SMKN 10 Malang. Product testing conducted by some experts that consists of content expert, instructional design experts, media learning expert and small group trial. Based on product testing data obtained from experts such that learning products developed at the level of valid and fit for use as a learning product while in testing the effects of product usage in learning by the student data showed that the products developed significant effect on learning outcomes and effective for use.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the relationship between independent variables, intervening variable and dependent variable, namely prakerin experience (X_1), insight to work world (X_2), honesty competence (X_3), employability skill (X_4), and work readiness (Y) with the subject of students SMK in Probolinggo. This study is included in quantitative research. Analysis technique used was path analysis with trimming mode. Population of this research were all students SMK in the City and District of Probolinggo grade XII TKJ academic year 2015-2016. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) prakerin experience, insight to world of work, honesty competence, employability skill and work readiness of students SMK in the City and District of Probolinggo is included into good category (2) There is a significant influence and positive between prakerin experience, work world insight and honesty competence towards employability skill; (3) There is a significant influence between prakerin experience, work world insight and honest competence towards work readiness through employability skill.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contribution of interest in entrepreneurship and self efficacy to ntrepreneurial readiness in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 students of informatics engineering in Malang. Along with the changing time, the existing technology has been growing rapidly to date. New technologies such as the Internet become a strategic point in the process of industrial revolution, especially in entrepreneurship today or often referred to as electronic business revolution or Electronic-Business. This research uses descriptive analysis and regression. The results showed that interest in entrepreneurship and self efficacy contribute to entrepreneurial readiness in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 students of informatics engineering in Malang with effective contribution of 67,4%.
