Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced education systems around the world to adapt to unexpected conditions, including the implementation of distance learning (PJJ). Junior High Schools face special challenges in this transition due to limited infrastructure and resources. This research aims to develop an optimized e-learning system to support distance learning in junior high schools, with a focus on affordability, ease of use, and pedagogical effectiveness. This system development method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of the system with the active participation of teachers, students, and parents. The research results show that the e-learning system developed can increase student engagement, facilitate access to diverse and interactive learning materials, and support teachers in managing virtual classes. System evaluation was carried out through satisfaction surveys, analysis of student learning performance, and user feedback, which showed significant improvements in the effectiveness of distance learning. This research concludes that the development of e-learning systems tailored to the specific needs of junior high schools can be an effective solution to overcome the challenges of distance learning, while providing opportunities for pedagogical innovation in future education.

Abstract

The digitalization era has brought significant changes in the way of doing business, including for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to examine the use of technology in increasing the productivity of MSMEs. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, this study analyzes various technologies that can be adopted by MSMEs, such as e-commerce, social media, management information systems, mobile applications. Data was collected through surveys, interviews and case studies on a number of MSMEs that have successfully implemented technology in business operations. The research results show that technology adoption significantly increases operational efficiency, expands market reach, and improves the quality of MSME customer service. E-commerce and social media technologies have proven effective in increasing sales and brand awareness, while management information systems and mobile applications improve internal business processes and customer service. However, there are challenges, such as limited access to technology resources, lack of expertise in technology management, and data security issues. This research recommends building more inclusive digital infrastructure, technology training for MSME owners, and developing policies that support the MSME digital ecosystem. In conclusion, the use of technology is a critical strategy that MSMEs must implement to increase productivity and competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract

The use of technology in education has now become an effective method for increasing students' interest and understanding of subject matter. This research aims to develop learning materials through making educational videos using animation techniques, which are designed specifically for students. The animation method was chosen because of its unique ability to present abstract concepts more easily understood and interesting for students. This research includes the design process, content development, animation, and evaluating the effectiveness of the educational videos that have been created. The approach used in this research is development (Research and Development) which involves students as respondents to determine their level of understanding and interest in the material presented through animated educational videos. The educational videos developed cover various learning topics that are adapted to the applicable curriculum, with the hope that they can become an interesting additional learning resource and increase students' understanding. The research results show that educational videos using animation techniques are able to increase students' interest in learning and make it easier for them to understand lesson concepts that were previously considered difficult. Evaluations carried out through questionnaires and interviews showed positive responses from students towards the use of this learning media. Thus, it is hoped that making animation-based educational videos can be an effective alternative learning method and can be applied in various educational contexts.

Abstract

Latar Belakang Untuk mendapatkan layanan medis berkualitas dari rumah sakit, anda harus memilih penyedia layanan medis yang tepat Pengukuran kepuasan pasien harus dilakukan secara rutin di semua rumah sakit Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) merupakan metode pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan dan dapat digunakan dalam ukuran kepuasan pasien. Tujuan: Yaitu untuk Mengetahui hubungan Kualitas layanan dengan Kepuasan Pasien. Metode:Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan dua desain penelitian dimana pertma mengunakan desain penelitian dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan kedua mengunakan desain Cross Sectional Study. Hasil: Diketahui Pada hasil Importance Performan Analisis (IPA) teradpat 8 atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu: 1)Tersedinya APAR (Alat Pemadam Kebakaran), 2) Petugas memberikan penjelasan kepada keluarga pasien sebelum dilakukan penanganan pasien, 3)Petugas (Dokter dan Perawat) datang tepat waktu dan tidak membuat pasien menuggu lama (Pelayanan dimulai Jam 8.00), 4)Kesiapan petugas Poli Gigi membantu dalam memberikan edukasi dalam perawatan kesehatan gigi, 5) Petugas Poli Gigi siap merujuk bila keadaan pasien darurat, 6) Petugas Poli Gigi mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam menentukan penyakit gigi dengan baik sehingga mampu menjawab pertanyaan pasien secara meyakinkan, 7)Petugas Poli Gigi selalu ramah saat memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien, 8)Petugas Poli Gigi berusaha mengerti keinginan/kebutuhan pasien. dikarenakan kualitas kinerja pelayanannya tidak memuaskan. Dan diketahui ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tangible, reliability,responsiveness, assurance, empathy dengan kepuasan pasien. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara Kualitas layanan dengan Kepuasan Pasien serta terdapat delapan atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

performance at PT Nusalima Digdaya Nusantara. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 56 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple linear regression to test the research hypotheses. The results show that leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as indicated by a t-value of  3.580 > t-table 1.290 and a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. Meanwhile, work ethic (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 11.482 > t-table 1.290 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership style and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 64.706 > F-table 3.09 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, employee performance at PT Nusalima Digdaya Nusantara can be improved by strengthening work ethic while continuously developing effective leadership practices.
