Abstract

performance at PT Nusalima Digdaya Nusantara. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 56 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple linear regression to test the research hypotheses. The results show that leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), as indicated by a t-value of  3.580 > t-table 1.290 and a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. Meanwhile, work ethic (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 11.482 > t-table 1.290 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership style and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 64.706 > F-table 3.09 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, employee performance at PT Nusalima Digdaya Nusantara can be improved by strengthening work ethic while continuously developing effective leadership practices.

Abstract

In an increasingly interconnected world, computer networks play a crucial role in business operations. This research focuses on the analysis of the client-server network system at PT. XYZ, which shares a building with several other companies. The objective is to evaluate the current network infrastructure, identify potential issues, and propose improvements to enhance performance and security. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing case study methods, interviews, and observations to gather in-depth data on the network's configuration, IP address management, and security measures. The findings indicate that while the existing network functions adequately, there are significant risks associated with user access rights and the need for regular maintenance. The implications of this study suggest that implementing stricter security policies and upgrading bandwidth could mitigate risks and improve overall network reliability, thereby supporting business productivity.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, various things can be associated with information technology. This is because information technology can support daily human activities in various fields, especially education. In this study, the authors wanted to know the role of LMS on the effectiveness of student learning at XYZ University using the Multi Channel Learning method. The research methodology used by the author uses the method of observation and literature study. By conducting this research, the authors hope to provide many benefits to the world of education, especially XYZ University, so that readers can see how LMS plays a role in the effectiveness of learning for students. The results of the study prove that the teaching and learning process using LMS can make it easier for students and lecturers to interact anywhere. In addition, the teaching and learning process is well documented so that it can be accessed at any time by students and lecturers.

Abstract

Technological advancements in Indonesia have resulted in many improvements that have enhanced product quality and overall success for various sectors, including industry, education for a school, academic satisfaction is more aimed at students because they are the main customers of the school or educational institution. Due to the level of effectiveness and consumer service, it is very important to know the level of satisfaction that consumers have received and the sustainability of these educational institutions, where students are the main consumers at Josua Junior High School .IPA helps identify attributes that need to be improved and how to implement them. By improving service quality, it can be more in line with consumer satisfaction and satisfaction with the education system. Based on the results of the analysis using this method, it can be seen that the distance or gap between perceptions and expectations from all aspects of the assessment is negative with the tangible dimension of -0.73, then the reliability dimension gets -0.71, the responsiveness dimension gets a value of -0.73. In conclusion, technological developments in Indonesia have led to many improvements that can enhance product quality, consumer satisfaction, and overall success.

Abstract

A laptop device is a technology in portable form that can be used to process data like a computer, making it easier for every job in its respective field that uses the system. The aim of the research carried out is to analyze customer needs for the desired laptop and determine the choice of the best laptop, the solution used is the SAW method for selecting the best laptop, then the results obtained from the SAW method process have conceptual stages, namely, determining SAW criteria, determining variable benefit and cost criteria, determining the weight of each criterion, determining SAW alternatives, normalizing the matrix, calculating the V value and ranking based on laptop brands such as Acer, Lenovo, Asus, HP, Dell and MSI.

Abstract

This paper discusses the role of information technology in the context of digital diplomacy within the framework of a public diplomacy organization, with a focus on the Indonesia Youth Foundation (IYF). Digital diplomacy represents a new paradigm in diplomacy that leverages information technology and social media to expand reach and influence public opinion globally. IYF, as an organization committed to educating and empowering the youth of Indonesia, has embraced information technology as a primary tool to achieve its goals. By analyzing the role of information technology in digital diplomacy within the context of IYF, this paper provides insights into how public diplomacy organizations can harness the advancements in information technology to accomplish their objectives in promoting positive messages, expanding networks, and building stronger relationships with a global audience. This research is expected to offer practical guidance for similar organizations seeking to enhance the effectiveness of their diplomacy through the utilization of information technology.

Abstract

The school admission promotion strategy for new students is carried out with an integrated approach to attract the interest of parents and students. The promotion includes disseminating information through social media, the school's official website, brochures, and cooperation with educational institutions and local communities. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the school registration promotion strategy using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. This method is used to identify internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats that affect the success of the promotion. The results of the study indicate that digital-based promotion strategies such as social media and websites have a wide reach, but still need to be improved in terms of content and interactivity. Meanwhile, cooperation with local communities has a positive impact on building public trust. The conclusion of the SWOT analysis shows that schools need to optimize their strengths and anticipate threats so that the promotion strategy is more effective and sustainable.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) remains a major public health burden in tropical areas. The DHF driven by nonlinear interactions, vector dynamics, and population density. Characterizing spatio-temporal risk heterogeneity is critical to targeted intervention. We analyzed dengue risk in Kendari using a Bayesian Stochastic Partial Differential Equation (SPDE) via Integrated Nested Laplace Approximation (INLA). DHF monthly data from 2022–2024 were integrated with geospatial information to estimate relative risk and spatial risk contours. Model performance was compared with Generalized Linear Models (GLM), Intrinsic Conditional Autoregressive (ICAR), and second order Random Walk (RW2). Kendari Barat and Kendari districts emerged as primary hotspots, while Kadia, Mandonga, Baruga, Kambu, and Wua-Wua were high-risk districts. Abeli, Poasia, and Puuwatu districts exhibited moderate risk. Lalodati, Soropia, and Sampara districts showed lower risk. Risk contours revealed clusters concentrated in the urban core and along major corridors, highlighting the influence of settlement density and spatial connectivity. The SPDE–INLA model outperformed GLM, ICAR, and RW2 in capturing spatial structure and improving predictive accuracy. High resolution risk estimates supported specific district including intensified source reduction before and during peak rainfall, selective fogging, larval control, community education, microclimate monitoring, and early case screening in high-risk areas.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) collaboration organized by LLDikti Wilayah III represents a synergistic initiative among higher education institutions to support village digitalization based on the Smart Village Smart Governance concept. The program involved Universitas Nasional as the lead university, in collaboration with Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA and Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti as partner institutions, and was implemented in Kademangan Village, Mande District, Cianjur Regency. The activity focused on developing and socializing the Kademangan.net village service website as a digital platform to enhance transparency and efficiency in public services, including access to village information, public complaints, and MSME promotion. The program began with a socialization session at the Village Hall involving village officials and residents, followed by field surveys at the local Posyandu and residents’ homes to identify community needs and preferences regarding digital services. The results indicate that village service digitalization improves accessibility and time efficiency for residents, although assistance is still needed for those less familiar with technology. Overall, this collaborative PKM initiative contributes to strengthening digital-based village governance and serves as a sustainable model of inter-university collaboration in empowering rural communities through information technology.
