Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of teacher administration in improving the quality of learning at SMK Negeri 1 Tatapaan. Where teacher administration is a key factor in improving the quality of learning. Through the descriptive method with qualitative data types, data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis methods are carried out starting from data collection, data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions. This research explores teacher administrative practices that impact the quality of learning. Results of research at SMK Negeri 1 Tatapaan. States that teacher administration is very necessary in improving the quality of learning. Where this concerns the readiness and ability of teachers in the success of the learning process in keeping up with current developments, especially in improving the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah Dan Peran Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di SMK S POOPO.Dalam penelitian ini data yang di kumpulkan adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner,yang di sebarkan kepada 52 sampel sisiwa SMK S POOPO.Sampel yang di pilih menggunakan teknik Prposional Random Sampling Teknik Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah korelasi ganda.Berdasarkan dengan analisis data tersebut dapat di simpukan beberapam hal sebagai berikut : Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi belajar ,dengan koefisien korelasi r sebesar -0,174;Terdapat pada kategori rendah antara skor lingkungan sekolah dan peran guru Terdapat hubungan pada kategori cukup kuat antaran peran guru dengan koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,818;Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan pada kategori cukup kuat antara pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan peran guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.Besanya skor lingkungan sekolah dan skor peran guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dapat di ketahiu melalui perhitungan koefisien regresi di peroleh sebesar Rsquare 0,026 hal ini menunjukan bahwa sebesar 2,6% variasi dari motivasi belajar dapat di jelaskan oleh lingkungan sekolah dan peran guru. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Sekolah, Peran Guru, Motivasi Belajar     Abstrack This research aims to determine the influence of the school environment and the role of teachers on student learning motivation at S POOPO Vocational School. In this research the data collected was using a questionnaire method, which was distributed to 52 samples of S POOPO Vocational School students. The samples were selected using techniques Proportional Random Sampling The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation. Based on the data analysis, several things can be concluded as follows: There is an influence of the school environment and learning motivation, with a correlation coefficient r of -0.174; There is a low category between the school environment scores and the role of the teacher. There is a fairly strong relationship between the role of the teacher in the category with a correlation coefficient r of 0.818; There is a positive and significant relationship in the quite strong category between the influence of the school environment and the role of the teacher on student learning motivation. Student learning can be known through calculating the regression coefficient which is obtained at Rsquare 0.026, this shows that 2.6% of the variation in learning motivation can be explained by the school environment and the role of the teacher. Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dalam memotivasi guru sebagai motor pengenggerak dan pemberikan reward dan punishment dari pihak sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja para guru dalam melaksanakan tugan pendidika dan pengajaran di SMA Negeri Satu Kabupatenn Minahasa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 67 Guru SMA Negeri Satu Tondano. Kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian, mengukur persepsi guru terhadap pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah dan reward/punishment untuk meningkatka kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis dengan alat annalisis data menggunakan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memberikan mottivasi bagi para guru dalam pelaksanaan tugas pendidikan dan pengajaran dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kepala Sekolah memberi reward maupun punishment bagi para guru dapat mendorang para guru memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Pemberian motivasi kepala sekolah dengan tepat dan adil cenderung meningkatkan kinerja kerja guru yang positif. Penerapan punishment yang konsistensi secara proporsional kepada guru dapat membantu mengurangi perilaku negatif dan meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pendidikan dan pengajaran dan mendorong kinirja guru secara optimal.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the accounting ecosystem demands a redefinition of professional competencies. However, empirical understanding of how AI literacy specifically shapes accounting students' risk management abilities remains limited. This study aims to analyze the impact of AI literacy on accounting students' risk management ability through a systematic literature review. The research method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA protocol, focusing on 26 selected articles published between 2021 and 2025. The analysis reveals that AI literacy is a multidimensional construct encompassing technical, domain-specific (accounting), and critical-ethical aspects. Key findings indicate that AI literacy significantly contributes to enhancing risk management ability, primarily by strengthening diagnostic and prognostic capabilities. The main mechanism occurs through the process of trust calibration, where literate students can critically evaluate AI outputs, thereby assuming the role of active auditors rather than passive users. The implication of this study underscores the urgency of integrating these three dimensions of AI literacy into the core accounting curriculum to prepare adaptive and competent graduates capable of navigating risk complexity in the digital era.
