This research aimed to analyze the effect of principal leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on teacher organizational commitment at the private high school level in Pematangsiantar City, Indonesia. This research used a research design oriented to an associative quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation instruments and online questionnaires. The number of samples was 110 respondents. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling approach using the purposive sampling formula. This research explained that principal leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on teacher organizational commitment. This study confirmed that the implementation of relational principal leadership and changing strategy into practice could increase work commitment of teachers at the school organizational level. In addition, the results of this research also confirmed that the organizational climate of each school had been going well and the job satisfaction of the majority of teachers had met the standards with what they expected with a reflection of satisfaction with the work they did and the satisfaction of co-workers had met expectations.

The basic capital to be able to show performance is mastery of expertise (competence) which includes: technical competence, namely mastery of certain scientific fields such as technology, law, economics, and others. Managerial competence, this is associated with a person's ability in the field of leadership to empower all available resources. Behavioral competence, in this case involves ethics, emotional mastery, motivation and the level of one's wisdom. So motivation as a measure of strength that can encourage someone to behave that can take action internally and externally positively or negatively to provide direction that depends on the strength possessed by the leader. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.512 or 51.6%, this means that 51.6% of the employee performance variables can be explained by work motivation and compensation variables. While the remaining 48.4% by other variables not examined. It can be concluded that this study shows that motivation and compensation have an effect on employee performance at the Payung Sekaki Subdistrict Office of Pekanbaru City.

The reform of civil servant bureaucracy today is expected to be able to produce good civil servant performance in supporting a good public service system to the community. The implementation of integrity as a moral value and honesty in carrying out the work of civil servants can support their performance and organizational support is expected to always be given to employees so that the ability to manage their performance can be achieved. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational integrity and support on employee performance at the Suka Mbayak Village Head Office located in Suka Mbayak Village, Karo Regency with a total of 37 employees. By using SPSS, the results of the study found the direction coefficient of multiple regression found a positive direction of integrity and organizational support for employee performance. The hypothetical results found a positive and significant influence of integrity on employee performance and a positive and significant influence of organizational support on employee performance. With the high integrity of employees and good organizational support for employees, it will directly or indirectly produce good performance as well.

Penyandang disabilitas selalu terkait pada perlakuan diskriminatif yang sering mereka terima dari orang-orang di lingkungan sekitar setiap hari. Dengan di sahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 memberikan harapan bahwa penyandang disabilitas memiliki kesempatan yang sama dan bisa mendapatkan pemenuhan berbagai hak-hak mereka. Salah satunya yaitu adanya jaminan akan keberlangsungan hidup para penyandang disabilitas. Untuk bertahan hidup, seorang penyandang disabilitas harus berusaha dan bekerja ekstra keras. Banyak faktor permasalahan yang di hadapi oleh para penyandang disabilitas untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang baik dan berkualitas, permasalahan tersebut tidak hanya datang dari diri mereka sendiri namun juga dari luar diri mereka, seperti masyarakat sekitar yang tidak mendukung dan cenderung tidak percaya akan kemampuan para penyandang disabilitas tersebut. Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Sosial bagi Penyandang Cacat ditegaskan bahwa penyandang cacat berhak untuk memperoleh pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak sesuai dengan jenis dan derajat kecacatan, pendidikan dan kemampuannya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kesempatan kerja serta membuka peluang bagi para penyandang disabilitas untuk menyadarkan mereka bahwa mereka juga bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak dengan segala keterbatasan yang mereka miliki.

The development of digital technology has made the business world provide more innovative services in reaching a wider range of consumers, one of the systems that is expected to support these efforts is the Cash On Delivery (COD) service with the hope that it can support purchasing decisions. The results of the study found that there is a positive direction coefficient from Cash On Delivery on purchasing decisions, with the ability to explain Cash On delivery to purchasing decisions worth a strong correlation (R). The partial hypothesis test (Test) t shows a positive and significant effect of the Cash On Delivery variable on purchasing decisions. This means that Cash On Delivery is able to support the decision of consumers to make purchases when these consumers do not have a digital payment system, such as mobile banking, shoope pay, funds and so on.

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) menghadapi tantangan baru untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan cepat di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana implementasi MSDM dapat memfokuskan pada kreativitas individu sebagai pendorong utama keunggulan kompetitif dalam organisasi. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, studi ini mengeksplorasi strategi dan praktik MSDM yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas karyawan, serta bagaimana hal ini mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Studi ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mendukung lingkungan kerja kreatif, termasuk kebijakan sumber daya manusia, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi. Analisis terfokus pada bagaimana elemen-elemen ini dapat disesuaikan untuk memperkuat kreativitas individu, yang tidak hanya menguntungkan karyawan secara pribadi tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap inovasi dan kemajuan organisasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggali dampak dari teknologi digital terbaru dalam mendukung praktik MSDM yang berorientasi kreativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi yang berhasil mengimplementasikan MSDM berbasis kreativitas cenderung lebih fleksibel, adaptif, dan inovatif. Hal ini bukan hanya meningkatkan moral dan kepuasan kerja karyawan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi para pemimpin dan praktisi MSDM untuk mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mengelola talenta di era digital yang dinamis ini, dengan menempatkan kreativitas individu sebagai aset berharga dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Empowering mothers of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district residents is very important, because it aims to foster awareness and independence in entrepreneurship, as well as expand employment opportunities to increase family income in an effort to achieve community welfare. This activity is expected to increase the skills of mothers of Labuh Baru Barat sub-district residents in processing fresh cow's milk which is processed with flavored syrup extract into functional food products that have health benefits and high selling value, namely synbiotic yogurt which is good for gut health. The mothers of Labuh Baru Barat residents feel that at this time they must participate in thinking about how to improve their abilities and creativity in entrepreneurship in order to help restore the economic conditions of households after the Covid-19 pandemic, the impact of which is still being felt today. After carrying out monitoring activities, it was seen that what was needed by the mothers of Labuh Baru Barat residents was to increase their knowledge and skills in creating products that had good selling power in today's society. Due to the above problems, we as a team of lecturers from the Management Study Program of the College of Economics carried out community service activities that were oriented towards empowering mothers of West Labuh Baru residents in improving their ability to produce products so that they can be resold so that they can help increase household income with the theme "Empowering Mothers of West Labuh Baru Residents to Become Homemade Yogurt Entrepreneurs"

This research aims to determine the effect of work family conflict and work life balance on employee performance at PT Samudera Pastry Indonesia which is based on the fact that many employees are not yet optimal in carrying out their performance with clear evidence that many people still make mistakes, paying little attention to product quality, not being on time and targeting not achieved and also a lack of independence in completing tasks. With this, researchers conducted research with the aim of finding ways to improve the quality of employee performance. The population in this research is all employees who work at PT Samudera Pastry Indonesia, totaling 39 people. Data collection techniques in this research were interviews and questionnaires with data analysis using descriptive methods and using multiple regression. The conclusion obtained from the research results is that work family conflict and work life balance have a significant effect on the performance of PT Samudra Pastry Indonesia employees with a contribution of 81.6%, while the remaining 18.4% is determined by other factors not observed in this research.

Abstrak Kehidupan dunia organisasi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kemampuan dari pemimpin organisasi tersebut dalam membina organisasi dan juga kemampuan dari pegawai dalam menyeimbangkan antara kehidupan pribadinya dengan pekerjaannya, yang pastinya akan berdampak terhadap kinerja pegawainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan strategis dan work life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Samosir yang berjumlah 118 pegawai, hasil dari uji validitas ditemukan bahwa seluruh variabel memiliki kriteria valid dan untuk uji reliabilitas variabel penelitian memiliki kriteria handal. Untuk uji normalitas seluruh variabel memiliki distribusi normal dan untuk koefisien determinasi kemampuan dalam menjelaskan variabel penelitian besarnya 55% dan korelasinya dinyatakan kuat. Hasil uji hipotesa kepemimpinan strategis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, demikian juga work life balance memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ketika kepemimpin strategis dan work life balance dapat diterapkan dengan baik maka kinerja juga akan baik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Strategis, Work Life Balance, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract The life of the organizational world cannot be separated from the ability of the leader of the organization in fostering the organization and also the ability of employees to balance their personal lives with their work, which will certainly have an impact on the performance of their employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of strategic leadership and work-life balance on employee performance in employees of the Samosir Regency Regional Secretariat which amounted to 118 employees, the results of the validity test found that all variables had valid criteria and for the reliability test the research variables had reliable criteria. For the normality test all variables have a normal distribution and for the coefficient of determination the ability to explain the research variable is 55% and the correlation is expressed strong. The results of the strategic leadership hypothesis test have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as well as work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. When strategic leadership and work-life balance can be applied properly, performance will also be good. Keywords: Strategic Leadership, Work-Life Balance, Employee Performance

The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistics which use the validity test formula, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The research results concluded that training partially influences work performance with a calculated t value of 5.085> t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, competency has no effect on work performance with a calculated t value of 0.223 < t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.824 > 0.05. Simultaneously training and competency influence performance. This can be seen from the F test results which show that the calculated F value is 27.522> F table 3.18 and the sig value is (0.000 <0.05). Then it was discovered that based on the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted R square value was 0.510 or 51%. This can be explained by the fact that the training and competency variables have 51% of the ability to explain the work performance variable and there is still 49% of the variance explained by other variables.
