Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) pada guru akuntansi bagi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah: (1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan guru Akuntansi SMK Kabupaten Tuban tentang penyusunan evaluasi pembelajaran yang berbasis TIK (2) Meningkatkan keterampilan bagi guru akuntansi di seluruh SMK Kabupaten Tuban tentang cara menyajikan evaluasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan berbagai aplikasi untuk pembelajaran akuntansi. Tujuan utama dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami mitra. Upaya yang dilakukan yaitu melalui pendampingan berkaitan dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis TIK. Program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh Tim Pelaksana PKM dari Universitas Negeri Malang ini melibatkan mitra dari MGMP Akuntansi se-Kabupaten Tuban dan guru-guru akuntansi sebagai khalayak sasaran. Alasan sasaran kegiatan tersebut adalah dalam rangka menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 yang juga terjadi di segala bidang khususnya pendidikan. Dengan adanya revolusi industri 4.0 ini maka guru dituntut untuk memahami dan dapat mengaplikasikan teknologi pada proses pembelajaran di kelas. Pentingnya mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan berbagai software ini dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah masing-masing. Jenis luaran kegiatan PKM ini bagi guru SMK adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Mengaplikasikan alat evaluasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Quizizz (2) Mengaplikasikan alat evaluasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan KAHOOT.

This research sought to examine the relationship between work-family conflict, organizational commitment, and innovative teaching skills among Indonesian teachers. At the same time, few studies use job stressors such as work-family conflict as a predictor of innovative teaching skills. This study also presents an organizational commitment in getting a deeper understanding of the research model. Method: This research utilized PLS-SEM to examine the research model on 273 senior high school teachers as research participants. Result: The result shows that work-family conflict negatively affects innovative teaching and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, organizational commitment positively affects innovative teaching. Furthermore, organizational commitment plays a mediating variable in the link between work-family conflict and innovative teaching. Novelty: This study will enrich our understanding regarding the predictor of innovative teaching among Indonesian teachers through another standpoint, the job stressors in the form of work-family conflict. This study also presents an organizational commitment to give a deeper understanding on how the mechanism of work-family conflict affects the innovative teaching skills of the teacher.

The problem faced by Vocational High Schools Accounting teachers in Tulungagung Regency is that the concept of higher order thinking skills has not been implemented optimally in compiling accounting questions. The purpose of holding this community service is to increase understanding of by Vocational High Schools Accounting teachers in compiling accounting questions based on higher order thinking skills. The method of community service activities is in the form of training for members of the Vocational High Schools Accounting Teachers Organization in Tulungagung Regency. This activity consists of the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of the evaluation of this activity showed that vocational Accounting teachers in Tulungagung Regency had a better understanding of the concept of higher order thinking skills and their application in compiling accounting questions.

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) requires a teacher to be able to understand and apply technology in the learning process in the classroom as a form of increasing pedagogic competence. There are various forms of ICT that can be integrated in the process of improving pedagogic abilities. This is done to face the digital era. By understanding the integration of ICT, it can be in the form of developing ICT-based learning media to improve the pedadoic competence of teachers. This training aims to assist teachers in developing ICT-based learning media so that they can also increase pedagogic competence. The method of community service activities is training at SMK Negeri 1 Rejotangan, where teachers are given material about ICT-based learning media and continued with direct practice. The training explained the importance of developing ICT-based learning media to teachers to provide enlightenment for students on the material presented in class and the practice of using applications that support the creation of learning media. From this training, teachers became very interested in ICT-based media as a medium for their learning. It is hoped that further training can use more diverse applications for ICT-based learning media training.

This research aims to determine whether implementing the independent learning program through the teaching assistance program can influence the soft and hard skills of accounting education students. Teaching assistance is the Independent Campus Learning program launched by the government. Teaching assistance aims to improve the competency of college graduate students in terms of soft and hard skills. Based on the initial observations of accounting education students at the Universitas Negeri Malang, various problems were found related to students' soft and hard skills in teaching assistance. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires to measure teaching assistance on students' soft and hard skills. The research sample comprised 153 students in the accounting skills program at SMKN 12 Malang. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis to test the effect of teaching assistance on students' soft and hard skills. The research results show that teaching assistance can positively impact students' hard and soft skills. The conclusion of this research shows that teaching assistance is a program that can help students hone soft and hard skills to prepare themselves to become teachers in the real world. The experience students gain through teaching assistance can equip them to be ready for the world of work and to face real situations and conditions in the classroom.

Pembelajaran Abad-21 berupaya membentuk peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi efektif, kreatif, dan mampu bersaing dalam era digital sehingga menjadi individu yang berketerampilan dan adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak positif yang muncul dari peserta didik selama proses implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), khususnya melalui model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari peserta didik kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Pakis tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas menjadi lebih aktif dan terjadi peningkatan kreativitas peserta didik. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar dan rasa tanggung jawab peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan tugas kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dipaparkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan pendekatan Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) melalui model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) memberikan banyak dampak positif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, khususnya bagi peserta didik. Dengan munculnya dampak positif ini, diharapkan akan sejalan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Background: Siswa kelas XI jurusan akuntansi SMKN 12 Kota Malang masih minim pemahaman dan keahlian dalam mengoperasikan software accurate. Kekurangan ini dikarenakan siswa masih sering menggunakan cara manual dalam pengerjaan siklus akuntansi, sehingga siswa kurang terlatih dalam menggunakan software accurate. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, tim pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada siswa kelas XI jurusan akuntansi SMKN 12 Kota Malang mengenai software accurate. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu hari dan diikuti oleh 58 siswa kelas XI SMKN 12 Kota Malang. Siswa diberikat pre-test dan post-test sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian dibagi menjadi dua sesi, yaitu sesi ceramah dan sesi pelatihan dengan praktek studi kasus menggunakan software accurate. Hasil: Hasil analisis pre-test post-test menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan siswa berbeda signifikan dan meningkat 26,8% dan siswa mampu menghasilkan laporan keuangan neraca skontro dengan software accurate. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan awareness siswa terkait pentingnya skill akuntansi digital baik dalam pembelajaran di sekolah maupun di dunia kerja.

Electronic-based teaching materials and learning media are really needed by teachers who have graduated from Teacher Professional Education to equip themselves to face the digital era. This activity aims to provide new knowledge and update knowledge related to the preparation of electronic teaching materials and learning media to prospective teachers and teachers who have graduated from Teacher Professional Education. The method used is training and mentoring with direct supervision through face-to-face activities. Participants in this activity are prospective teachers and teachers who have graduated from Teacher Professional Education in the Malang area, especially in the Kepanjen area, Malang. There were 30 participants, consisting of teachers and students of Pre-Service Teacher Professional Education at Malang State University. This activity succeeded in having a positive impact on prospective teachers and teachers who graduated from Teacher Professional Education, because after participating in the activity, prospective teachers and teachers could easily create electronic-based teaching materials and learning media.

Pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara online akibat pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan aktivitas belajar dan motivasi siswa menurun. Hal ini memberi dampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis & Mc. Taggart yang dilakukan secara online. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus memiliki 4 tahap kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes tertulis online dan observasi online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode campuran, yaitu analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pretest siklus I terdapat 4 siswa yang memeroleh nilai < 60. Hasil post-test menunjukkan 2 siswa yang nilainya < 60. Pada pretest siklus II, terdapat 2 siswa yang nilainya < 60, sedangkan pada post-test phanya 1 siswa yang nilainya < 60. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya antusiasme siswa dalam belajar di kelas online dengan bantuan google meet. Jadi, penerapan model Problem Based Learning dapat dilakukan secara maksimal meskipun dengan keterbatasan yang ada yaitu tidak dapat melakukan tatap muka secara langsung sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara online.

This study aims to develop and validate a financial education instrument for university students. A survey method with a quantitative approach was utilized, and data analysis employed exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. A total of 440 respondents participated in the confirmatory analysis. This study constructed three factors, namely formal financial education, non-formal financial education, and informal financial education, which comprise 25 items. The results revealed that formal financial education presents a curriculum and learning program that is well structured and scheduled so that students can obtain recognition in the form of an official certificate from the government. Meanwhile, non-formal financial education can include financial seminars, financial training, and financial workshops organized by formal institutions. Informal financial education emphasizes the importance of the role of the family environment in understanding finance. The implications of this study can have an impact on the readiness of universities in preparing financial education curricula that are easy to understand and practice.
